Abstract

Pemodelan simulasi lalu lintas merupakan pendekatan yang efektif untuk menganalisis kinerja ruas jalan karena dapat menghasilkan output yang mendekati kenyataan. Jalan Diponegoro di DKI Jakarta memiliki beragam aktivitas guna lahan samping jalan, serta kesibukan yang tinggi. Kajian ini bertujuan memodelkan pergerakan lalu lintas di ruas Jalan Diponegoro Jakarta diukur berdasarkan derajat kejenuhan, kecepatan tempuh, waktu tempuh dan tingkat pelayanan (LoS),selanjutnya dimodelkan menggunakan aplikasi VISSIM, kendaraan yang melewati ruas jalan cenderung bervariasi (mixed traffic condition). Hasil yang didapat adalah VCR pada jam sibuk ratarata melebihi nilai 1dan derajat kejenuhan mencapai tingkatan terendah, yaitu F, yang dipicu oleh aktivitas kegiatan sepanjang ruas jalan. Untuk perbaikan kualitas diperlukan beberapa langkah seperti rekayasa lalu lintas, larangan berheti kendaraan angkutan umum di sembarang tempat serta meningkatkan disiplin pejalan kaki.

Abstract

Permasalahan tingginya angka kecelakaan di Indonesia dan tingginya jumlah emisi gas rumah kaca yang dihasilkan dari kegiatan sektor transportasi, mengidentifikasikan perlunya dilaksanakan kajian mengenai teknologi smart tachograph dan pengaruhnya terhadap angka kecelakaan, Kajian bertujuan untuk mendapatkan tingkat efektifitas teknologi smart tachograph dalam menurunkan konsumsi bahan bakar dan jumlah emisi GRK dari sektor transportasi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan gabungan kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian yang lebih dominan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data primer dilaksanakan untuk menganalisa efektivitas alat smart tachograph. Analisis data menggunakan persamaan mobile combustion. Pengaktifan driving asistance pada alat tachograph dapat menghemat konsumsi bahan bakar kendaraan rata-rata sebesar8.22 %. Jumlah emisi yang dihasilkan dari sampel kendaraan tanpa driving asistance adalah 161.635 Ton CO2/ tahun. Jumlah konsumsi BBM pada kendaraan dengan driving asistance adalah 2.002.010.361 MJ. Jumlah emisi yang dihasilkan kendaraan dengan driving asistance adalah 148.349 Ton CO2/ tahun. Penurunan emisi kendaraan setelah menggunakan alat smart tachograph dengandriving asistance adalah 13.286 Ton CO2/ tahun.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic outbreak which has led to the enactment of a central government policy for employees to work from home, both private employees and government employees, so that all systems and parties related to licensing. The delay in the process and the ship's operation to a halt and the ship's departure. This makes company leaders to look for solutions in dealing with these situations because the company is experiencing a decline in revenue, which has an impact on the income of each employee as well. The purpose of this study is to analyze and examine whether a decrease in income will have an impact on employee performance and company operations. The method used in this research is the method of Structural Equation Model (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the findings in this study are a partial decrease in income has a positive effect on employee performance and company operational performance but is not significant. Leadership style partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and company operational performance.

Abstract

The Influence of Service Quality, Perception of Tariffs and Facilities on Customer Satisfaction is a scientific article on literature studies within the scope of the field of science. The aim of this article is to build a hypothesis of influence between variables that will be used in further research. Research objects in online libraries, Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. Research methods using library research come from e-books and open access e-journals. Qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of this article: 1) Service Quality influences Customer Satisfaction; 2) Tariff perceptions influence customer satisfaction; and 3) Facilities influence Customer Satisfaction.
