Abstract

This research aims to analysis and clarify the collective influence and brand equity partial consisting of variable of brand awareness, brand association, and perceived quality toward purchasing decision on Adidas shoes in Adidas Store Olympic Garden Malang Mall. The research employed is explanatory research by applying quantitative approach. The samples are taken from 106 buyers of Adidas shoes in Adidas Store Olympic Garden Malang Mall. Multiple linear regression is implemented for analysing the data which are processed with SPSS for Windows ver 20.00. The result of  the study shows that brand awareness variable (X1), brand association (X2), and perceived quality (X3) collectively and partially affect the purchasing decision (Y) with Sig. F < α (0,000 < 0,05). The value of Adjusted R square is 0.517. It indicates that the percentage of contribution of brand Awareness variable (X1), brand association (X2), and impression of quality (X3) toward purchasing decision is 51.7%, while the rest is 48.3% which is influenced by other variables that is not discussed in this research. Keywords : Brand Equity, Brand Awareness, Brand Association, Perceived Quality, Purchase Decision ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh bersama-sama dan parsial Ekuitas Merek yang terdiri dari variabel kesadaran merek, asosiasi merek, dan kesan kualitas, terhadap keputusan pembelian pada sepatu merek Adidas di Adidas di Adidas Store Mal Olympic Garden Malang. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 106 pembeli sepatu merek Adidas di Adidas Store Mal Olympic Garden Malang. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda yang diolah menggunakan program SPSS for Windows ver 20.00. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel kesadaran merek (X1), asosiasi merek (X2), dan kesan kualitas (X3) berpengaruh secara bersama-sama dan parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) dengan Sig. F < α (0,000 < 0,05). Nilai Adjusted R  square adalah sebesar 0,517. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa kontribusi variabel kesadaran merek (X1), asosiasi merek (X2), dan kesan kualitas (X3) terhadap keputusan pembelian adalah sebesar 51,7% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 48,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Abstract

One of the risk factors that affect the increase in blood sugar levels in diabetes mellitus is an irregular diet. To prevent this, it is necessary to comply with the diet. In order for patients to comply with diet therapy, self-motivation and external motivation are needed. To determine patient motivation, level of dietary compliance and the correlation between patient motivation and dietary compliance in diabetes mellitus patients at community Haruai.This study used a cross sectional approach. The sample technique was taken 25% of the total population by purposive sampling method, the sample size was 43. The results of this study indicated based on Sperman Rank (Rho) analysis there was a correlation between patient motivation and dietary compliance in diabetes mellitus patients at community Health Center Haruai with a p value of 0,000. There is a positive correlation between motivation and dietary compliance in diabetes mellitus patients, which means that the better the motivation of the patient, the better the dietary compliance is in the diabetes mellitus patient and both have a strong correlation.

Abstract

  Latar Belakang: Triage merupakan identifikasi pasien berdasarkan kegawatan yang mengancam jiwa sehingga harus menerapkan pola yang tepat baik tempat, waktu dan memastikan semua pasien dilihat berdasarkan kegawatan. Tujuan Mendapatkan gambaran realitas tentang arti dan makna Studi Fenomenologi: Pengalaman Perawat IGD Dalam Pelaksanaan Triage pada Pasien Kecelakaan Lalu Lintas RSUD Dr. H. Andi Abdurrahman Noor Tanah Bumbu. Metode: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian dengan kualitatif fenomenologi dimana dalam Penelitian ini menggunakan 7 partisipan yang diambil dengan teknik Snow Ball Sampling Hasil: Penelitian mengidentifikasi tiga tema utama: (1) Gambaran Perawat dalam Pelaksanaan Triage, (2) Kemampuan Perawat IGD dalam Mengatasi Situasi Kegawat Daruratan dalam Pelaksanaan Pasien Kecelakaan Lalu Lintas, (3) Penanganan Pertama Pasien Kecelakaan Lalu Lintas. Kesimpulan: Perlu mempelajari lebih dalam tentang pelaksanaan triage dalam aplikasi langsung dengan pasien kecelakaan lalu lintas. Bahwa gambaran perawat dalam Pelaksanaan triage adalah terdiri dari 4 kategori yaitu Pemilihan pasien, Prioritas Penderita, Ruang Bedah dan Keadaan Pasien Kata Kunci: Pengalaman Perawat, Triage, KLL.  ________________________________________________________________

Abstract

Pulmonary TB is a disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis which attacks the respiratory system and often decreases SPO2. Interventions that can be done to reduce shortness of breath and increase SPO2 are by giving a semi-fowler position. To determine the effectiveness of the semi-Fowler's position on increasing SPO2 and breathing patterns in pulmonary TB patients. Research design literature review. Journal criteria were screened based on literature titles, abstracts and keywords that had been determined and sourced from Biomed Central, DOAJ, Pubmed, Elsevier, and EBSCO HOST identified through the Population, Intervention, Comparation, Outcomes and Study Design (PICOS) system approach. The number of articles used for this literature is 12 journals. Pulmonary TB patients experienced an increase in SPO2 and a decrease in shortness of breath after being given the semi-Fowler position intervention. The results of the analysis showed the effectiveness of the semi-Fowler position to increase SPO2 and reduce shortness of breath in pulmonary TB patients. Health facilities can provide interventions regarding the effectiveness of the semi-Fowler's position to increase SPO2 and reduce shortness of breath, besides that it can also be used as a nursing care intervention program in pulmonary TB patients.

Abstract

Hypertension is a chronic condition when the blood pressure on the increase the blood vessels. Hypertension cases in Banjar Regency in 2021 were 15,083 cases. One of the non-pharmacological therapies that can reduce blood pressure is slow stroke back massage using ylang essential oil. Slow stroke back massage using ylang essential oil can have an effect on relaxation, blood circulation and is also useful as a lowering of blood pressure. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of slow stroke back massage using ylang essential oil on reducing blood pressure in patients with hypertension in Paku Alam village. This research method uses a one group pretest posttest design. The population in this study were patients with hypertension in the village of Paku Alam RT.03. The number of samples in this study were 10 people taken by purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using paired t-test. The research instrument uses Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and observation sheets. The results of this study found that blood pressure decreased after giving slow stroke back massage using ylang essential oil. The results of the analysis test obtained that the systolic p value = 0.00 < (0.05) and the diastolic p value = 0.004 < (0.05) . So it can be concluded that there is an effectiveness of slow stroke back massage using ylang ylang essential oil on reducing blood pressure in patients with hypertension in Paku Alam Village.
