Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the effectiveness of Semantic Mapping technique in teaching vocabulary. Therefore, the hypothesis in this research is the student who are taught by Semantic Mapping technique achieve better than before. The design used in this research is the Pre-Experiment Design. It also has several forms such as a One-Shot Case Research, One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design, One-Group Pretest and Posttest Design also Intact-Group Comparison. One-group pretest and posttest for this research, it means there will be a pretest before giving treatment to the sample and posttest after ending the treatment. In collecting data, Pre-test and Post-test are employed. The tests are multiple choices and complete the sentences. It consists of twenty questions. The right answer will be get 1 point and for the wrong answer is zero (0). The result of this research in pretest that the highest score was 16, the lower score was 9, the median was 13,00, the mode was 14 mean was 12,90, standard deviation was 1,863, range was 7 and total score of pre-test is 387. The posttest was the highest score was 20, the lower score was 14, the median was 17,00, the mode was 16 mean was 17,07, standard deviation was 1,388, range was 6 and total score of post-test is 512. The conclusion is drawn by analyzing the average scores of pretest and posttest by using t-test formula; Sig value is 0,000 < 0,05 it means that alternative hypothesis (HA) is accepted.

Abstract

In this final project, a problem was found, namely the service accuracy of players who were not perfect or still deviated when serving top while playing volleyball. This study was also conducted to determine the pattern of exercises applied to improve the accuracy of the top serve in volleyball games. According to Barbara L. Viera and Bonnie J. Ferguson (1996) it can be concluded that volleyball is also played in teams with certain patterns. Volleyball is a game that can be played by bouncing the ball before it hits the floor (volleying). There are also some basic volleyball techniques, including: bottom serve, top serve, smash, top passing, bottom passing. To do the basic technique properly, it must be done by practicing the level of focus and repeated practice. This type of research uses field research methods or qualitative field research with data collection techniques, namely using interviews (interviews), observation, and documentation studies with the reinforcement of the theories that have been stated previously. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Using the drill method (repetition of exercises) can increase the accuracy of the top serve. 2) There are several factors that affect the accuracy of an athlete in serving, including internal factors, namely the athlete's skills and feelings and external factors, namely the level of difficulty and environmental conditions. Keywords: Volleyball, Basic Technique, Drill, Top Serve Abstrak Pada penelitian tugas akhir ini, ditemukan permasalahan yaitu akurasi servis atas pemain yang belum sempurna atau masih melenceng ketika melakukan servis atas pada saat bermain bola volly. Penelitian ini juga dilakukan untuk mengetahui pola latihan yang diterapkan untuk meningkatkan ketepatan servis atas dalam permainan bola voli. Menurut Barbara L. Viera dan Bonnie J.Ferguson (1996) dapat disimpulkan juga permainan bola voli dilakukan secara beregu dengan pola-pola tertentu. Permainan bola voli mempunyai ciri dapat dimainkan dengan melambungkan bola sebelum bola tersebut menyentuh lantai (volleying). Ada pula beberapa teknik dasar bola voli, diantaranya : servis bawah, servis atas, smash, passing atas, passing bawah. Untuk melakukan teknik dasar dengan tepat, harus dilakukan dengan melatih tingakt kefokusan dan latihan berulang. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode Field research atau penelitian lapangan yang bersifat kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan interview (wawancara), observasi, dan studi dokumentasi dengan penguatan dariteori-teori yang telah dikemukakan sebelumnya. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: 1) Menggunakan metode drill (pengulangan latihan) dapat meningkatkan ketepatan servis atas. 2) Ada beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi ketepatan seorang atlet melakukan servis atas, diantaranya faktor internal yaitu keterampilam atlet dan perasaan serta faktor eksternal yaitu tingkat kesulitan dan keadaan lingkungan. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the Effect of Paired Passing on Ball Possession in Football Games in MA Masyariqul Anwar Cimanggu Jiput. This research uses a quantitative approach with test data collection techniques and measurements with correlational methods (Correlational Studies). The sample technique used in this study was Probability Sampling (Random Sampling). The sample used was 15 male students of Class X MA Masyariqul anwar Cimanggu Jiput. In the analysis of this study data, a decision was obtained, namely accepting the Ha hypothesis and rejecting the Ho Hypothesis because the Sig value is 0.000 < 0.05 and the calculated Thitung value is 6.325 > 1.761 T table ¬it can be concluded that there is a relationship between paired passing and ball possession. Keywords: Passing In Pairs, Possession Of The Ball Abstrak Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Passing Berpasangan Terhadap Penguasaan Bola Pada Permainan Sepak Bola Di MA Masyariqul Anwar Cimanggu Jiput. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data tes dan pengukuran dengan metode korelasional (Korelational Studies). Teknik sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Probability Sampling (Random Sampling). Sampel yang di gunakan adalah siswa laki-laki Kelas X MA Masyariqul anwar Cimanggu Jiput sebanyak 15 siswa. Dalam analisis data penelitian ini didapatkan keputusan yaitu terima hipotesis Ha dan tolak Hipotesis Ho karena nilai Sig adalah 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai Thitung 6,325 > 1,761 T ­­­table ­maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara passing berpasangan dengan penguasaan bola. Kata Kunci: Passing berpasangan, penguasaan bola.
