Abstract

Research type is explanatory research. Data collection method is using questionnaire with sample of 109 respondents of the employees of The Official of Communication and Information at East Java (KOMINFO JATIM). Data analysis includes descriptive analysis, classical assumption test and multiple linear analysis.  Hypothesis test is using F-test and t-test. Result of research indicates that Accessibility of Website and Utilization of Website have influenced Employee Performance. The contribution of both independent variables to performance is 17.6 %, while the remaining 82.4 % are influenced by other unobserved variables. The Accessibility of Website is partially influencing Employee Performance with significant t-test. The Utilization of Website is also partially influencing Employee Performance with significant t-test. It is then concluded that Accessibility of Website and Utilization of Website have significant influence either simultaneously or partially on Employee Performance. Keyword : Accessibility of Website, Utilization of Website, Employee Performance.Abstrak Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah explanatory research. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dengan sample sebanyak 109 responden karyawan Dinas Komunikasi Dan Informatika Jawa Timur (KOMINFO JATIM). Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deksriptif, uji asumsi klasik dan analisis linear berganda dengan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji F dan uji t. Hasil penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa variabel Kemudahan website dan Kemanfaatan website mempunyai pengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Besarnya kontribusi dari kedua variabel bebas tersebut terhadap kinerja adalah 17,6%, sedangkan sisanya 82,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Variabel Kemudahan website dan Kemanfaatan website mempunyai pengaruh simultan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai uji F signifikan. Variabel Kemudahan website memiliki pengaruh parsial terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai uji-t signifikan dan variabel Kemanfaatan website memiliki pengaruh parsial terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai uji-t signifikan dari penelitian ini dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa Kemudahan website dan Kemanfaatan website mempunyai pengaruh signifikan secara simultan dan parsial terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Kata kunci : Kemudahan website, Kemanfaatan website, Kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Nowadays, many universities trying to implement Information System and Information Technology to support academic activities, but the some how there is still lacking. The problems come up when universities was mistake when initialize of what they needs. Utilization of applications of SI / IT that are not yet optimal include the lack of contribution, integration and innovation is suspected to be the cause factor. The most important thing to plan SI / IT is understanding the current condition to initialize the business needs through SWOT and Critical Success Factors analysis. The analysis will generate McFarlan portfolio matrix to determine the required applications by dividing it into 4 quadrants: support, key operational, strategic and high potential. The result of this application portfolio planning is a list of required applications now, in the future and mapping each of the proposed applications based on each function or part of the organization. From that results is expected gradually all academic activities can be automated through the presentation of accurate information and up-to-date also able to provide one stop service for academic activities than it can reduce the operational costs to support academic activities.

Abstract

Coronavirus jenis baru ini dikenal dengan istilah COVID-19 penyakit ini memiliki tingkat kematian yang terbilang rendah dari jenis Coronavirus lain nya yatu hanya berada di kisaran 2%, namun tingkat penyebaran COVID-19 di Dunia sendiri sampai saat ini sudah mencapai1 6,7 juta kasus sedangkan di Indonesia sendiri hingga saat ini di tanggal 29 Juli 2020 sudah mencapai jumlah kasus sebesar 104 ribu kasus. Dan PT United Tractors sendiri merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang distributor tunggal alat berat memiliki resiko tinggi untuk penyebaran virus ini sehingga dibutuhkan media informasi dan aplikasi untuk memberikan pengetahuan tentang Coronavirus. Menurut WHO dalam jurnal nya COVID-19 dapat menyebar melalui percikan dan juga dapat menempel pada permukaan benda yang lainnya yang biasa kita sentuh, orang dapat terinfeksi dengan menyentuh benda atau permukaan tersebut, kemudian menyentuh mata, hidung, atau mulut mereka. Inilah sebabnya penting untuk mencuci tangan secara teratur dengan sabun dan air bersih mengalir, atau membersihkannya dengan cairan antiseptik berbahan dasar alkohol. Dengan itu Aplikasi “Covidcare” dapat menjadi suatu media baru untuk memberikan informasi terkait covid pada PT United Tractors.

Abstract

The City of Bogor began to develop programs related to Smart City so that city management could run more easily with the help of technology. Bogor City made 6 dimensions in Smart City namely Smart Governance, Smart Branding, Smart Economy, Smart Living, Smart Society, and Smart Environment. One of the Offices related to the construction of the Bogor City Smart City is the Office of Communication and Information, Bogor City Encoding or commonly called Diskominfo. One of the developments is to make a media marker about tourist attractions, namely thematic creative villages. But the media is not enough to make people more interested and want to find out more deeply. That way, this navigation application is needed to complement the information media to be more interactive and have more value. The advantage of this application is that it can bring up virtual panoramic objects and also a location map that makes it easy for tourists to know the location to be addressed. This application is designed for Android-based Smartphones with a minimum specification KitKat.
