Abstract

Bumdes adalah lembaga usaha desa yang dikelola oleh masyarakat dan pemerintahan desa dalam upaya memperkuat perekonomian desa dan dibentuk berdasarkan kebutuhan dan potensi desa. Beberapa kegiatan dalam badan usaha ini masih belum terkomputerisasi, seperti dalam transaksi simpan pinjam, ini masih dikerjakan secara manual, sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama dalam pengerjaannya. maka dibuat sebuah sistem informasi berbasis website. Metode yang digunakan dalam melakukan perancangan yaitu dengan menggunakan model waterfall, Tahapan dalam waterfall : Definisi Kebutuhan, Desain Sistem dan Perangkat Lunak, Implementasi dan Pengujian Unit, Implementasi dan Pengujian, Pengintregrasian dan Pengujian. Teknik Analisa data yang digunakan merupakan study lapangan dan studi kepustakaan. Program ini dibuat dengan menggunakan Bahasa PHP dan Menggunakan database MySql. Berdasarkan permasalahan diatas, maka perlu dibuat sebuah Sistem Informasi yang berbasis komputer dengan judul Sistem Informasi Simpan Pinjam Badan Usaha Milik Desa (Bumdes) Sumber Mulya Kab. Lamandau Berbasis Website. Membantu menyajikan sebuah pengelolaan data yang lebih teratur dan pengelolaan laporan yang lebih efisien

Abstract

Physical Education and Recreation Study Program is one of Study Programs of Education Stream of Faculty of Teacher and Education of Palangka Raya University. During this time, learning and teaching activity in Physical Education and Recreation Study Program (PJKR) happens with one condition in which there is a meeting between students and lecturer in a class. If the meeting does not happen this means the learning and teaching activity will be interrupted or delayed. To solve the problem of delayed learning and teaching activity, it is needed a certain facility which is available to maximize the learning and teaching process through the development of technology in education area. This is known as website e-learning. This website was constructed using PHP, database MySQL and also phases of waterfall software development method; Analysis and Definition of Need, System Plan and Software, Implementation and Test of Unit, Integration and Test of System, and Operation and Maintenance. The result of the blackbox test showed that website e-learning PJKR Program Study could manage feature of e-learning which were lecture materials and assignments or quizes. This e-learning ran well accordance with its design

Abstract

The Institute for Research and Community Service University of Palangkaraya (IRCSUPR) manages research activities, community services and controls the administration ofnecessary resources. Therefore, an application is requiredto record a lot of data from theproposal to the final report of research and community servicethat ultimately is expected tobe a control and evaluation on the performance of all parties involved.The methodology used in the development of this application there are several stagesranging from problem identification, needs analysis, design (which includes architecturedesign, database design, interface design and website navigation design), coding, testingand maintenance. On the testing stage used blackbox testing method.The results achieved from the making of this application there are 4 actors areadministrators, proposers, reviewers and operators who have different access rights inaccordance with its function. While from the results of the testing is known that all thefunctionality of the system is running well in accordance with the required and designedpreviously.

Abstract

Seruyan student association is one of student organization in Palangka Raya. It isfound that information of Seruyan students lacks enough data. It becomes a problem for theofficer since the officer has to come every campus, boarding house or house to complete thedata manually. It consumes too much time to collect and process the data. This designedwebsite is hoped can help the officer collecting, managing, and informing those students’data easily. It is hoped that this website which is developed using SMS Broadcast can be veryhelpful in speed and quality for presenting the information. This kind of website also offer astructured storage. Besides, available information then can be accessed in an unlimitednumber of times and places.This research is conducted using PHP language programme and MySQL database. Theresearcher also uses a methodology of software development which known as waterfallmethodology (Analysis, Design, Code, Testing and Maintenance). Besides, ContentManagement System (CMS) is also used to manage content of the website includes commandto add, change, and delete data which can be accessed from the administrator system page.This website is tested using whitebox technique which also includes a test for visitor,member, administrator, and browser. In the other opportunity in the future, it is hoped thatthis website can be developed bu adding some other features such as discussion forum orchat room.

Abstract

Selection system positions of High Leadership Of Pratama in Katingan Regency whoseimplementation stage is still using manual or traditional way. A High Leadership Of PratamaCandidate must go down directly to obtain information on the selection process and stages. At thecompletion stage of the file administrative requirements are also still done manually is submitted tothe selection committee in the form of printed documents and in the process of calculating the valueand ranking done, the selection committee is still using the manual way. This certainly makes itdifficult for the selection committee to verify the administrative requirements file and perform theprocessing of data value because the number of candidates of High Leadership Of Pratama whoregister relatively much so it will take time, energy is not small and prone to errors. Therefore it isnecessary media that can facilitate all the stages and can help decision making.Decision Support System Selection Position of High Leadership Of Pratama In KatinganRegency With Simple Additive Weighting Method built using waterfall methodology. The stages in thewaterfall methodology to build a software are needs analysis, system design, program code writing,program testing and maintenance. And in the process of making the system using the programminglanguage Adobe Dreamweaver CC 2017 as a PHP editor and website page editor and for data storageusing MySQL. With Xampp as a localhost server application. To support decision making, this systemapplied Simple Additive Weighting method as an optimal alternative search method based on specifiedcriteriaFrom the results of the research found that the search for optimal alternative of a number ofcandidates for High Leadership Of Pratama with this method can be trusted because of thismathematical method there is a statistical test by looking at the value of criteria previously given tothe alternative. Implementing this system can reduce errors in alternative assessments, facilitateimplementation at all stages and systems more efficiently than traditional systems.

Abstract

In the regional scale of the province in Kalimantan, the spread case appeared in West Kalimantan and East Kalimantan on 18th March 2020, Central Kalimantan on 20th March 2020, South Kalimantan on 22nd March 2020 and North Kalimantan on 29th March 2020. In this case the Covid-19 epidemic was caused by coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19). The prediction of the Covid-19 is currently sought. We use the SIR Model to perform basic reproductive value calculations (R0). This model is the mathematic language, interpreted as the number of nativity of a new case due to a person infected with Covid-19 into a fully healthy and potential population for illness or infection by the Covid-19. Using the linear regression, we estimate the value of R0. The value of R0 in Kalimantan region is West Kalimantan (R0 = 1.15), East Kalimantan (R0 = 1.17), Central Kalimantan (R0 = 1.09), South Kalimantan (R0 = 1.24), and North Kalimantan (R0 = 1.20). According to the SIR Model, the highest R0 value is in South Kalimantan, followed by North Kalimantan, East Kalimantan, West Kalimantan, and Central Kalimantan.

Bidik MISI is a scholarship program to student in high school for continue in private University all Indonesia. The scholarship are given to students have excelent grade and ability cost to continue in University. The candidate of student must be evaluate every season of academic program in University. If the value of grade student can not pass from threshold of University system. The student have a warning and the scholarship can be stoped. In this thesis, The system needed for evaluate of grade GPA every student and the system can delivery of information to citizen and student.The Method of ADKI (Analysis, Design, Code, and Implementation) is adaptive method from waterfall, iterative, incremental, and spiral. The method used for system analysis into website system for develop of framework of application. In the ADKI method have three phase to design a software engineering. Analysis of information data and management grade GPA of students in use phase 1 that is analysis and design.In this thesis, Analysis and Design for system is done, We are continue to phase design and code and code and implementation.

Abstract

Swiss-bel Hotel Danum Palangkaraya is one of the hotels located in Palangkaraya. The development of the hotel business increased to make every company in the business want to provide a best for employees to work and customers who come to stay. These goals would make any equipment related to Information Technology (IT) should be able to operate smoothly and quickly in order to achieve a hotel corporate in Palangkaraya who actively and creatively trying to meet the needs of consumers both in terms of quality, value, and customer satisfaction. It required the Inventory Information Systems of IT equipment that can record and manage IT equipment, making it easier to know the condition of IT equipment and IT equipment maintenance schedule.In the Inventory Information System development of IT equipment in the Swiss-bel Hotel Danum Palangkaraya using waterfall method. In this methodology is done several steps to build a software, namely analysis, design, coding, testing and maintenance. In step modeling analysis using Unified Modeling Language (UML). UML model used is the Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams and Class Diagrams. The programming language used is PHP and the MySQL databaseThis research has resulted in the application of IT Equipment Inventory Information System in the Swiss-bel Hotel Danum Palangkaraya which has features to manage IT equipment, IT equipment maintenance schedules, user applications and reports. Reports generated as department detailed reports, inventory reports, reports of maintenance schedule of IT equipment, reports of conditions and specifications of IT equipment every department, every month, by year of acquisition, location, and date of last maintenance IT equipment.

Abstract

Association Business Development Service Indonesia (ABDSI) is a service provider forBusiness Development Cooperatives and Small Micro and Medium Entrepreneurs (SMMEs).ABDSI Central Kalimantan needs a media to give information to SMME that spread in CentralKalimantan.Website for ABDSI was built based on Web 2.0 technology. The methodology to model thiswebsite UML-based Web Engineering (UWE) that has four steps , each step of the methodology isstructured, visualized, and documented clearly. The softwares that is used to develop this websiteare PHP, MySQL database, Adobe Dreamweaver CS5, Javascript, Jquery. The Blackbox Testingwas used to test the functionality.The result of blackbox testing shows that this website can be used as a media to inform andpromote ABDSI profile, activities, and training that can be shared to the SMMEs and the Society.For the future works the website can be improved to facilitate the communication between ABDSIand SMMEs with more interactive medias such as video call, online chat and SMS gateway.

Abstract

As with any application of electronic-government (e-government). E-government is one of the Government’s efforts in implementing the electronic-based governmental fields in improving the quality of public services effectively and efficiently. Viewed from the community needs to get good service then BP3AKKB Central Kalimantan Made the e-government services effectivelyand efficiently. Because it requires BP3AKKB E-Government so it can pass on information to the public about the implementation of activities as well as the public can pass on complaints acts of violence on women and children to the BP3AKKB.E-Government website was built using waterfall and web 2.0 technologies. Starting from the stage of the analysis is the stage design of use case diagrams, activity diagrams and class diagrams, peform a functional modeling analysis system by using UML. Next up is stage makingthe Coding System. In desingning and manufacturing use PHP, html, and java script. Xampp a web server, and MySQL as the database server. And the last stage of testing is in the form of with the method of blackbox.Web based e-government on womens empowerment And child protection, population, family planning and the province of Central Kalimantan it provide facilities to violence complaint contained features messages and notifications that are used as the interaction between society and the BP3AKKB.
