Abstract

The learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic has the potential to cause saturation in students. Variations in learning activities during the Covid-19 pandemic are a necessity for learning in elementary schools. Quizizz is a technology-based platform that has an interactive display and is attractive to the millennial generation. The use of quizzes in the learning process is an innovative effort made by the teacher. This study aims to determine the effect of using quizizz as a question practice platform on the learning outcomes of fifth grade elementary school students. This study used a quasi-experimental method with a pretest-posttest control group design. The sample was selected by random sampling method with a population of class V SDN Kepanjen II Jombang. Research data in the form of student learning outcomes obtained by test techniques. Data analysis using t test. The results showed that t count was greater than t table, so the research hypothesis was accepted. The use of quizizz as a question practice platform has a positive effect on learning outcomes of fifth grade elementary school students. The implication of this research is the need to use technology-based platforms in learning to create pleasant learning conditions in elementary schools.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh E-Modul Berbasis Flip Html 5 dalam pembelajaran daring terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas V SD. Siswa kelas V merupakan salah satu kelompok siswa generasi alpa, yaitu generasi yang sangat dekat dengan tehknologi. Dalam pembelajaran daring, penggunaan gawai menjadi suatu kondisi yang sangat cocok dengan karakteristik generasi ini. Hadirnya e-modul yang dapat diakses dari gawai siswa dimanapun dan kapanpun sebagai sumber belajar merupakan salah satu bentuk inovasi pembelajaran daring. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan bentuk eksperimen. Desain eksperimen yang digunakan adalah posttest only control design. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas V SDN Kepanjen 2 Jombang tahun akademik 2020/2021. Teknik pemilihan sampel menggunakan random sampling, dipeoleh siswa kelas VB dan VC sebagai sampel penelitian. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket motivasi model ARCS. Proses perhitungan keseluruhan data statistik dilakukan dengan bantuan aplikasi IBM SPSS 26. Hasilnya diperoleh nilai Sig. (2-tailed) P < 0,05 dan dari nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel sehingga hipotesis penelitian Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa E-Modul berbasis Flip HTML 5 dalam pembelajaran daring berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas V SD. Adanya pengaruh penggunaan e-modul dalam pembelajaran daring terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di sekolah dasar berimplikasi pada perlunya guru memperbanyak variasi berbagai aspek pembelajaran. Variasi dalam pembelajaran daring tidak hanya pada sumber belajar, tetapi juga pada media, tampilan, dan strategi pembelajaran.

Abstract

The research aims to describe the application of flipped learning-based STEM in Sensitivity to Nature courses for PGSD students. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The research data is described in the form of a description that describes the application of STEM-based on Flipped Learning in Sensitivity of Nature course. The application of STEM-based flipped learning in Sensitivity of Nature courses is carried out in 4 phases, the independent learning phase through LMS, the phase of completing assignments in the online class, the discussion phase in the online class, and the understanding test phase in the class through the LMS. STEM components are mapped based on the constituent subjects of STEM, science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. The results of mapping become a reference in the preparation of lecture materials and activities. The results of this study imply that the application of STEM-based flipped learning can be applied to courses that have a relationship with STEM subjects.

Abstract

This research aimed to describe needs of students’ Science learning resources with ecoliteracy  at PGSD STKIP Al Hikmah Surabaya. Students, the majority of whom are young, have great potential to realize a more environmentally friendly Indonesia as stated in the Sustainable Development Goals. Research method that is used in this research was qualitative. Data collected by using questionnaires and interviews. Data analyzed descriptively. Research revealed that PGSD students have middle ecoliteracy . Science learning resource that is needed for students was the Science Education Book with Ecoliteracy . Through the development of Ecoliteracy -based Science Education Books, it is hoped that PGSD students will be able to become students who understand and are aware of environmental issues (ecoliterate), and can design learning activities for elementary students that can instill environmental care characters. The book consisted of information about ecoliteracy  and teaching and learning in elementary school for enhancing students’ ecoliteracy.
