Abstract

Indonesia's energy mix target in 2025 is 23 %. While the achievement of the target in 2021 has only reached 11 %. Acceleration towards a 23% energy mix in 2025 requires the support of human resources (HR) in the field of Renewable Energy . These human resources are obtained from universities in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the curriculum and laboratories in universities in the field of renewable energy . The methodology of this research is descriptive qualitative with a simple survey approach using Microsoft form by random sampling. The number of respondents was 56 students from various public and private universities in Indonesia. The results showed that universities did not provide a special renewable energy curriculum and did not have a special renewable energy laboratory while student interest in learning renewable energy was very high. The conclusion of this study is that universities have not been able to support human resources in the field of renewable energy in terms of curriculum and laboratory infrastructure.

Abstract

Leaderless group discussion (LGD) merupakan salah satu metode pembelajaran andragogi dimana LGD merupakan cara belajar dengan pertukaran pendapat, ide, dan informasi tentang beberapa topik oleh anggota anggota kelompok tanpa dipimpin oleh pemimpin yang ditunjuk di awal diskusi . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui metode pembelajaran dalam penanaman nilai- nilai anti korupsi bagi dosen dengan pola leaderless group discussion pada latsar CPNS Kemendikbud 2020. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah dengan metode leaderless group discussion ini penyampaian materi pelatihan akan tercapai sesuai dengan rencana pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quosi eksperimental dengan survei sederhana menggunakan pertanyaan terbuka pada Microsoft form dalam pengumpulan data dan jumlah responden sebanyak 136 orang Dosen dari berbagai perguruan tonggi diseluruh Indonesia. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) 92 % responden mengetahui metode pembelajaran LGD; (2) 84 % responden merasa lebih mudah memperoleh materi dengan metode LGD; (3) Kelebihan metode LGD adalah peserta aktif 56 %; (4) Kekurangan metode LGD oleh responden adalah waktu lebih lama sebanyak 88 responden.(5) Identifikasi anti korupsi ditempat kerja ditemukan sebanyak 95 %; (6) rencana aksi anti korupsi ditempat kerja setelah mengikuti latsar 99 % sudah mampu merencanakan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa metode Leaderles Group Discussion (LGD) sangat cocok diterapkan dalam pembelajaran penanaman nilai-nilai anti korupsi pada Latsar CPNS. Leaderless group discussion (LGD) is one of the andragogical learning methods where LGD is a way of learning by exchanging opinions, ideas, and information on several topics by group members without being led by the leader appointed at the beginning of the discussion. This study aims to develop a learning method in instilling anti-corruption values ​​for lecturers with a leaderless group discussion pattern on the CPNS Ministry of Education and Culture 2020. The problem in this study is whether with the leaderless group discussion method the delivery of training material will be achieved according to the learning plan. This study used an experimental quosi method with a simple survey using open questions on Microsoft form in data collection and the number of respondents was 136 lecturers from various Tonggi colleges throughout Indonesia. The results of this study indicate: (1) 92% of respondents know the LGD learning method; (2) 84% of respondents found it easier to obtain material using the LGD method; (3) The advantages of the LGD method are 56% active participants; (4) The disadvantage of the LGD method by respondents is that it takes 88 respondents longer. (5) Anti-corruption identification in the workplace is found to be 95%; (6) the anti-corruption action plan in the workplace after following the training program 99% are able to plan. The conclusion of this research is that the Leaderles Group Discussion (LGD) method is very suitable to be applied in learning to instill anti-corruption values ​​in CPNS Latsar.

Abstract

Konsumsi energi di Indonesia semakin tahun semakin meningkat.Salah satu cara mengurangi konsumsi energi yang terus meningkat adalah dengan penghematan energi. Hemat energi adalah salah satu cara bentuk pengurangan konsumsi energi sehingga energi tidak terbuang sia-sia. Generasi milenial akan berperan besar pada era bonus demografi. Generasi ini yang akan memegang kendali atas roda pembangunan khususnya di bidang perekonomian yang diharapkan akan mampu membawa bangsa Indonesia menuju ke arah pembangunan yang lebih maju dan dinamis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pandangan umum generasi milenial terhadap penghematan energi, kesadaran dampak lingkungan dari penggunaan energi, kesadaran biaya energi yang tinggi dari pemborosan energi dan kesadaran cara-cara penghematan energi dirumah. Metodologi penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan survey sederhana menggunakan Microsoft form. Jumlah responden terdiri dari 582 generasi milenial yang masih kuliah dan 233 responden generasi milinial yang sudah bekerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan pandangan dalam penghematan energi pada generasi milinial yang sudah bekerja dengan yang masih kuliah. Terdapat persamaan kesadaran dalam biaya energi, pemborosan energi dan dampak terhadap lingkungan. Mempunyai kemauan untuk penghematan energi. Mempunyai motivasi untuk penghematan energi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa perilaku hemat energi pada generasi milenial sangat baik dan mempunyai kesadaran tinggi untuk penghematan energi. Energy consumption in Indonesia is increasing every year. One way to reduce energy consumption which continues to increase is to save energy. Saving energy is one way of reducing energy consumption so that energy is not wasted. The millennial generation will play a major role in the demographic bonus era. This generation will be in control of the wheels of development, especially in the economic sector, which is expected to be able to bring the Indonesian nation towards a more advanced and dynamic development. This study aims to determine the general view of the millennial generation towards energy saving, awareness of the environmental impact of energy use, awareness of high energy costs from energy waste and awareness of ways to save energy at home. The methodology of this research is descriptive qualitative with a simple survey approach using Microsoft form. The number of respondents consists of 582 millennial generation who are still in college and 233 millennial generation respondents who are already working. The results of the study show that there are different views on energy saving in the millennial generation who are already working with those who are still in college. There is a common awareness in energy costs, energy wastage and impact on the environment. Have a will to save energy. Have motivation to save energy. The conclusion of this study is that the energy-saving behavior of the millennial generation is very good and has a high awareness of energy saving.
