Abstract

PT Bina Megah Indowood (BMI) is a company that provides high quality solid wood floors, with a choice of thicknesses to meet various needs. PT. BMI itself has several warehouse divisions with different functions. However, with such a large warehouse area, the obstacles often experienced by companies are still minimal use of information technology, such as for example manual data processing, and errors in recording, and as a result the recording process by PPIC is disrupted and the company's business processes are a little late.With this background, it will be done to find a solution by designing an inventory information system at PT. Bina Megah Indowood. With the application of information technology, it is hoped that PT Bina Megah Indowood can correct errors that often occur in the field, shorten existing data processing, so as to improve labor efficiency and minimize data input errors that occur in the field.The test results on the manufacture of the Inventory Control and Monitoring system at PT. Bina Megah Indowood show that the system can perform data calculations correctly. So that the data obtained can meet precise and controlled calculations and can reduce errors that occur in the field. Testing for reports from inventory control is also successful, as evidenced by the resulting reports that can calculate all the stock owned by each warehouse properly and accurately. This is useful so that the company will no longer have trouble seeing and monitoring the stock they have.

Abstract

XYZ Institute Denpasar Branch is a company engaged in the field of air traffic control. To carry out its business activities, until 2021, the company has 2 Main Branch Offices (KCU), 31 Branch Offices (KC), 31 Sub-Branch Offices (KCP), and 226 Aviation Navigation Service Units (UPNP). One of them is the Denpasar Branch of the XYZ Institute.Large companies have business processes with complexity and one of their main tasks is controlling spare parts for aviation telecommunications facilities and assisted by information technology. The company strives to control spare parts in detail, carefully and precisely to increase availability and reliability. The evaluation of information technology governance that has been implemented does not provide a definite guarantee for the company. Therefore, in the use of information technology, companies must focus on monitoring, maintenance, and management So in this research, the framework used is the COBIT 5 framework with the stages of Assessment Process Activities. The domain used in this study is EDM04 (Ensure Resource Optimization) which was obtained from the problems that occurred.

Abstract

The maintenance of mother-in-law's tongue ornamental plants often makes mistakes because ornamental plants have many types of plants. Some ornamental plants such as mother-in-law's tongue have a quite different handling compared to most of the existing ornamental plants such as air requirements around 5-8% while most ornamental plants require 50-70%.The problem that the author wants to solve is by utilizing android and IoT applications which function to monitor the mother-in-law's tongue ornamental plants and provide adequate watering and fertilization.The test was carried out using 4 ornamental plants that were treated with different treatments. From the results of the tests carried out, the application that was made was able to monitor and control the water and fertilizer content accurately and the results from the test method were able to achieve an accuracy value of 100%.

Abstract

Risk Management is one of the most crucial activities in today's business world. Along with the development of an increasingly complex era, making business people have to face many increasingly complex challenges as well. You can say that risk management must be implemented in companies that currently use IT in their dominant business processes in order to minimize risks and identify risks that will arise. The method used in this study to be applied to the company PT. X is COBIT 5 with two process domains, namely DSS01 Manage Operations and APO12 Manage Risk. The results of this study are some 24 (twenty four) company risks and risk mitigation related to what must be done in overcoming these risks.

Abstract

Flowerhorn care has different handling, where this can affects how to cultivate and how to treat it. Where if the treatment given is not good, the quality of the fish produced also decreases, which can greatly affect the selling price of the fish.The problem that the author want to solve is by utilizing an android application that functions to diagnose diseases that exist in flowerhorn by using an expert system based on the Forward Chaining Method to diagnose the symptoms that arise in flowerhorn fish.The test was carried out on a collection of interview data in the form of disease symptoms and the application made was able to diagnose flowerhorn with the results of the method test being able to achieve an accuracy value of 80%.

Abstract

PT. Deus Digital Transformasi Universal is a service company that focuses on website creation, social media management, and client product marketing. So far, the management of human resources is still mostly done manually, so it is very possible for recording errors or other errors that make the data inaccurate. PT. Deus Digital Transformasi Universal also plans to open several branches outside the Surabaya area which causes the company's need for a Human Resources Information System to be very strong and cannot be avoided anymore. HRIS is equipped with a decision support feature using the Analytical Hierarchy Process method that can display suggestions and actions for evaluating employee performance results. In this study, an HRIS was designed which has several modules, namely the Master module, recruitment module, project module, violation module, daily work module, performance module, and payroll module. To support decisions the system uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process used in the calculation process, and ranking of employee performance. The system is made based on a website using the laravel PHP framework, javascript, HTML, and MySQL database. The result of this research is a system that can help HRD in all matters of human resource management, and help company directors to be able to unify the work of employees, and their performance in real-time, and objectively.

Abstract

Playing games is an activity that is often done by many people from various ages, some just fill their free time, some make the game a job or a place to make money. The online gaming industry is currently an industry with a large value, which is $21.1 million in 2021. The Steam Community is an online game platform that provides nearly 30000 games. In this platform, you can not only play games but can make transactions with fellow Steam Community users. The transactions made include selling games, ingame accessories, steam wallets and artwork. The problem faced is, payment transactions are carried out outside the Steam platform itself, on the other hand Steam users do not know each other yet, so the seller's account reputation needs to be checked. The checks carried out are through analyzing the sentiment on the comments of the account in question. Analyzing these comments is done by using the Support Vector Machine method to classify the purpose and sentiment of the comments. The results of this research will be presented in the form of a website where users of this website-based application will enter SteamID into the system, and the system will perform sentiment analysis on comments, then the system displays the results of the analysis in the form of data presentations, in the form of the number of comments based on existing sentiments. And the system will also display all comments on the profile along with the predictions for their comments. Based on research that has been carried out using the Support Vector Machine method, the model with the best accuracy is 91% for classification of comments purposes, and 86% for sentiment classification. Based on a survey of this application, 76% of respondents claimed to be helped by this application, and 66% of respondents were willing to recommend this application to their friends.

Abstract

PT XYZ is a company engaged in the retail and distribution of baby equipment located in Surabaya. Generally, the company has many stores ranging from physical stores and online stores. The problem faced at this time is that there is no system that can connect the company's internal systems including the cashier system, warehouse system, sales calculation system with the existing system in online stores such as in this case the Shopee system. To answer these problems, PT XYZ requires a website-based channel management system so that it can be integrated both on mobile and desktop. It is hoped that by using this technology, it can help companies improve the performance and sales performance of stores both physical stores and online stores. An integrated Multichannel Management System and Point of Sales Application can record every sale, stock management practically and efficiently so that when a stock transaction occurs it will always be synchronized along with transaction data from between online stores and offline stores.

Abstract

Digital marketing in this era of globalization is mandatory for small business owners or businesses that have developed. Marketing using Instagram Influencers is one way. Oftentimes, influencers set their prices according to the followers they have, while not necessarily posting can engage their followers who are active and not fake. The problem that researchers want to solve is the classification of endorsement prices according to the data they have by looking at other than followers such as engagement rate, average liker, and average comment so that the prices set by influencers are more in line with the data they have. The method used for classification is Decision Tree with CART algorithm. The resulting model will be used to classify influencer endorsement prices. The results from testing the model used are only able to achieve 50% accuracy with a RMSE value of 1.12 to classify influencer endorsement prices.

Abstract

A contractor company is an example of a company engaged in the construction sector. CV.X contractor companies need to consider project bids by considering all aspects of the company and appropriately. Inefficient project selection can be fatal. Project selection errors can occur because decision makers only rely on feelings and experiences. Therefore, a decision support system can help the decision-making process at the CV.X contractor company. The TOPSIS and AHP-TOPSIS methods are used to find out which method is better to be applied to a decision support system and make weight improvements after knowing the best method for each project category that CV.X is working on. In the construction/rehabilitation project category, AHP-TOPSIS is better than TOPSIS with a correlation coefficient of 0.8 for Kendall and 0.9 for Spearman. In the TOPSIS and AHP-TOPSIS road improvement project categories, the Kendall 1 and Spearman correlation coefficient values are 1. For the licensing project category, the TOPSIS method excels with the Kendall correlation coefficient value of 0.33 and Spearman 0.464286. TOPSIS weight improvement is done by brute force to find the combination of weights with the best correlation value. Improvements to the weight of the criteria were not carried out in the category of development/rehabilitation projects because the resulting ranking results were slightly different and were used as a reference for decision making. Improvements to the weighting criteria for the road improvement project category were not carried out. Improvements to the weighting criteria for the TOPSIS method permit project category were carried out and increased the resulting Kendall and Spearman correlation values to 0.714286 and 0.821429.
