Abstract

The advancement of e-commerce, capital markets, and financial products and services in Indonesia may give incentives for people to spend more. Thus, this may also bring unfavourable economic situations for those who do not have good financial behaviour. Therefore, it is important to know how to have good financial behaviour by knowing what are the factors that influence it. Thesubject for this research is the university students in Indonesia because the number of young investors, especially university students, in Indonesia is growing rapidly. Past studies have suggested that factors that may affect the financial behaviour of university students include: extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, neuroticism, openness to experience, optimism, financial attitude, financial knowledge, and financial self-efficacy. Therefore, this research aims to know whether those nine factors influence the financial behaviour of university students in Indonesia or not. The data was gathered by distributing questionnaires to 129 respondents who are currently university students in Indonesia. The data is analysed using multiple linear regression. The findings suggest that conscientiousness, financial attitude, and financial self-efficacy has a significant influence on financial behaviour. However, extraversion, agreeableness, neuroticism, openness to experience, optimism, and financial knowledge has no significant influence on financial behaviour.Keywords:Financial Behaviour, Extraversion, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, Neuroticism, Openness to Experience, Optimism, Financial Attitude, Financial Self-Efficacy, Financial Knowledge.

Abstract

Desain Pola Sirkulasi Bangunan Multifungsi Ditinjau Dari Segi Keamanan Dan Kenyamanan Pengguna Bangunan The Bellagio Residences Jakarta   THERESIA PYNKYAWATI, ARUM AMBARJATI SUSILOHADI, RADEN RENDY ANTANA, CHRISTOPHORUS RYAN, ROCKY Email : thres@itenas.ac.id   Abstrak The Bellagio Jakarta adalah bangunan multifungsi yang terdiri dari apartemen dan mall yang bersifat privat dan publik. Sirkulasi sebagai unsur utama penghubung kedua fungsi tersebut sangat berpengaruh terhadap keamanan dari bahaya orang asing, kenyamanan privasi dan kemudahan aksesibilitas, terutama bagi penghuni apartemen. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk memahami bentuk desain pola sirkulasi dan zona ruang secara vertikal dan horizontal serta pengaruhnya terhadap keamanan dan kenyamanan penghuni apartemen melalui pengamatan desain pola sirkulasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif analitif dengan membandingkan teori pola sirkulasi, zona fungsi ruang, penerapan elemen sirkulasi, dan alat upaya pengamanan dengan data yang dikumpulkan dari hasil observasi. The Bellagio Jakarta memiliki tingkat keamanan yang baik bagi penghuni apartemen dengan memisahkan zona privat dan publik secara vertikal, menempatkan alat-alat dan upaya keamanan, namun tetap memperhatikan kenyamanan dengan desain pola sirkulasi dan aksesibilitas yang jelas serta penerapan elemen sirkulasi yang cukup baik. Kata kunci: sirkulasi, multifungsi, keamanan, kenyamanan Abstract The Bellagio Jakarta is a multifunction building consist of private apartment and public mall. Circulation as main element that links both function has influences to security from criminal damage, privacy, and ease of access, especially for the residents. This study made to understand design of circulation patterns and building zones vertically and horizontally, also the influences to security and residents convenience by observing circulation design and patterns. Descriptive analitics methods is used by comparing theory about circulation patterns, zone function, circulation elements, and security supports, with collected data from observing. The Bellagio Jakarta has a good security level for its resident by separating public and private zones vertically, placing security supports, but still paying attention to resident’s conveniece by designing circulation patterns and clear accesibility, also by using positive circulation components. Abstract

Human resources in the company is an important aspect for the company, where the company has Human Resource Development (HRD) department to coordi­nate and develop existing human resources on CV Metalik. The phenomenon that occ­urs in the CV. Metalik Baru is the employee turnover rate on CV Metalik Baru is high enough to be evident from employee turnover data obtained with high turnover rate from January to December 2017. One of the factors affecting turnover intention is work­place incivility. In addition, other factors that may affect turnover intention is the job burnout. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of workplace inci­vility and job burnout partially and simultaneously toward intention turnover at CV Metalik Baru. This research uses causality research design using quantitative met­hod. Population Sample in this research is employees at CV Metalik Baru as many as 40 employees. The analytical technique used multiple linear regression. Based on the re­sults of research and discussion it can be concluded that the workplace increment and job burnout variables partially and together affect the turnover intention on the CV. Metalik Baru. Then proven H1, H2, and H3 are accepted.
