Abstract

TlNJAUAN PRA OPERASIONAL PEMBANGUNAN GEDUNG NTC DENGAN ALTERNATIF LOKASI YOGYAKARTA. Gedung NTC (Nuclear Training Centre) direncanakan akan dibangun dilokasi PTAPB (Pusat Teknologi Akselerator dan Proses Bahan) diperlukan sebagai wadah bagi pendidikan dan pelatihan untuk menjadikan profesional muda yang kompeten dalam mengoperasikan PL TN. Sebelum pembangunan dilaksanakan kita perlu meninjau kelayakan lokasi sebagai sarana dan salah satu persyaratan dari pra operasional pembangunan gedung. Dengan tinjauan ini diharapkan kita dapat meminimalis biaya baik yang akan direncanakan maupun biaya tak terduga. Tinjauan pra operasional ini berdasarkan peraturan pemerintah PP no: 4711997. PRE OPERA TlONAL REVIEW OF DEVELOPMENT BUILDING WITH AL TERNA TIVE LOCA TlONS YOGYAKARTA NTC. NTC Building (Nuclear Training Centre) which is planned to be built in site of PTAPB (Center for Materials and Process Technology Accelerator) is required as a forum for education and training to make young professionals who are competent in operating nuclear power plants. Prior to the construction carried out we need to review the feasibility of a location as one of the facilities and operational requirements of the pre construction of the building. With this review we can expect to minimize both the cost of planned or unexpected costs. This pre-operational review is based on the government regulation no: 4711997.
