Abstract

The existence of sharia financial institutions in the districts Probolinggo became the object of interest primarily among boarding school. Islamic financial institutions conducted by the banking community has created a separate perception for the community of pesantren or santri . The activities of Islamic financial institutions be interesting people, but the existence of the financial institution of sharia cause different perceptions. Some assume that Islamic financial institutions are no different from conventional financial institutions. The research method used is qualitative descriptive analysis. Collected by observation technique and interview with structured question supported by closed questionnaire to informant to know opinion perception of the existence of Islamic financial institutions , by using Snowball Sampling method. From the discussion of the above problems, it can be concluded that the perception of the santri community at the Genggong cottage, both those who are customers and those who are not Islamic bank customers, in terms of cultural, social, personal and psychological approaches, is positive towards Islamic banks. The differences that exist in the santri community of customers and non customers are on their attitude or choice to choose or not to choose sharia bank. Keywords: Islamic finance, santri , pesantren

Abstract

The  title  of  this  research  article  is  "giving reward  has  great  impact onjobsatisfaction  and teacher commitmentat SMA Satya Dharma Balung Jember". This study aims to analyze and examine  the  effect  of  intrinsic  rewards  and  extrinsic  rewards  on  job  satisfaction  and  teacher commitment   in   SMA   Satya   Dharma   Balung Jember.   This   research   includes   causal, quantitative  research,  because  this  study  intends  to  explain  causal  relationships  (causality) between   variables   through   hypothesis   testing   that   has   been   formulated.   The   research population  is  all  high  school  teachers  of  Satya  Dharma  Balung  Jember.  The  sampling technique used is Proportional Stratified Random Sampling. The hypothesis proposed in this study  is  that  there  is  a  direct,  positive,  and  significant  influence  of  intrinsic  rewards,  and extrinsic rewards to job satisfaction and teachers commitment of SMA Satya Dharma Balung Jember. The  test  validity  of  research  instrument  used construct  validity.  Reliability  test was done with Cronbach Alpha. The method of analysis used is path analysis and the calculation process  is  approached  with  multiple  linear  regression  analysis.  The  results  showed  that intrinsic  rewards  and  extrinsic  rewards  had  a  direct,  positive,  and  significant  impact  on theteacher's job satisfactionofSatya Dharma Balung Jember high school. Intrinsic rewards, and extrinsic  rewards hada  direct,  positive,  and  significant  impact  on  the  work  commitment  of SMA Satya Dharma Balung Jember teachers.  Intrinsic rewards and extrinsic rewards hadan indirect,  positive,  and  significant  impact  on  teacher  commitment,  through  job  satisfaction. Based on the findings of this study, it is expected that the award received in accordance with what  is  perceived,  so  that  it  appears on  job  satisfaction  and  ultimately  lead  to  work commitments.

Abstract

This empirical investigation aimed to determine the effectof  work life quality, work culture, work  motivation,  and  religiusity  on  the staffsperformance in  SD  Al  BaitulAmien  (full  day school)  Jember.  Population  of  this  study  was  all  tachers  in    SD  Al  BaitulAmien  (full  day school)  Jembertotaling  20  persons  used  for  the  sample.Data  were  collected  with  a questionnaireusing a Likert scale. Then theywere analyzed using correlation and regressiontechniques using Statistical  Package  For  Social  Science  (SPSS)program version23.0.The study found that : 1) Quality of working life (QWL) has a positive effect onthe performance of  staffs  in  the  SD  Al  BaitulAmien  (full  day  school)  Jember.  2)  theworkmotivation  has  a positive  effect  onthe  staffsperformance  in  the  SD  Al  BaitulAmien  (full  day  school) Jember.3) Work culturehaspositive effect on staff performance in SD Al BaitulAmien (full day  school)  Jember.  4) Religiosity  have  a  positive  effect  on  staff  performance  in  SD  AlBaitulAmien (full day school) Jember. The findings of this study provide practical advice to staffs  and  principals  to  be  able to enhance  SD  Al  BaitulAmien  (full  day  school)  Jember. Quality  of  working  life,  work  culture,  motivation  and  religiosity  in  orderto  optimize  the performance of staff increased at SD Al BaitulAmien (full day school) Jember.
