Abstract

This aim of this study the organizational commitment as an intervening variable, the influence of the job satisfaction, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Quality of Work Life, against the employee performance : Case Study : In The Regional Public Service Women's and Children's Hospital of Aceh Province . The research population is all employees of 254 people, and total sample of 156. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modelling. The results showed Organizational Commitment able to mediated the affect of the job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior and quality of work life against the employee performance is partially. And the relationship the job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior and quality of work life have a significant of relationship on the organizational commitment and employee performance.

Abstract

This research is intended to find ant organization climate (psychological dimension, structural dimension, social dimension and bureaucratic dimension) toward employee’s work satisfaction at PT. PLN Lhokseumawe branch. This research is also intended to find at dominant variable that influences employees’ work satisfaction at PT. PLN Lhokseumawe branch. This research is conducted at PT. PLN Lhokseumawe branch with population the whole employees’ with sample 66 employees’. The scope of the research is the influence of organization’s climate toward employee’s work satisfaction at PT. PLN (Persero) Lhokseumawe branch. Based on the result, all variables have siqnificant influence toward employees’ work satisfaction at PT. PLN Lhokseumawe branch. This can be seen from the value Fhitung = 57.714, while Ftabel at the siqnificant level α = 5 % equals to 2.53. the value R – Square or coefitien is determined 0,791. this show that 79,1 % variable is explained by un investigated variable. Based on partial test, it is found that all investigated variable have siqnificant influence toward employees’ work satisfaction because in this research all variable qets thitung > ttabel an siqnificant level α = 5 %.Keywords: Organization climate, employee’s

Abstract

This study examined and analyzed the effect of compensation and work facilitieson the performance of outsourcing ground-keeping employees at PT. PAG Lhokseumawe. This study used the Census sample method and primary data by distributing questionnaires to 58 respondents. The method of data analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of partial tests showed that compensation had a positive and significant effect on performance, work facilities had a positive and significant effect on performance. Simultaneously, compensation, work facilities, and a positive and significant impact on the performance of PT. PAG Lhokseumawe outsourcing ground-keeping employees.   Keywords: Compensation, work facilities, employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Competence and Human Relationship on the Performance of High School Teachers in North Aceh District. The data used in this study were 140 high school teachers in North Aceh Regency. The analytical tool used is SPSS . The results showed that competence and human relationships had a significant effect on the performance of high school teachers in North Aceh Regency. Competence has a significant effect on the performance of high school teachers in North Aceh Regency. Human relationship has a significant effect on the performance of high school teachers in North Aceh Regency.Keywords: Competence, Human Relationship, Teacher Performance
