Abstract

Emotional intelligence for early childhood can be done through various ways and certain stages. One of the most unique ways in educating children's emotions has been done by wong Banyumas. Efforts to educate the emotions of Wong Banyumas to children is done through the expression and implementation of attitude. Various expression wong Banyumas in educating the emotions of early childhood done in cablaka, blakasuta, thok melong and shrimp or give the pengalem. In terms of attitude, emotional intelligence is implanted through a critical attitude, uphold the equality in associating, visiting, be humorous to anyone, and inculcate the attitude of rikuh pekewuh. Educating emotion perspective wong Banyumas in the form of expression and planting attitude done naturally and unplanned. But the expression and implementation of attitude as an effort to educate emotion wong Banyumas in accordance with Goleman's theory that emotional intelligence is done through self-awareness planting, emotional management, recognizing the emotions of others, and fostering emotional relationships with others in harmony, all of which are contained in the phrase and implementation attitude of wong Banyumas.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explore the purpose, purpose and implementation of attitude education in Darul Qur'an al-Karim Kindergarten Baturraden Banyumas academic year 2018-2019. This research is a field research with a qualitative approach. The methods used in this research are: in-depth interviews (indept interview), participant observation and documentation. Furthermore, the analysis in this study was carried out through: first, data reduction (data reduction) in order to provide a clearer picture of information while making it easier for researchers to conduct further data collection and search for research data needed. Second, presentation of data (display data). Third, conclusing drawing and verification.The results of this study show that: a) the education of bargaining in kindergarten Darul Qur'an al-karim is intended to instill a sense of belonging and positive self-acceptance so that each learner can understand the essence and scope of the bargain.  b) curriculum development in the aspects of tawakal attitude is carried out by formulating core competencies, basic competencies and indicators of the achievement of the development of children's spiritual aspects. c) techniques to teach tawakal attitudes are carried out through habituation and giving examples, provide understanding of tawakal attitudes to children, as well as evaluating education programs for tawakal attitudes through attitude scales.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui gambaran secara utuh dan menyeluruh tentang implementasi kebijakan peningkatan mutu pendidikan berbasis al-Qur’an di TK Darul Qur’an al-Karim Karangtengah Banyumas tahun 2016-2017 serta berbagai aspek kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, ancaman atau tantangan terhadap implementasi kebijakan dirumuskan dalam tulisan ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam, pengamatan peran, observasi partisipasi serta dokumentasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa tahap yakni: reduksi data, display data, serta conclusion drawing dan verification. Hasil penelitian ini memuat dua poin inti yakni: terungkapnya tujuh jenis kebijakan meliputi: kebijakan berbasis shalat sunnah, kebijakan berbasis tahfidz al-qur’an, kebijakan berbasis jum’at language, kebijakan berbasis kreativitas guru, kebijakan berbasis parenting qur'ani, kebijakan berbasis infak, kebijakan pembiayaan berbasis low cost. Selanjutnya kebijakan tersebut di analisis melalui SWOT untuk mengetahui sisi kekuatan, kelemahan, ancaman serta solusi terhadap pelaksanaan kebijakan tersebut. Kata kunci: Kebijakan pendidikan; Analisis SWOT; Taman Kanak-Kanak. Abstract This study aims to determine the overall picture and comprehensive about the implementation of education quality improvement policies based on al quran in TK Darul Qur'an al Karim Karang tengah Banyumas 2016-2017, as well as various aspects of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats or challenges to policy implementation formulated in this paper. This research uses descriptive qualitative research approach. Data collection techniques used in-depth interviews, role observation, participatory observation and documentation. Data analisys in this research using several stages namely: data reduction, display data, and conclusion drawing and verification. The results of this study contain two core points namely: the disclosure of seven types of policies include: Sunna-based prayer policy, based tahfidz Al Qur'an, Furthermore, the policy is analyzed through SWOT to know the strength, weakness, threat and solution to the implementation of the policy. Abstract

Spiritual education-Java version of Islam in this paper emphasizes the thought Ronggowarsito in Serat Wirid Hidayat Jati and Serat Pamoring Kawula Gusti. Broadly speaking, the spiritual education in both of these fibers include six piwulang namely: the spiritual education based saliimul 'aqidah, spiritual education based on the power of a single, spiritual education based quwwatul faith, spiritual education based pensaksian, spiritual education based on science kasampurnaan and spiritual education based tazkiyatun nafs. The purpose of spiritual education of Java-Islam is substantively strengthen the quality of human spirituality by recognizing the oneness, the glory, the power of God through the efforts to cleanse our hearts and fill them with the nature of merit by doing tapaning bodies, tapaning minds, tapaning hawa lust, asceticism, tapaning suksma, tapaning cahya umancur, tapaning urip. These efforts will not succeed without their spiritual teacher instructions. A teacher in the teaching of spiritual education plays a very vital namely educating the human heart to abide by and adhere to the rules of Allah. For that teachers should have a spirit of compassion, patient, selfless, sensitive, and not arrogant, fine words, polite behavior, steadfast stance, noble sacrifices, sharp thinking, as well as a good sense of devotion.
