Abstract

On the purpose of future transportation service requirement accomodation, traffic network and public transportation development are needed, it is needed to connect all transportation modes. With limited budget of Lampung Province, this kind of development needs reference, so it can have integrated planning. The purpose of this reasearch are to recognise the movement pattern and the effect of wisdom application that relates to transportation network on Lampung Province, and to recognise the effect of development planning on transportation network.. Domain of the research are province street and national street in Lampung Province, Data of Origin Destination Matrix on 2009, which used in this reasearch are secondary data that obtain from daily survey data with Furness Method to get the sum of movement on wisdom application planning. The result of the research are (1) Amount of movement patterns show a continous movement pat- tern of people from Palembang to Java Island and vice versa on 2014 is 8 million passengers for a year and from Bengkulu to Java Island and vice versa is 0,7 million passengers for a year, (2) All of scenarios increase street performance, especially after railway and Sumatera Toll development. After railway development, value of VCR changes from 0,83 to 0,45 on Simpang Asahan-Simpang Mesuji D. And the effect of Sumatera Toll development is value of VCR changes from 1,29 to 0,45 on Simpang Terbanggi Besar-Bandar Jaya, (3) Development of street network planning on traffic network and public transportation, railway, acrossing network, sea network, and air network on Lampung Province are needed.

Abstract

 The existence of roads is a tool to serve the movement of activities in urban areas. The problems that occur on the Jl. Imam Bonjol and Jl. RA Kartini is the number of vehicles that carry out activities in and out on the left and right of the road, the slow flow of vehicles, pedestrians, and the number of people who make buying and selling transactions on the right and left sides of the road which causes congestion and queues of vehicles that result in the road section is not functioning properly, namely as the main road in the city of Bandar Lampung. For this reason, it is necessary to analyze the effect of side barriers on the capacity of these roads.The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of side barriers on road capacity, the volume of vehicles on Imam Bonjol and RA Kartini roads and the difference in travel time required on the Imam Bonjol and RA Kartini roads in the morning and evening. To achieve a goal, the target is What is done is expected to be able to help the proper handling of road performance improvement and to determine the magnitude of the influence of side friction factors on the capacity of roads that occur in urban areas, especially Imam Bonjol and RA Kartini roads. And the method used in this study usesGuidelines for Indonesia's Road Capacity (PKJI) 2014.The output obtained from the research is the very high effect of side friction (ST) on the Imam Bonjol and RA Kartini roads resulting in a decrease in capacity, namely the Imam Bonjol road has decreased capacity by 27.73% and the RA Kartini section has decreased capacity. amounted to 26.27%. From the results of the survey conducted, it was found that the volume of heavy traffic affected the value of the capacity on the roads of Imam Bonjol and RA Kartini along 200 meters respectively.It was found that the effect of very high side friction (ST) resulted in an increase in travel time, namely on roads. Imam Bonjol the travel time needed is 3 minutes 10 seconds (3.78 km / hour) and on the RA Kartini road section it is 57 seconds (12.63 km / hour).Keywords : Side Obstacles, Traffic jam, time and capacity.

Abstract

This research analyses the characteristics of travel time reliability for the road network in Kota Bandar Lampung. Therefore, travel time consists of access, wait and interchange time, while its reliability deals with variations of in-passenger/private cars time. Survey of travel time on each road was carried out for 12 hours (from 06.00 to 18.00) for five working days. Furthermore, the buffer time method was used to measure the characteristics of time travel reliability consisting of five measuring tools, namely planning time, planning time index, buffer time, buffer time index and travel time index. This research found that the temporal effects are the main factor that tends to affect travel time, whereas network effects are the second factor that tends to affect travel time. Furthermore, the regression equation was developed to express the effect of planning time (TPlan) and free-flow travel time on average travel time .

Abstract

Perlintasan pintu kereta api pada segmen ruas jalan H. Komarudin Bandar Lampung sering menimbulkan kemacetan sehingga menyebabkan terjadinya tundaan dan panjang antrian. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis perilaku tundaan yang terjadi pada masing-masing lajur akibat penutupan pintu lintasan kereta api. Metode gap acceptance digunakan untuk mengetahui besaran tundaan yang terjadi dengan dukungan data kecepatan dan waktu tempuh. Hasil penelitian didapatkan tundaan atau waktu gap tertinggi pada hari Senin pagi sebesar 12,08 detik. Durasi penutupan palang pintu terlama terjadi hari senin pagi pukul 08:15 WIB sebesar 357,44 detik. Panjang antrian terpanjang terjadi pada hari senin sore saat kereta ke 1 sebesar 165 meter pada arah Fly Over – Bataranila.
