Abstract

Abstract: This research background by the problems that researchers find in SLB Muhammadyah Pauh IX Padang, a mild mental retardation children who have difficulty in reading skills hijaiyah letters. This can be seen when a child is learning in class religious subjects, having observed the boy had difficulty in reading letters hijaiyah with correct pronunciation while the child was sitting in class V. Based on this research it is intended that the children can read letters hijaiyah with the correct pronunciation, and see if the Macromedia Flash Player can improve the child's reading ability hijaiyah letter with the correct pronunciation.This research uses experimental research is in the form of Single Subject Research (SSR) with the AB design. Observations conducted two sessions, namely sessions and session intervention baseline, baseline sessions before the intervention is given seven times of observation, the percentage of literacy hijaiyah letter with the correct pronunciation of this condition lies in the range of 0%, 10%, 20%, and 30% . Second, the intervention sessions using the Macromedia Flash Player, observations were made as much as thirteen times, the percentage of literacy hijaiyah letter with the correct pronunciation of this condition lies in the range of 30%, 40%, 50%, 60%, 70%, 80%, and 100%. Based on these results it can be concluded that the Macromedia Flash player to improve reading skills for children hijaiyah letter grade mild mental retardation DV / C in SLB Muhammadyah Padang Pauh IX. Kata-kata kunci: kemampuan membaca huruf hijaiyah; Macromedia Flash Player; anak tunagrahita.

Abstract

SMTI Padang is one of the education units under the Industrial Human Resources Development Agency (BPSDMI) of the Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Indonesia. Like an institution that provides public services, in this case the field of education, SMTI Padang Vocational School routinely conducts learning environment surveys. The results of this learning environment survey are then outlined in an Education Report Card which contains several indicators that must be addressed and improved for the smooth running of the system. For the results in 2022, there are several service sectors that must be improved, especially for public services in vulnerable areas. Where, SMTI Padang Vocational School with a limited area must be able to maximize environmental conditions so that it can still provide good services in all fields for all parties, especially in vulnerable areas. Special groups are those who often experience obstacles that can cause rights to be violated, because often experience discrimination due to societal culture. Komnas HAM often finds discrimination and unpleasant treatment in terms of physical, economic and legal accessibility towards this group. SMTI Padang Vocational High School provides and completes vulnerable-friendly public services for the comfort of all aspects of those who visit SMTI Padang Vocational School in the future. The existing condition of the provision of infrastructure that is friendly to vulnerable groups meets the required indicators. From the results of improvements and additions to vulnerable-friendly public services, SMTI Padang follows the Vulnerable-Friendly Yanlik assessment as assessed by the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform. SMK SMTI Padang is also the only school unit appointed by the Ministry of Industry to take part in this assessment. As for this assessment, SMTI Padang Vocational School received Very Good results, which means it obtained a score in the range of 81-90 in accordance with the Decree of the Minister for Empowerment of State Apparatus and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia Number 815 of 2023 concerning Monitoring and Evaluation Results of the Provision of Vulnerable Group-Friendly Facilities and Infrastructure. 2023.

Abstract

Semakin meningkatnya penggunaan sampah plastik di Kabupaten Wonosobo khususnya di Desa Binangun, Kecamatan Watumalang membuat permasalahan baru. Di satu sisi lain penggunaan plastik bisa membantu masyarakat dalam menjalankan kegiatan sehari-hari penggunaan plastik yang banyak juga akan memiliki dampak yang buruk bila tidak diimbangi dengan kesadaran masyarakat tentang pembuangan sampah yang tepat dan pengelolaan sampah yang mumpuni.Apalagi saat ini sampah plastik menjadi salah satu sumber polusi dengan tingkat pencemaran yang tinggi. Sampah plastik yang semakin lama semakin banyak dapat menimbulkan pencemaran lingkungan yang serius baik itu di darat, laut, maupun di udara. Pencemaran lingkungan yang terjadi di darat sendiri akan berdampak pada tingkat peresapan air dan matahari yang berdampak terhadap kesuburan tanah sekaligus dapat menyebabkan banjir. Selanjutnya pencemaran di laut sendiri akan berdampak terhadap ekosistem laut. Sampah-sampah plastik dilaut akan terpapar sinar matahari yang semakin lama akan menyebabkan fotodegradasi pada sampah plastik itu sendiri yang mengubah sampah-sampah tersebut menjadi ukuran yang lebih kecil. Bahan beracun dari plastik yang telah terpecah-pecah itu, seperti bisphenol A (BPA), masuk dalam rantai makanan karena termakan oleh makhluk hidup di laut. Manusia, yang mungkin berada dalam urutan teratas rantai makanan, tentunya mendapatkan efek akumulasi dari bahan-bahan beracun tersebut. Dan kemudian pencemaran udara dari sampah plastik biasanya terjadi karena pembakaran sampah plastik yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat. Komponen plastik yang bertebaran di udara dapat berbahaya bagi kesehatan dan lingkungan. Mikroba di Darat dan Laut Berevolusi Memakan Plastik Misalnya, plastik jenis polyvinyl chloride (PVC) yang mengandung halogen dapat memproduksi dioksin apabila dibakar. Dioksin yang mencemari udara, terhirup oleh manusia, dan masuk ke dalam sistem pernafasan dapat menyebabkan banyak masalah kesehatan. Beberapa efeknya adalah dioksin dapat memicu kanker, bertindak sebagai pengacau hormon, dan membahayakan sistem reproduksi.
