Abstract

The total potential for zakat profession is IDR. 139.07 trillion, or 59.5 percent of Rp's total national zakat potential. 233.8 trillion. Meanwhile, the realization only reached IDR. 3.9 trillion or 2.8%. This study aims to analyze the zakat profession from the sharia and regulatory dimensions. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach and literature study. The research data was obtained by collecting and reviewing previous research results that were relevant to the theme. The results showed that zakat profession from the sharia dimension is obliged to follow the text of the Alquran and the fatwas of the ulama to meet the ‘nisab’ limit. Meanwhile, on the regulatory side, professional zakat is comprehensive. It is indicated by the presence of regulations at the macro, meso, and micro levels. Thus, professional zakat has strong legitimacy and can encourage optimizing the collection and distribution of zakat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti efek inflasi dan BI Rate pada laba atas investasi dana Haji Sukuk dana Haji Indonesia periode 2010-2018. Sampel digunakan teknik purposive sampel dan memperoleh 13 sampel SDHI seri yang telah matang selama periode rentan 2010-2018 dari yang dipublikasikan sejak 2009. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi data panel diproses menggunakan Eviews 9. Hasil studi ini menunjukkan bahwa inflasi dan BI Rate secara simultan mempengaruhi distribusi kembali dari Haji dana investasi pada Sukuk dana Haji Indonesia periode 2010-2018. Sementara itu, sebagian inflasi dan BI rate tidak berpengaruh signifikan di SDHI menghasilkan.

Abstract

The allocation of funds for villages from year to year has increased; the Government allocates Funds in 2015 amounting to Rp. 20 Trillion, in 2016 of Rp. 47 trillion, and in 2017 to Rp. 60 trillion. For the province of Banten in 2015 get funding of Rp. 200 billion, in 2016 to Rp. 791 Billion, and in the year 2017 of Rp. 1 trillion. This Village Fund requires financial management accountability (planning, implementation, administration, reporting, accountability, coaching and financial control). The purpose of the Fund's allocation is to establish a "Badan Usaha Milik Desa". The research aims to make the direction of development of the allocation of funds to be allocated for the creation of "Badan Usaha Milik Desa" with legal status of Cooperatives, and develop the potential of Village Economics based on Technology, Financial Technologi, and Market Place.
