Abstract

This study aims to determine the difference of the menstrual cycle between the user of IUD contraception and the inject contraception and to know the side effects of these two devices towards the women in Marpoyan Damai the District, Pekanbaru. The population of this study is all the new users of IUD and inject contraception in Merpoyan Damai disctrikck, Pekanbaru, from January to March 2012, 69 women are using IUD and 564 women using injection. This study is non-experimental descriptive analytic cross sectional approach and Slovin technique is used for taking the sample. Data is analyzed using by statistical techniques to an independent t-test. The results suggest P is 0.006 with significantly less than 0.05, it means that there is a significant differences between menstrual cycles of women who used the IUD contraception and who usess injection contraception.

Abstract

Political and career officials have a different character but is a unity in the government who should be able to synergize with each other. However, in line with the reform of the bureaucracy, the politicization of the bureaucracy have made a messy political position in the pattern of relationships and careers in the bureaucracy. This study sought to answer the question how to reform the bureaucracy to the relationship between political officials and career officials in the Environment Government of Riau Province, any problems that exist / arise, and how to organize the pattern of the relationship between political and career positions in the bureaucracy that occurred in Riau Provincial Government Environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan membuktikan (1) Pengaruh Dokumen Perencanaan Terhadap SiLPA (2) Pengaruh Pencatatan Adminsitrasi Terhadap SiLPA (3) Pengaruh Kompetensi Pegawai terhadap SiLPA. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dan untuk menguji hipotesis digunakan analis regresi linear berganda. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 37 SKPD di lingkungan Pemerintah Provinsi Riau. Dan untuk sampel dari penelitian ini diambil dari seluruh SKPD yang ada di lingkunga Pemerintah Provinsi Riau tersebut. Pengumpulan data untuk variabel X 1, X 2 dan X3 menggunakan kuesioner, sedangkan untuk variabel Y berasal dari data sekunder yang diperoleh dari LAKIP. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pencatatan Adminsitrasi dan Kompetensi Pegawai dapat meningkatkan SiLPA pada Pemerintah Provinsi Riau. Sedangkan Dokumen Perencanaan secara parsial tidak dapat meningkatkan SiLPA Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah (SKPD)
