The weakness of the management and supervision system for places where floods often occur is the trigger for the many losses experienced by the community. If you look at what the government did after the disaster occurred, the government only provided assistance and unsustainable countermeasures. A flood detection device based on a microcontroller has been made, in general this flood detection tool is designed using an ATMega 8535 microcontroller, sr04 Ultrasonic Sensor, Buzzer, Keypad, and 2x16 LCD. Through the Keypad we input the distance detected by the sensor and if the distance of the flood hazard is detected then the height is displayed via the LCD and then the buzzer makes a sound as a warning of a flood. Competency and individual characteristics such as self-efficacy and locus of control can determine an entrepeneur's success in managing its business. This study examined the effects of self-efficacy, locus of control and competency on small medium enterprises performance in Darmaraja-West Sumedang. This study used survey research design and respondents were SMEs entrepreneurs located in Darmaraja-West Sumedang (N = 236). Result of the multiple regression analysis showed that competency had a significant and positive effects on SMEs performance. self-efficacy had a significant and positif effect on Competency. and locus of control had a significant effect on Competency. One of the activities that are often carried out in the company is sales activities. This activity did not escape problems, such as errors in recording data transactions that resulted in losses from the company and the slow presentation of information and the preparation of reports that were not yet possible to be presented at any time. The sales system used in this data collection is still using the Microsoft Excel application which makes the sales activities not integrated properly so that in every business process it does not run effectively. Therefore, the purpose of this sales system design is to produce a sales application that is able to manage the sales data to make it easier for the Sales Admin to make sales transactions. In this study, the system development method used is Extreme Programming with Unified Modeling Language development tools implemented using the Codeigneter Framework and MySQL for database processing. Meanwhile, the methods in the sales information system application are made using a subjective and chronological filling system to search for sales transaction data based on the subject and date of the transaction. This research produces a web-based sales information system that is able to assist companies in processing sales transactions and making sales reports. This study focuses on three variables that serve as a framework of thinking of Customer Relationship Management as independent variables, Service Innovation Capabilities and Agencies’ Sales Performance as a dependent variable. The object of the research is the marketing agency TIKI Bandung in Bandung Raya area with a sample of 32 marketing agencies. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and then processed with data analysis techniques structural equation modeling (SEM) using Smart PLS 3.0 software. The results in this study indicate the existence of positive and significant impact CRM and Innovation Capabilities to Sales Performance marketing agency. As one of the largest banks in Indonesia and in the midst of competition between existing banking institutions, Bank XYZ participates in providing credit to customers in the form of credit cards. The provision of credit card facilities for customers at Bank XYZ must go through a customer screening process and check data in depth so that banks can avoid non-current customer credit. One way that banks can use is by using the data mining method. In this study, two models were compared in the classification method, namely Discriminant Analysis and Naïve Bayes. In order to improve the quality of human resources performance, usually performed performance appraisal of human resources. This performance appraisal refers to several aspects of the assessment that have been determined by the institution. Performance appraisal criteria generally include aspects of discipline, the ability to perform tasks, attitudes and behaviors in the workplace, cooperation and some other aspects that have been determined. Seeing the number of employee performance appraisal criteria that exist in Itenas Bandung required a system that can help the human resources bureau in the assessment. The system required under these conditions is a decision support system. One method that can be used in this performance appraisal system is the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method. The calculation result with SAW method is suitable to solve the problem of calculation of performance appraisal result of employee because result obtained according to system that is running. The built-in decision support system application can help generate the employee performance appraisal report automatically. The objective of research is to find out influences of the Values and Trust toward the teachers affective in Sekolah Bogor Raya. The research using a survey method with causal technique. This research used as a sample of 94 teachers as respondents. The samples are selected based on standard error technique. The study was a causal survey using path analysis. Technique data collecting was using the instrument in the form of questionnaire. The result showed that, 1) there is a direct influences of values toward affective commitment, 2) there is a direct influences of trust toward affective commitment, 3) there is a direct influences of values toward trust, 4) there is undirect influences of values toward affective commitment by the trust. The implication of this research is an effort in improving the affective commitment of the teachers can be done through values and trust.Keywords: values, trust, affective commitmentDOI 10.5281/zenodo.3373744

Pegawai merupakan subjek penting dalam sebuah organisasi. Salah satunya adalah bagian Human Resource yang bertanggung jawab dalam mengelola data kepegawaian. Pengelolaan data kepegawaian masih bersifat manual sehingga perusahaan kesulitan memperoleh informasi yang berhubungan dengan kepegawaian. Permasalahan lainnya adalah belum optimalnya pembuatan laporan gaji karyawan. Untuk menangani permasalahan tersebut dibuatlah aplikasi human resource yang dapat membantu bagian hrd dan supervisor hrd untuk menjalankan tugasnya. Pembuatan Aplikasi ini berbasis web menggunakan metode waterfall yang mencakup : analisis, desain, pengkodean dan pengujian dengan menggunakan PHP framework Codeigniter dan MySQL sebagai database. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan diperoleh bahwa Sistem Informasi Human Resource membuat informasi yang diterima lebih cepat, pengelolaan data kepegawaian, data penggajian lebih mudah serta proses pembuatan laporan gaji karyawan dapat dilakukan dengan cepat dan sesuai dengan jadwal. The objective of the research is to examine whether financial factors seen by fraud triangle theory perspective effect to earning management, within Good Corporate Governance as a moderator variable. Financial factor variables consists of Free cash flow as an opportunity in fraud triangle theory, leverage as a pressure and profitability as a rationalitaion from fraud triangle theory. This research is a quantitative research used descriptif method. The population on this study are banks that actively listed on the IDX period 2016 to 2018. This sample is taken by purposive sampling method within 102 bank samples. Data analysis used multiple linear regression and moderation regression. The results showed that free cash flow had a positive effect on earnings management, the leverage had no effect on earnings management, and the profitability had a negative effect on earnings management. Academic management activities are an essential part of the world of education related to the teaching and learning process. Currently, the academic information system at one MTs school in Bandung is still being done manually, such as recording student data, teacher data, subject data, scheduling data, and class data. However, this method is considered less effective because it is prone to damage or loss of data. This study aims to develop a system for data collection in teaching and learning activities. In developing the academic system, the author uses a qualitative descriptive method, in which data collection is carried out through triangulation, data analysis is inductive/qualitative, and research results emphasize meaning rather than generalization, emphasizing use cases. The programming language used to design and implement this academic information system is PHP with SSL, and the database used is MySQL. The results of this research can assist Curriculum officers and teachers in managing student data, teacher data, subject data, scheduling data, and class data more quickly and reduce the risk of data damage or loss.
