Abstract

Regional Government Financial Capacity is the finansial capacity of each region in managing the planned programs. The implementation of region finance in knowing the description of regional financial management is carried out through an analysis of the implementation of the APBD. Therefore, the implementation of Public Services by Regional Governments by providing facilities or infrastructure is financed from the Capital Expenditure budget allocation. The purpose of this study is analyze to what extent the financial capacity/ability of the Regional Government in optimizing its revenue from the Regional Original Revenue (PAD) and Balancing Funds to maintain the continuity of the implementation of Public Services through the allocation of Capital Expenditures to Regencies/Cities in the Province of NTB. This type of research is include in quantitative research with an associative strategy. The research technique was carried out by searching secondary data which was processed using a computer, namely Eviews 12. The results of the study show that PAD (X1) has no significant effect on Public Services through Capital Expenditures (Y), Balancing Funds (X2) hasa significant effect on Public Service Through Capital Expenditure (Y), and together PAD (X1) and Balance Fund (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Public Services through Capital Expenditures (Y) in the Regencies/Cities of the NTB Province.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of celebrity endorsement, brand image on the repurchase intention of wardah beauty products at the University of Mataram.  This type of research is associative quantitative researth. The population in this study were all female students at the University of Mataram who had used wardah beauty products. Respondents in this study amounted to 120 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the celebrity endorsement variable (X1) has a positive but no significant effect on repurchasing interest in purchasing wardah beauty products. This is evidenced by the results of the t-test of the celebrity endorsement variable (X1), which is the t-count value of 0,066 where this value is smaller than the t-table of 1,980. The t-test criteria if sig (0,948) > 0,05 then the celebrity endorsement variable has no significant effect on repurchase interest in purchasing wardah beauty products, while the results of the brand image variable (X2) have a positive and significant effect on the repurchase interest of wardah beauty products. This is evidenced by the results of the t-test, namely that the t-count value is 2.335 where this value is greater than the t-table of 1.980. the t-test criteria if sig (0.021) < 0.05 then the brand image variable has a positive and significant effect on buying interest in wardah’s beauty products at the University of Mataram

Abstract

National development is a process of change that takes place in a planned and sustainable manner with the aim of increasing the standard of living of the people of a nation. This research aimed to analyze the effect of government spending, GRDP on local revenue in West Lombok Regency in 2010-2020. The data used is secondary data to find out whether there is an influence on Regional Original Income in West Lombok Regency in 2010-2021. The collected data were analyzed using data analysis which first tested the classical assumptions before testing the hypothesis, testing the hypothesis in this study using multiple regression analysis with the t test, f test and test the coefficient of determination. The results showed that the coefficient of determination obtained a value of 0.329 which means that 32.9% of local revenue is influenced by government spending and gross regional domestic product. The results of the hypothesis test show that government spending has no positive and significant effect on local own income, gross regional domestic product has a positive and significant effect on regional original income.

Abstract

This study is intended to test the effect of village fund management through the variables of Transparency and Accountability partially and simultaneously on the level of Community Welfare in Pringgabaya District. This study is a quantitative study. The sample in this study was obtained using a purposive sampling method with a total of 100 respondents with different educational backgrounds, jobs and positions. The data used in the study are primary data in the form of questionnaires filled out directly by the respondents. The analysis method used is multiple regression analysis with the SPSS application tool. The results of this study indicate that the Transparency variable in village fund management has a positive effect on community welfare, and the Accountability variable in village fund management has a positive and significant effect on community welfare.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menguji pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi dan Dana Desa terhadap Kemiskinan di Provinsi Nusa TenggaraBarat selama kurun waktu lima tahun terakhir yaitu 2016‐2020. Data dalam penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), Direktorat Jenderal Perimbangan Keuangan (DJPK) Kementerian Keuangan Republik Indonesia dalam Rincian Alokasi Dana Desa (RADD), dan Rincian Alokasi Transfer ke Daerah dan Dana Desa (RATKDD). Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi data panel model regresi fixed effect yang diolah dengan eviews‐10. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Pertumbuhan Ekonomi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kemiskinan pada 8 Kabupaten di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat selama kurun waktu 2016‐2020, sementara variabel Dana Desa berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Kemiskinan selama kurun waktu2016‐2020. Secara simultan variabel Pertumbuhan Ekonomi dan Dana Desa berpengaruh signifikan pada 8 Kabupaten di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat selama kurun waktu 2016‐2020.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, Efektivitas penerimaan retribusi parkir di Kabupaten Lombok Barat dari tahun 2018 sampai dengan tahun 2022, Kontribusi retribusi parkir dalam menunjang Pendapatan Asli Daerah di Kabupaten Lombok Barat dari tahun 2018 sampai dengan tahun 2022 serta Trend Penerimaan Retribusi Parkir di Kabupaten Lombok Barat untuk 5 tahun mendatang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Data diperoleh dengan melakukan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan Rasio Efektivitas dan Rasio Kontribusi serta Metode Least square untuk menghitung Trend Penerimaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, Efektivitas penerimaan retribusi parkir di Kabupaten Lombok Barat dari tahun 2018 sampai dengan tahun 2022 dapat dikatakan sangat efektif karena rata-rata persentase pencapaiannya di atas 100%. Kontribusi penerimaan retribusi parkir dalam menunjang Pendapatan Asli Daerah di Kabupaten Sikka dari tahun 2018 sampai dengan tahun 2022 rata-rata berada pada kriteria kurang karena persentase pencapaiannya di bawah 20%. Hasil analisis Trend Penerimaan Retribusi di Kabupaten Lombok Barat untuk 5 tahun menunjukkan kenaikan.
