Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of corporate culture on the performance of employees of PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Palembang Branch. This study involves a total sample of 58 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study is a saturated sample. In this study, the independent variable is corporate culture, and the dependent variable is employee performance. The correlation coefficient number is applied to determine the relationship between company culture and employee performance. Based on the results of these data, it can be explained that between corporate culture on employee performance variables have a very strong relationship because it has a correlation value of 0.860 (86.0%). From the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2), it can be summarized that there is an influence of cultural variables on employee performance by 74%, and the remaining 26% is influenced by other independent variables not included in this study.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to determine the influence of prices and promotions on online goods purchasingdecisions at Bukalapak with purchases concentration on fashion products. The tests were administered to 60 peopletaken by using non probability sampling techniques, while the determination of respondents was taken through asaturated sampling method. The technical analysis calculation was done by using the t test method, correlation test,determination test and multiple linear regression test. The results of the t test showed that t count of X1 (price) was2.498 at the level of sig 0.015 and t count of X2 (promotion) was 2.043 at the level of sig 0.048. The results of thecorrelation test indicated that Y and X1 were 0.386, Y and X2 were 0.318. The result of the determination test was0.682. The results of the multiple linear regression tests were Y = 2.264 + 0.263 + 0.218. The results of this researchrevealed that prices and promotions had a positive influence on goods purchasing decisions. The most influential factorin purchasing decisions online at Bukalapak was Promotion. Price factor remains a significant contributor for thepresentation of purchasing decision, because in Bukalapak can be made of bargaining system. Assessment ofsatisfaction in the Bukalapak application on 19 March 2020 at 11am on Playstore show a rating 4,5 of 5,0 with a totalrating of 922.968 people. Bukalapak must maintain the price level by working with MSMEs and making several newpromotions.Key word : Price, Promotion, Consumer Decision

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of workload and compensation on employee performance at PT Pinang Witmas Sejati KLK. The type of research used is quantitative research by distributing questionnaires through the Google Form. Sampling using saturated sampling technique using the entire population of 68 respondents. Sources of data in this study were primary data and secondary data using a purposive sampling technique. The results of the t test analysis show that workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Pinang Witmas Sejati KLK, with significant value 0.000 <0.05 and tcount > ttable (-2,066 > 1.669) then H0 is rejected H1 is accepted. Compensation also partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Pinang Witmas Sejati KLK, with significant value  0.016 <0.05 and tcount > ttable (2.470 > 1.669) then H0 is rejected H1 is accepted. Then the results of the F test analysis (simultaneous) show that workload and compensation together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Pinang Witmas Sejati KLK, with significant value 0.000 < 0.05 and Fcount > Ftable (33.366 > 3.99). From the test results the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.507. This shows that the magnitude of the contribution between the Workload variable and the Compensation variable on Employee Performance is 50.7%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of the Work Environment and Occupational Health and Safety on the work Performance Employees of PT Tunas Baru Lampung Tbk Palembang. This type of research is descriptive quantitative by distributing questionnaires through the Google Form, observations, and documents. Sample of the present study was filled with 124 respondents. The Sources of information for this study are secondary data and primary data using purposive sampling method. Based on the t-test resuts, it shows that work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in PT Tunas Baru Lampung Tbk Palembang with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 and tcount > ttable (2.472 > 1.9797), thus rejecting H0,, H1 is accepted. Occupational Health and safety has positive and significant jmpact on the employee’s performance in PT Tunas Baru Lampung Tbk Palembang with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 and t-count > ttable (4.562 > 1.9797) then H0 is rejected H1 is accepted. Then score F test analysis (simultaneous) show that the Work Environment and Occupational Health and Safety positive and important impact the Performance of employees of PT Tunas Baru Lampung Tbk Palembang. With a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 and the Fcount value is greater than Ftable (49,311 > 0.392). It cauld be said that the higher the Work Environment and Occupational Health and Safety the better the Performance of the staff. The results of the determination is (R2) 0.449. it shows the effet of the environment and work safety and health variabel on Employee Performance while (44.9%) this value shows that the worker Performance variabel can be explained by Work Environment And work Health while and the remaining 55.1% by other variables that not included in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Compensation and Career Development on Employee Performance at PT Aburahmi in PALI Regency. This research was conducted on PT. Aburahmi employees at Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir (PALI) jerus. 55 respondents as a sample. The data source in this study were secondary data and primary data using saturated sampling technique. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that compensation and career development have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir (PALI). F test (simultaneous) shows that Compensation and Csreer Development both have an effect on Employee Performance at Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir (PALI). Viewed and the coefficient of determination R Square is 0.274 which means 27,4% of employee performance variables can be explained by compensation and career development as much  72,6% can be explained by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

Pelaku Usaha Kecil, Mikro dan Menegah, khususnya kelompok usaha kecil selama pandemi covid-19 mengalami penurunan pendapatan seperti yang telah dinyatakan oleh Kementerian Koperasi di tahun 2020 saat covid-19 berubah menjadi pandemi. Hal ini juga dirasakan oleh kelompok usaha Raja Keripik (RK) selaku mitra kegiatan Program Kemandirian Masyarakat (PKM), dibuktikan dengan turunnya penjualan dikarenakan pemberlakuaan social distancing. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah karena selama ini mitra melakukan promosi hanya mengandalkan promosi mulut ke mulut, penitipan penjualan ke warung-warung terdekat, dan tetangga, hal ini bertolak belakang dengan dampak yang diakibatkan oleh pandemi yang seharusnya mitra telah melakukan pemasaran produk melalui online. Oleh karenanya tim PKM melaksanakan kegiatan workshop yang memanfaatkan social media dan social advertising untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitra dalam memasarkan produk. Kegiatan workshop dilakukan 17 Desember 2022 dalam pelaksanaannya melibatkan mitra kegiatan PKM dan juga beberapa kelompok usaha yang berada disekitar mitra yang membutuhkan pengetahuan dan wawasan mengenai kegiatan PKM. Hasil evaluasi yang dilakukan sebelum dan setelah kegiatan workshop diperoleh secara statistik peningkatan respon peserta workshop akan terus menggunakan akun tersebut untuk mempromosikan produk. Selain itu kegiatan ini menghasilkan 10 akun social advertising dari kelompok usaha yang dilibatkan dan akan menggunakan akun tersebut untuk melakukan pemasaran produk usahanya. Berdasarkan hasil observasi setelah kegiatan PKM dilaksanakan, sebanyak 3 akun termasuk mitra keripik RK yang telah melaksanakan proses jual beli menggunakan akun tersebut, harapannya selanjutnya kegiatan ini mampu meningkatkan kemandirian usaha dalam memanfaatkan social media dan menggunakan social advertising sebagai media promosi.
