Abstract

Televisi adalah salah satu media publik yang mengalami perkembangan yang cukup pesat. Namun demikian, hal ini juga membawa dampak dalam kehidupan manusia, dimana media informasi ini menyebar dalam seluruh aspek kehidupan manusia. Beberapa tayangan telivisi, melalui iklannya menyajikan beberapa informasi yang berkiatan dengan berita tertentu, pendidikan maupun tayangan yang bersigat hiburan. Televisi mempunyai kelebihan untuk menyajikan siaran secara langsung (live broadcasting) yang dapat mencapai pemirsanya ke seluruh pelosok negeri, bahkan televisi dapat memungkinkan terjadinya diskusi secara langsung, serta mempengaruhi kehidupan sosial dan budaya termasuk segala sesuatu yang berhubungan dengan komersialisasi, budaya konsumtif, kemewahan serta pujian atas kecantikan, kemewahan karena daya tarik iklan yang ditawarkan kepada pemirsa. Untuk itu kita harus mempunyai startegi yang tepat untuk mengurangi dampak negatif dari aspek sosial budaya yang mempengaruhi masyarakat.

Abstract

Children have a very high risk of trafficking. This situation is caused by some factors. One of them is that women are assumed as a particular stereotype role that can be laid easily. Women also like some jobs for example babysitter, dancer, or a singer in entertainment world. However, in fact, these kinds of jobs are actually smuggling sex commercial industry. Trafficking is defined as a human transfer (especially women and children), with or without their consent, within a country or internationality, for all forms of exploitative labor, not only prostitution and servile marriage, thus broadening the definition to encompass a much wider range of issues and abuses. Trafficking brings the bad effects for women and children, many things that bring them to the worst and unbeneficial condition, whether in social, psychological, or the children growth and their social interaction process. That is why; the efforts to eliminate children trafficking become one of the most important issues that must be solved immediately and seriously.Key Words: child trafficking, exploitation, and patriarchy

Abstract

Arrest, detention or doing an injustice serve the child of conducted by legalistic goinginto effect and can only done by as last effort. The Jail, although however remain to prison. Study the model to handling the children conflict with the law in Surabaya city, East Java Province, showing its important a approach being based on community. Community Care the Child push the participation of society to handling the problem of children conflict with the law. Besides that the network of Child helpline consisted of by the local Non Government Organization, police and also related/relevant institution, proven to push the existence of support and its role in the effort cure and protection for children conflict with the law.Key words : Model, children conflict with the law.
