Abstract

The objectives of this research were to find out the correlation between leadership of headmaster, organizational climate, and works motivation towards teachers' performance of Islamic State Junior High School or MTsN Tanggamus. This research was a quantitative research with associative approach. The data collecting technique was gathered through administering questionnaires. There were 107 population of teachers with 84 of them were taken as sample using random sampling. The result showed that there was a correlation between the leadership of headmaster towards teachers' performance in school. The other two variables also showed a correlation; organizational climate and works motivation towards teachers' performance in school. The whole correlation contributed to the performance of teachers' was 0.406%.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala madrasah, iklim organisasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru MTsN Tanggamus. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan asosiatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 107 guru, dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 84 guru melalui teknik pengambilan sampel secara random. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala madrasah terhadap kinerja guru MTsN Tanggamus, terdapat pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja guru MTsN Tanggamus, terdapat pengaruh Motivasi Kerja terhadap kinerja guru MTsN Tanggamus, pengaruh secara bersama-sama kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, iklim organisasi, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru MTsN Tanggamus sebesar 0,406 %.Kata kunci: kinerja guru, kepemimpinan, iklim organisasi, motivasi kerja.
