Abstract

This development research aims to (1) produce mathematics teaching materials for junior high school based on ALQURUN Teaching Model (ATM), (2) to know the effectiveness of the application it on comparative session concepts. This research design used 2 main stages that is preliminary (preliminary studies and instructional materials designing) and formative test (self-evaluation, expert testing, one to one, small group testing, and limited testing). The subject of this development research is the students grade VIII of Public Junior High School 4 Pringsewu Lesson Year 2016/2017. The research data is obtained through observation, interview, expert validation test and student's comprehension ability test of math concept. Data analysis uses the t-test and the effectiveness of N-Gain. The results showed that (1) ATM-based teaching materials for junior high school were classified as excellent (2) the implementation of teaching materials products were classified as quite effective.Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk (1) menghasilkan produk berupa bahan ajar matematika SMP berbasis ALQURUN Teaching Model (ATM), (2) mengetahui efektivitas penerapan produk bahan ajar pada konsep materi perbandingan. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan 2 tahapan utama yaitu preliminary (studi pendahuluan dan pendesainan bahan ajar) dan uji formatif (evaluasi diri, uji ahli, uji perorangan, uji kelompok kecil, dan uji terbatas). Subjek penelitian pengembangan ini adalah siswa-siswi kelas VIII SMP Negeri 4 Pringsewu Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, uji validasi ahli dan tes kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematika siswa. Analisis data menggunakan uji-t dan keefektivan N-Gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) produk bahan ajar matematika SMP berbasis tergolong sangat baik (2) implementasi produk bahan ajar tersebut tergolong kategori cukup efektif.Kata kunci: pemahaman konsep, bahan ajar, ATM.
