Abstract

This research was aimed to determine the effect of the college students perception about entrepreneurship subject, organization culture, and motivation on interest in entreprenuership. The method used was descriptive approach verification of ex post facto and surveys. The population was all of 2013 grade students of Economic Education University of Lampung 2015. The population were 91 college students and 76 college students for the sample, in which the amount of population was determined by the T. Yamane formula. Probability technique and simple random sampling was used in this research. Hypothesis testing used simple linear regression dan multiple linier regression. The result showed that: (1) Theres an effect of the college students perception about entrepreneurship subject on interest in entrepreneurship. (2) Theres an effect of organization culture on interest in enterprenuership. (3) Theres an effect of motivation on interest in entrepreneurship. (4) Theres an effectof the college students perception about entrepreneurship subject, organization culture, and motivation on interest in entrepreneurship.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi mahasiswa tentang mata kuliah kewirausahaan, budaya organisasi, dan motivasi terhadap minat berwirausaha.Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa angkatan 2013 Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Lampung Tahun 2015, yaitu berjumlah 91 mahasiswa dan sampel 74 mahasiswa yang ditentukan dengan rumus T. Yamane. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu probability sampling menggunakan simple random sampling. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dan regresi linier multipel. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Ada pengaruh persepsi mahasiswa tentang mata kuliah kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha. (2) Ada pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap minat berwirausaha. (3) Ada pengaruh motivasi terhadap minat berwirausaha. (4) Ada pengaruh persepsi mahasiswa tentang mata kuliah kewirausahaan, budaya organisasi, dan motivasi terhadap minat berwirausaha.Kata kunci: budaya organisasi, mata kuliah kewirausahaan, minat berwirausaha, motivasi
