Abstract

The aim of this study was to find out the effect of reward, managers value orientation towards innovation (VOI Manager) and employee's competence to employees performance through working satisfaction on PT. PLN (Persero) Distribusi Lampung Sampling of 50 respondeces determined through probability sampling technique which using simple random. The method in this study was descriptive-verificative, with ex post-facto approach and survey. Data collecting was done by using questionaire. Data analyzed by using linier regresion and path analysis. The result shows that there is an effect between system reward, managers value orientation towards innovation (VOI Manager) and employee's commpetence to employees performance through working satisfaction on PT. PLN (Persero) Distribusi Lampung.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh sistem reward, manager value orientatioin toward inovation (VOI manager) dan kompetensi karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja. Sampel 50 responden yang ditentukan dengan teknik probabilitas sampling dengan menggunakan simple random. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan Regresi Linier dan Path Analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh sistem reward, manager value orientation toward innovation (VOI manager) dan kompetensi karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja pada PT. PLN (Persero) Distribusi Lampung.Kata kunci: kepuasan kerja, kinerja karyawan, kompetensi , reward dan VOI manajer
