<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the factor inhibiting implementation of school literacy movement to increase interest read of school citizens in SMP Negeri 2 Trimurjo. The method used is descriptive with quantitative approach with the subject of the study of students of class VII and class VIII along with educators and education. The population of this study is 529 people. The main techniques of this study are questionnaires while interviews and documentation as a supporting technique. Based on the research result, the inhibiting factor of school literacy movement in SMP Negeri 2 Trimurjo consists of two factors, internal and external factors. Internal factor is the availability of fund there are 35 people while external factor that is supporter of government capacity 27 people.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Faktor Penghambat Pelaksanaan Gerakan Literasi Sekolah guna Meningkatkan Minat Baca Warga Sekolah di SMP Negeri 2 Trimurjo.Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan subjek penelitian peserta didik kelas VII dan kelas VIII beserta tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan. Populasi penelitian ini 529 orang. Teknik pokok penelitian ini adalah angket sedangkan wawancara dan dokumentasi sebagai teknik penunjang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, faktor penghambat pelaksanaan gerakan literasi sekolah di SMP Negeri 2 Trimurjo terdiri dari dua faktor yaitu faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Faktor internal yaitu ketersediaan dana terdapat 35 orang sedangkan faktor eksternal yaitu daya dukung pemerintah terdapat 27 orang.Kata kunci: faktor penghambat, literasi, sekolah]]>
