Abstract

The research methal to analyze find out of effect intra school stundent organization for learning achievment civic education in senior high school utama 2 bandar lampung. The research method used in this research is correlation. The sample in this study were 20 respondents. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and data analysis using Chi Square. The results of this study show that not increas knowledge, discipline and skills, with activeness in OSIS activities can add broad, skillful, critical, disciplined and creative insight on the basis of these students more to want to know, thus encouraging them to be more active learning especially learning independent to enrich the knowledge that ultimately can improve the learning achievement what is obtained in the learning process is supported by the knowledge in the activities of OSIS in schools and outside school.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh aktivitas pada kegiatan Organisasi Siswa Intra Sekolah terhadap prestasi belajar pada mata pelajaran PKn di SMA Utama 2 Bandar Lampung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kolerasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 20 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan analisis data menggunakan Chi Kuadrat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa tidak meningkatkan pengetahuan, kedisiplinan dan keterampilan, dengan keaktivan dalam kegiatan OSIS dapat menambah wawasan yang luas, terampil, kritis, berdisiplin dan kreatif dengan dasar tersebut siswa lebih banyak untuk ingin tahu, sehingga mendorong mereka untuk lebih giat belajar terutama belajar mandiri untuk memperkaya ilmu pengetahuan yang akhirnya dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar apa yang diperoleh dalam proses belajar mengajar ditunjang dari pengetahuan dalam keaktifan kegiatan OSIS sekolah maupun di luar sekolah.Kata kunci: OSIS, Siswa, Prestasi Belajar

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of good corporate governance (GCG) on financial performance using the measurement of return on assets (ROA). The sample of this research is the manufacturing companies in the consumer goods sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data collection technique used in this study was purpose sampling, which consisted of 154 companies. The analysis of this study uses multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results showed that GCG consisting of independent commissioners had a significant positive effect on financial performance (ROA), independent audit committee had no effect on (ROA), institutional ownership had a significant positive effect on financial performance (ROA), and managerial ownership financial performance (ROA).Keywords: GCG, independent commissioner, independent audit committee, institutional ownership, managerial ownership, and financial performance.
