<![CDATA[The aims of this research wereto describe and to analyze: 1. The effect of self concept toward students dicipline in the second grade of SMA Perintis 2 BandarLampung 2. The effect of teachers' role toward students' dicipline in the the second grade of SMA Perintis 2 Bandar LampungThis research was quantitative research with ex post facto approach. The subjects of this research were 33 respondents.Based on analysis result and hypoesestesting, the result showed that:1. There was an effect of self concept toward students dicipline in the second grade of SMA Perintis 2 Bandar Lampung 2. There was an effect of teachers' role toward students' dicipline in the the second grade of SMA Perintis 2 Bandar Lampung 3. There was an effect of self concept and teachers' role toward students' dicipline in the second grade of SMA Perintis 2 Bandar Lampung.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan : 1. Pengaruh konsep diri terhadap kedisiplinan siswa kelas XI SMA Perintis 2 Bandar Lampung. 2. Pengaruh konsep peranan guru terhadap kedisiplinan siswa kelas XI SMA Perintis 2 Bandar Lampung.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian ex post facto dengan metode deskriptif survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 33 responden.Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa : 1. Terdapat pengaruh konsep diri siswa terhadap kedisiplinan siswa kelas XI SMA Perintis 2 Bandar Lampung. 2. Terdapat pengaruh antara peranan guru terhadap kedisiplinan siswa kelas XI SMA Perintis 2 Bandar Lampung. 3. Terdapat pengaruh antara konsep diri dan peranan guru terhadap kedisiplinan siswa kelas XI SMA Perintis 2 Bandar Lampung.Kata kunci : kedisiplinan, konsep diri, peranan guru]]>
