The purpose of this research was to identify the factors that influence the development of civic dispotition at junior high school of Gajah Mada, Bandar Lampung. This type of research was descriptive with quantitative approaches. The data were analyzed using persentages. The results of this research showed that the development of civic dispotition was influenced by emotional intelligence, school environment, family environment, and community environment. The main factor that influenced the process of developing civic dispotition of students was school environment. The percentage of the school environment in the development of civic dispotition were 60%. School environment which develop civic dispotition was a conducive school environment that starts from reforming the curriculum, increasing teacher competence, and inculcating a positive school culture.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengembangan watak kewarganegaraan (civic dispotition) di SMP Gajah Mada Bandar Lampung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengembangan watak kewarganegaraan (Civic Dispotition) dipengaruhi oleh kecerdasan emosional, lingkungan sekolah, lingkungan keluarga, dan lingkungan masyarakat. faktor yang paling berpengaruh dalam proses pengembangan watak kewarganegaraan (civic dispotition) peserta didik adalah lingkungan sekolah. Persentase lingkungan sekolah dalam pengembangan watak kewarganegaraan (civic dispotition) sebesar 60%. Lingkungan sekolah yang dapat mengembangkan watak kewarganegaraan (civic dispotition) adalah lingkungan sekolah yang kondusif yang dimulai dari pembenahan kurikulum, meningkatkan kompetensi guru, serta penanaman budaya sekolah yang positif.Kata kunci : Faktor, Pengembangan, Civic Dispotition
