Abstract

SLB YPAC Kota Pangkalpinang merupakan salah satu sekolah luar biasa di bawah naungan yayasan YPAC. Siswa yang aktif pada sekolah tersebut merupakan siswa yang menyandang tuna rungu, tuna grahita, tuna netra, tuna daksa, autisme. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) tingkat kreativitas siswa berkebutuhan khusus di SLB YPAC Kota Pangkalpinang; 2) Metode yang digunakan guru dalam mengembangkan kreativitas siswa berkebutuhan khusus di SLB YPAC Kota Pangkalpinang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data primer penelitian ini adalah guru dan siswa SLB YPAC Kota Pangkalpinang sebanyak 5 orang guru dan 50 orang siswa, sedangkan sumber data sekunder penelitian ini adalah literatur dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, teknik wawancara, dan teknik dokumentasi. Data yang telah terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis berupa 1) reduksi data, 2) penyajian data, dan 3) penarikan simpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Kreativitas siswa berbeda-beda berdasarkan kemampuan dan daya imajinasinya sehingga berdasarkan penelitian terdapat 3 kategori penilaian kreativitas, yaitu tinggi, sedang, rendah. Jenis pembelajaran keterampilan yang dilakukan siswa di sekolah tersebut yaitu membatik, tata boga, daur ulang barang bekas, dan bermain peran. Dari masing-masing keterampilan tersebut diperoleh tingkat kreativitas keterampilan membatik 5 orang (tinggi), 4 orang (sedang), dan 3 orang (rendah), keterampilan tata boga: 8 orang (tinggi), dan 4 orang (sedang), keterampilan daur ulang barang bekas 12 orang (tinggi), 5 orang (sedang), dan 1 orang (rendah), dan keterampilan bermain peran: 4 orang (tinggi), dan 4 orang (sedang). 2) Dalam mengembangkan kreativitas siswa, para guru menggunakan berbagai metode atau cara, di antaranya: pengembangan kreativitas melalui penciptaan produk (hasta karya), pengembangan kreativitas melalui imajinasi, pengembangan kreativitas melalui eksplorasi, pengembangan kreativitas melalui eksperimen, pengembangan kreativitas melalui proyek, dan pengembangan kreativitas melalui bahasa.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the movement of parents teaching in schools in order to improve the motivation of learners by involving parents in school programs. This program is implemented one of the goals is to reduce the number of school dropouts that occur in coastal areas. This research uses qualitative naturalistic approach. Data collection is done through observation, interview, and documentation. The subjects of this study include principals, teachers, employees, parents of learners and learners. the validity of data is done by triangulation, prolongation of research and observation persistence. The results showed that the implementation of parental teaching movement that has been implemented in SD Negeri 10 Pangkalanbaru very effective implemented. The program that has been implemented is the carier day program. The program is implemented to foster the spirit and motivation and do not experience dropping out and have aspirations to continue their education to a higher level. The parents' tasks of the students in this parenting teaching program is that they are asked to describe and tell the profession all this time they do. The profession will also be associated with the subjects that are learned by the students in the school

Abstract

This research aims to develop The Teaching Book of Education Technology Management Course to prepare undergraduate students of Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program at STKIP Muhammadiyah Bangka Belitung in managing integrated Thematic learning of elementary schools. The data collection method used is a questionnaire. Data are analyzed with qualitative and descriptive quantitative descriptive techniques. The results showed that the educational technology management textbook developed following the ADDIE Model includes five steps, namely; planning, development, implementation and evaluation. The composition of the teaching book development has followed all five stages of the ADDIE model. The results of research, validation of expert materials related to educational technology management textbooks developed qualified very decent (86.66%) from media experts are also highly qualified (90%), and so are qualified linguists (86.66% ), the average validation result by students on teaching book products is 90.15% (qualifications are very feasible). In conclusion, the overall teaching book of Educational Technology Management Course developed is valid and feasible for use by students. Abstract

describe the implementation of an integrated quality management component consisting of the quality of services provided by the school, human resources in teaching, the school environment, and learning process in SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang. The method used in this study, namely by using a naturalistic qualitative approach. Data collection is done through observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of this study include the principal, teachers, employees, and students. The validity of the data is done by triangulation, and deeper observation. Analysis of the data used is the interactive analysis model of Miles and Huberman through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that: (a) the quality of services to students in SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang had met good service standards. This can be seen from the services in the form of facilities and infrastructure which are quite complete in schools; (b) the quality of human resources in the education process shows good teacher resources. This can be seen from the teacher data which shows that the teaching staff at SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang 95% of educators with S1 qualifications in the field of education; (c) the quality of the environment in SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang is already good. This can be seen from the very strategic location of the school because the location of the school is in the middle of the city so that it is easily accessible by the community; (d) the quality of the learning process carried out by teachers at Pangkal Pinang YPAC SLB is good. This can be seen from the realization of the form of activities through learning planning by preparing lesson plans for each subject, then implementing learning, which includes strategies and methods used by teachers in delivering learning material, and evaluation of learning. Keywords: Integrated quality management, student achievement ABSTRAK Tujuan dalam melaksanakan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pelaksanaan serta mendeskripsikan implementasi komponen Manajemen Mutu Terpadu yang terdiri dari kualitas layanan yang diberikan sekolah, sumber daya manusia dalam mengajar, lingkungan sekolah, dan proses pembelajaran di SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif naturalistik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subyek penelitian ini antara lain kepala sekolah, guru, pegawai, dan peserta didik. keabsahan data dilakukan dengan triangulasi, dan pengamatan yang lebih mendalam. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah model analisis interaktif Miles dan Huberman melalui kegiatan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (a) mutu layanan terhadap peserta didik di SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang sudah memenuhi standar layanan yang baik. Hal ini dilihat dari layanan yang berupa fasilitas sarana dan prasarana yang sudah cukup lengkap di sekolah; (b) mutu sumber daya manusia dalam proses pendidikan menunjukkan sumber daya guru yang baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari data guru yang menunjukkan bahwa tenaga pengajar di SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang 95% pendidik berkualifikasi S1 bidang kependidikan; (c) mutu lingkungan yang ada di SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang sudah baik. Hal ini terlihat dari letak sekolah yang sangat strategis karena lokasi sekolah yang berada di tengah kota sehingga mudah dijangkau oleh masyarakat; (d) mutu proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru di SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang sudah baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari realisasi bentuk kegiatan melalui perencanaan pembelajaran dengan menyusun RPP setiap mata pelajaran, kemudian pelaksanaan pembelajaran, yang meliputi strategi dan metode yang digunakan guru dalam menyampaikan materi pembelajaran, dan evaluasi pembelajaran.

Abstract

This research is globally aimed to improve the achivement motivation for the mentally disabled students. The specific objectives of this research are to improve: (1) students learning achievement for the mentally disabled students; (2) learning achievement for the mentally disabled students in SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang. This research desaign was desaigned with research and development desaign which produce development model of group dynamics learning for exceptional students which can increase achievement motivation for students. The final objective of this research development is producing development learning model based on group dynamics so that teaching and learning process can be more effective, eficient, and interesting. This research will produce development model of group dynamics learning for mentally disabled students so that can increase achievement motivation in exceptional school. This development learning model of group dynamics has three activities, there are learning through dream trees, learning through filling students’ identity, and learning through artistic creativity development by drawing and coloring. The result of these three activities of development group dynamics learning model can be used as the source to arrange the learning model especially for mentally disabled students. It can be done so that we can develop the mentally disabled students’ potencies and they can reach good achievements in study. Besides that, it can be the source for the teachers to have innovative learning model in teaching mentally disabled students at exceptional school (SLB) YPAC Pangkalpinang.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kemandirian anak berkebutuhan khusus yang ada di lembaga SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang melalui implementasi kegiatan ekstrakurikuler ketrampilan. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler ketrampilan serta untuk mengetahui tingkat kemandirian anak. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan sumber data penelitian yang terdiri dari sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.  SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang membuat beberapa kegiatan ekstrakurikuler antara lain: membatik, memasak, merias wajah, membuat kerajinan tangan dari bahan-bahan bekas, dan membuat keranjang hantaran pernikahan. egiatan ekstrakurikuler yang dilaksanakan di SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang mulai tingkat SDLB sampai SMALB. Harapan dari pihak sekolah adalah dengan diberikannya kegiatan ekstrakurikuler ini, maka anak berkebutuhan khusus di SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang akan memiliki bekal ketrampilan setelah mereka lulus dan dapat mandiri dengan mengembangkan ketrampilan yang sudah mereka miliki. Abstract           This research was conducted with the aim to find out the level of independence of children with special needs in the YPAC Pangkalpinang SLB institution through the implementation of skills extracurricular activities. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of extracurricular skills and to determine the level of independence of children. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive approach with research data sources consisting of primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques used are through observation, interviews, and documentation. SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang made several extracurricular activities including: making batik, cooking, putting on makeup, making handicrafts from used materials, and making wedding delivery baskets. Extracurricular activities carried out at SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang from SDLB to SMALB levels. The expectation from the school is that by providing this extracurricular activity, children with special needs in SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang will have the provision of skills after they graduate and can be independent by developing the skills they already have.
