Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penggunaan media sosial sebagai media promosi usaha kuliner kecil dan menengah di Palembang. Suatu teknik pengambilan keputusan dalam promosi usaha kuliner menggunakan metode Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT). Dengan mengetahui keempat aspek tersebut pelaku usaha dapat memaksimalkan kekuatan dari pemasaran melalui sosial media, meminimalkan kelemahan dan ancaman sosial media marketing, dan membangun peluang-peluang di masa depan. Penelitian ini menganalisis data secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Data kualitatif berupa pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang diajukan kepada responden penelitian dengan menggunakan kuesioner, kemudian data tersebut dikuantifikasi agar dapat dianalisis lebih dalam. Tahapan nya dari pemberian bobot dan rating, perhitungan IFAS dan EFAS, diagram kartesius swot, matriks strategi kombinasi strategi, dan matriks SWOT. Kuesioner diberikan kepada 60 pelaku UMKM dan juga pelanggan yang melihat konten promosi UMKM di media sosial. Dilihat dari hasil analisis SWOT diagram kartesius coordinate point antara internal factor dan external factor sebesar 0,19;-0,43 terletak pada kuadran IV yang artinya strategi diversifikasi perlu diterapkan. Strategi yang perlu diterapkan adalah ST strategi seperti menyeleksi target audiens yang melihat iklan berdasarkan range usia, dan jenis kelamin, kemudian implementasi search engine marketing (SEM) dan search engine optimization (SEO) lebih mendalam (S1, T1). Membuat hashtag ataupun keyword yang relevan dengan produk yang ditawarkan,  membangun brand image (Personal Branding), dan membuat konten iklan yang menarik (S1, T1, T3). Terakhir, Lebih mengarahkan konsumen ke transaksi penjualan melalui marketplace ataupun website, dan gunakan rekening bersama (S4, T2). Penggunaan teknologi informasi sebagai media promosi di sosial media menjadi salah satu teknik pengambilan keputusan yang dibutuhkan dalam mempromosikan dan meningkatkan pendapatan UMKM di Palembang. AbstractThe aim of this study is to determine the use of social media as a culinary promotions in Palembang. The technique method for making decisions in the promotion of Small Medium Culinary Enterpraise (Culinary SME’s) used Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats Analysis (SWOT). By understanding these four aspects, opportunities for marketing improvement through social media are needed, discussing the weaknesses and challenges of social media marketing, and building opportunities in the future. This study analyzes data quantitatively and qualitatively. Qualitative data in this research is the form of questions asked to respondents using a questionnaire, then the data are quantified for in depth analysis. The stages are from weighting and rating every item in questionneire, IFAS and EFAS calculations, Cartesian SWOT diagrams, combined strategy matrice, and SWOT matrices. Questionnaires were given to 60 Culinary SME’s, and also customers who viewed promotional content on social media. From the results of the SWOT analysis the Cartesian coordinate point diagram between internal factors and external factors is 0.19; -0.43  in quadrant IV, which means that a diversification strategy needs to be applied. Strategies that need to be implemented are ST strategies such as selecting the target audience who see ads based on age range, and gender, then the implementation of search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimization (SEO) more deeply (S1, T1). Create hashtags or keywords that are relevant to the products offered, build a brand image (Personal Branding), and create interesting advertising content (S1, T1, T3). Finally, more direct consumers to sales transactions through the marketplace or website, and use a joint account (S4, T2). The used of information technology as a promotional media on social media is one of the decision-making techniques needed to promote and increase the income of Culinary SMEs in Palembang

Abstract

The pandemic conditions experienced by the world today inevitably force us to practice social distance so that gatherings involving large numbers of people must be avoided first. In universities, especially in the city of Palembang, the use of information technology and learning media is mandatory due to the decision of the minister of education which requires universities to carry out online learning activities. So that information technology governance during a pandemic also has a major influence in the implementation of teaching and learning activities in universities to ensure the quality of the learning and teaching process carried out so that it must be known the shortcomings and advantages of governance which is carried out by conducting further analysis of technology governance in accordance with with the initial goal of education at the university. The method that can be used is to apply the Cobit 2019 where with this method the current maturity level can be known in the application of information technology. The research method in this study uses a descriptive-quantitative method by describing the indicators used as the basis for measurement taken by the Cobit 2019 literature. This study discusses information technology governance form of Design Factor 1 (Enterprise Strategy) to Design Factor 10 (Technology Adoption Strategy) with the result that there are 13 important processes out of 40 total processes in the Cobit 2019 domain that must be considered at STMIK Palcomtech, namely EDM03, APO08, DSS05 EDM02, APO04, APO09, APO12, APO13, BAI01, BAI02, BAI03, BAI06 , MEA03

Abstract

Software engineering is a field of science which explores device development techniques focusing on the principle of engineering which aims to achieve the objectives of a device that is valuable, efficient and effective in accordance with the needs of users. The probblem that occur in the process of daily activities and fuel consumption report of PT. Energate Prima Indonesia is still conducted conventionally, there is no information system that can support business processes efficiently, lack of security, the reporting process is considered slow for users. The purpose of this research is to develop the software engineering in Daily Activities and Fuel Consumption report at PT. Energate Prima Indonesia. In an effort to help business processes based on user needs. In the software process that is built in this research, used the Spiral model process. The spiral model is the right process to be implemented in the construction of software systems for the Daily Activities and Fuel Consumption Report at PT. Energate Prima Indonesia The stages of the spiral model used in this study are 1. Planning 2. Risk Analysis 3. Engineering 4. User Evaluation. The results of the development software engineering system in daily activities and Fuel Consumption Report at PT. Abstract

Perguruan tinggi Stmik, PalComTech adalah lembaga pendidikan komputer dan internet yang berdiri sejak tahun 2003. PalComTech menggunakan Sistem belajar praktek, diskusi, pemecahan studi kasus, praktikum di laboratorium dan setiap pertemuan didukung dengan fasilitas komputer dan internet. Sistem Pembelajaran Worksheet merupakan sistem informasi akademik yang digunakan oleh STMIK Palcomtech Palembang dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Penelitian ini menentukan domain proses pada Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology (COBIT 5) dan Analisa Current Maturity Level, pengukuran tingkat kematangan tata kelola Worksheet. Metode yang digunakan yaitu, deskriptif, quantitative dan metode analisis mengunakan COBIT 5. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa proses domain COBIT Framework versi 5 yang digunakan adalah: (1). EDM, (Evaluate, Direct And Monitor), (a) EDM03, (b) EDM04 sedangkan pada domain  (2). APO (Align Plan and Organise) yaitu: (a). APO02, (b). APO04, (c). APO07, (d). APO11, (e). APO12, (f). APO13 dan pada domain (3). MEA (Monitor Evaluate and Assess) yaitu: MEA01. Hasil dari Analisis Current Maturity Level adalah: (1). EDM03 : 4,23 berada pada level 4 - Managed and Measureable,(2). APO12 : 4,15 berada pada level 4 - Managed and Measureable,   (3). APO07 : 4,07 berada pada level 4 - Managed and Measureable, (4). Abstract

Mengamankan informasi pada jaringan komputer merupakan bagian yang sangat penting dilakukan guna menjaga keaslian dan integritas informasi yang melintas. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun mekanisme pengamanan informasi jaringan dengan cara melakukan mekanisme filtering agar informasi yang keluar dan masuk pada jaringan aman dari tindakan scanning, fabrikasi dan pembobolan akses dari orang yang tidak memiliki otoritas. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode NDLC. Penerapan mekanisme firewall pada jaringan SOHO di Kelurahan Sako, Kota Palembang. Mekanisme penerapan keamanan jaringan menggunakan mekanisme firewall rule base, anti ARP, brute force, blocking off port scanning, consumer authentication dan penerapan kemanan enkripsi. Perangkat lunak penguji yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini antara lain, Wireshark, Hydra, Nmap. Pengujian dilakukan pada dua kondisi, yaitu sebelum dan sesudah penerapan keamanan jaringan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah penerapan mekanisme firewall yang sederhana sudah bisa digunakan untuk memproteksi jaringan pada ruang lingkup SOHO dan pemanfaatan router yang memiliki fitur layanan mekanisme firewall rule base

Abstract

Purpose: SMEs is one of the drivers Indonesian economy.  Hence, SMEs must have a good customer service. Service is an important aspect  in business activities. Excellent service is the spearhead in capturing opportunities and understanding clients from the products and services offered. If the service provided is satisfactory and friendly, the client will continue to use the services we offer. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase the application of science and technology which can help the partners of the SME community of Asyik Suka in an effort to increase the productivity of product sales by improving customer service using chatbot tools, Method: To be able to improve services by implementing Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the form of chatbots that replace customer service to serve questions about service products offered by business people. The application of chatbots can help consumers learn about the products offered. By utilizing Chatbot, business people are able to provide services to customers for 24 hours, this chatbot technology can also save service costs and improve the quality of customer experience. Apart from that, Chatbots are also able to increase sales targets and support lead generation. This service activity provides knowledge and training on how to use chatbots for business actors. Results: Participants understand the service method with the application of Chatbot and its benefits, understand how to inimanage creating and implementing Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the form of chatbots and social media support applications, and PKM participants can understand the various types of advantages of using chatbot technology through the features/menus on the menu. Applications and their functions. Conclusion: The positive response from the participants that join this public service indicate this PKM is able to activate the SME Asyik Suka Community to improve their service. Also improvement of using chatbot science application and technology to help business process, especially on the product services.
