Abstract

The aims of this research are to analyze the power of fish-processor, evaluated by economic and non economic aspect, to analyze the performance of  ishprocessing by R/C ratio, to analyze the role of stakeholders in increasing fishprocessor’s income, and to formulate the strategy of empowerment for fishprocessor. Primary data populated from 109 respondents in South Cilacap Subdistrict.The analysis methods used are descriptive statistics, crosstab analysis, andanalytical of process hierarchy. The results of study indicate that the powers of fish-processor are still less, they have low level income with R/C ratio 1,03 up to 1,67. The roles of stakeholders toward coastal area community are still poor. Therefore, we need strategy to empower them by giving loan (credit), reviving the fish-processor’s organization, and giving information and training about modern technical of fish-processing.Keywords: the power of fish- processor; stakeholders; R/C ratio

College is a public institution that provides educational services to the community. Community preference in selecting colleges vary widely, because each individual has different desires in choosing a college. But in general, the level of public preference may be obtained based on the factors on which the consideration of the selection of a college.

Abstract

Seeing the development of business growth beverage products Ginger: Jahe Mantap, Jahe Wangi Sido Muncul, Jahe Merah, and other products that bervarian ginger, competing to market their products. In order to attract buyers will require a good brand image and advertising heavily. Formulation of the problem in this study: 1) Is there any effect on the product image and advertising on purchase decisions? And 2) Which are the most dominant among the product image and advertising on purchase decisions?. The purpose of this study: 1) To determine the influence of advertising and the image of the product on purchase decision, and 2) to determine which is the most dominant among advertising and product image on purchase decisions.,The hypothesis is: 1) product image positive influence consumer purchasing decisions, 2) Advertising positive influence on consumer purchasing decisions; 3) Advertising has the most dominant effect influencing purchase decisions of fragrant ginger CV. Intrafood.Alat analysis used in the study were: Validity, reliability testing, regression analysis, t test, F test, and R2 The conclusion of this study were: 1) There is a positive and significant correlation between the image of the product on purchase decision fragrant ginger CV. Intrafood, 2) There is a positive and significant correlation between advertising on purchase decisions fragrant ginger CV. Intrafood; 3) There is a positive and significant correlation between the product image and advertising on purchase decisions fragrant ginger CV. Intrafood; 4) Advertising is the dominant factor affecting the purchase decision fragrant ginger CV. Intrafood. Based on the conclusion, it can be suggested that the company is expected to continue to maintain and enhance the advertising strategy is to intensify the advertisements in the electronic media and print media are very easily spread. For the image of the companys products is expected to improve the image of the product by improving quality and providing packaging and price that makes consumers interested to buy it.

Abstract

This study was carried out on Indomaret Minimarket in Tawangsari, Sukoharjo. The goal of the study are: (1) To know the influence of service quality (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) toward consumers’ satisfaction in Indomaret Minimarket. (2) To know the dominant factor of service quality (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) that influence toward consumers’ satisfaction in Indomaret Minimarket. The hypothesis drawnare: (1) Presummed that there are influence of service quality (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) toward consumers’ satisfaction in Indomaret Minimarket. (2) Presummed that tangible has dominant influence toward consumers’ satisfaction in Indomaret Minimarket. The sample of this study is 100 consumers that shopped in Indomaret Minimarket, with primary data. Technique of Analysis applied are validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression, t-test , F- test and coefficient of determination. The results of this study are: (1) There are simultaneous and significant influence of service quality (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) toward consumers’ satisfaction in Indomaret Minimarket. Abstract

AbstractThis study aimed to determine the effect of variable brand image, price, quality of product to decision of purchasing a car LCGC (Low Cost Green Car), either partial or jointly and to find among variables brand image, price, and quality of products which are larger role in influencing purchasing decisions LCGC car. Data collection techniques researchers did by observation and questionnaires directly by visiting the object of the research is to consumers who have made a purchase decision, especially type Agya LCGC car, AYLA, and Karimun Wagon R in Surakarta which would then be sampled. The data have been collected and tabulated and analyzed using multiple regression analysis.The results showed that the variables that significantly affect purchasing decisions is price and quality of products. While the variable Brand Image does not affect significantly. While the variables that affect predominantly variable price.Keyword: Brand Image, Price, Quality Product, Purchase Decision AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara variable brand image, harga, dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian mobil LCGC (Low Cost Green Car) baik secara partial maupun secara bersama-sama dan untuk mengetahui diantara variable brand image, harga, dan kualitas produk mana yang lebih berperan dalam mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian mobil LCGC. Teknik pengumpulan data peneliti lakukan dengan cara observasi dan penyebaran kuisioner secara langsung dengan cara mendatangi obyek penelitian yaitu kepada konsumen yang telah melakukan keputusan pembelian mobil LCGC terutama type AGYA,AYLA, dan Karimun Wagon R di wilayah Surakarta yang selanjutnya akan dijadikan sampel. Data yang telah terkumpul kemudian ditabulasi dan diolah dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang mempengaruhi secara signifikan keputusan pembelian adalah harga dan kualitas produk. Sedangkan variabel Brand Image tidak mempengaruhi secara signifikan. Sedangkan variabel yang berpengaruh secara dominan adalah variabel harga.Kata kunci: Brand Image, Harga, Kualitas Produk, Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

The research objective was to analyze the antecedents of the investment interest of Surakarta students in the Islamic Capital Market . This type of research is a quantitative study, using a questionnaire as a research instrument. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and accidental sampling . This research was conducted on the entire students of Surakarta who were studying f akultas / department ekonomi Islam, amounting to 2,659 people. Samples were taken of 96 respondents using the Slovin formula. Method Collecting data conductedquestionnaire . Metode analisis data is regresi linear berganda , u ji t (t-test) , ji F (F test) , koefisien determinasi with SPSS 24.00. The results of the research are the antecedents of perception, religiosity, investment benefits, minimal investment capital, motivation, return and education have a positive and significant effect both partially and simultaneously on the investment interest of Surakarta students in the Islamic Capital Market.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan mengetahui bagaimana kompensasi, karakteristik pekerjaan, tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan, dan reputasi perusahaan mempengaruhi minat pencari kerja di Kabupaten Sukoharjo dalam melamar pekerjaan. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik kuantitatif menggunakan kuesioner melalui Google Forms dengan metode non probability sampling yakni pusposive sampling. Pada penelitian ini sudah dilakukan uji instrument data (uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas), uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas dan uji heteroskedastisitas), persamaan regresi linier berganda, uji t serta juga koefisiensi determinan sehingga dalam penelitian ini didapatkah hasil yaitu kompensasi dan karakteristik pekerjaan terhadap minat melamar pekerjaan di Kabupaten Sukoharjo secara parsial memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan sehingga kompensasi dan karakteristik pekerjaan merupakan faktor yang dipertimbangkan dalam melamar pekerjaan di Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Sedangkan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan dan reputasi perusahaan terhadap minat melamar pekerjaan di Kabupaten Sukoharjo secara parsial tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan sehingga tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan dan reputasi perusahaan bukan merupan faktor yang dipertimbangkan dalam melamar pekerjaan di Kabuapaten Sukoharjo.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini telah dilaksanakan di Desa Kateguhan, Kecamatan Sawit, Kabupaten Boyolali dengan mitra kegiatan yaitu:  Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) “Bodronoyo”.  Adapun permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra adalah tatakelola yang masih belum profesional sebagaimana yang diharapkan.  Hal tersebut karena Bumdes ini baru merintis usaha dengan mengambil bisnis utama di bidang pertanian.  Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah ceramah/penyuluhan tentang manajemen secara umum dan secara khusus yang berkaitan dengan tatakelola usaha. Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dari kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini adalah: (1) Memberikan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan kepada pengelola BUMDes Bodronoyo agar memiliki pengetahauan dalam pengelolaan BUMDes secara profesional.
