Abstract

Drug abuse problems have broad and complex dimensions, both from the medical, psychiatric, mental health and psychosocial perspectives. The use of drugs can damage the order of family life, the environment of the community and the school environment, even directly or indirectly a threat to the sustainability of development and the future of the nation and the State. The results in this study are in rehabilitating the Ar-Rahman foundation using emphasis on four main aspects, namely the recovery of physical, mental, spiritual and emotional. The recovery program for 6 months, in the reception of residents or addicts, does not limit the related services such as the BNN, but the family and the community play an important role, the majority of residents at the ArRahman foundation enter with coercion from their parents or family and. From the results of research conducted related to social rehabilitation of drug abuse carried out by the ArRahman Drug Rehabilitation Foundation, it has helped in returning or repairing addicts from drug dependence so that they can re-function as social beings. This is in accordance with the objectives of Islamic law or MaqashidShari'ah to maintain reason. Therefore rehabilitation can be done.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This thesis is entitled Review of Islamic Criminal Law Against Crimes in the Field of Information and Electronic Transactions (Study of Bitcoin Investment Fraud Through the Memiles Application, this thesis answers two questions; First, Criminal Sanctions Against Crimes in the field of information and electronic transactions (Study of Bitcoin Investment Fraud). In the Memiles Application, Second, Sanctions in terms of Islamic Criminal Law Against Crimes in the field of information and electronic transactions (Study of Bitcoin Investment Fraud in the Memiles Application. The research used in this study is through aapproach library research ). used is secondary data consisting of three parts, namely, primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials.Primary legal materials are binding legal materials in the form of the Qur'an and Hadith, the 1945 Constitution, and regulations applicable. Results discussion in terms of Huk um is takzir sanctions where the sanctions are determined based on local ulil amri (law enforcement authorities), then the criminal sanctions from ta'zir are the applicable laws, namely Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning amendments to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions. Abstract

The research objective is to restore drug users through the implementation of Islamic education. The research method used was descriptive qualitative method. The informants considered as the data sources were the drug users, their parents, the owner of the rehabilitation center, Yayasan Pusat Rehabilitasi Narkoba Ar-Rahman Palembang, and the local government. The data were analyzed through descriptive normative analysis. The results of this study are 1) rehabilitation is directed at two aspects namely physical and spiritual recovery; 2) the rehabilitation method used is the method of Dhikr and TC (Therapeutic Community) conducted for 6 months; and 3) Islamic education implemented in rehabilitating drug users with a spiritual moral approach includes teaching education on religious foundations, Shalah together, dhikr, and guidance on reading the Qur’an.
