Managing municipal waste efficiently is a challenge in itself. Waste levies as a source of regional revenue need to be managed optimally so that the waste transportation services for the community can run smoothly. Constraints faced by the City Government of Pangkalpinang are how to anticipate the limited number of garbage lift fleets, the increasing population density, and the manual administration system. To improve the quality of waste transportation services, one of them is by upgrading from manual to a web-based system with the aim of making it easier to manage fleet transport schedules, making it easier for people to pay waste fees, and making it easier to report waste levies. The system will be built using the Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) methodology because with OOAD the system can be developed gradually and continuously. This web-based levy information system is also expected to be able to facilitate public access to cleaning services

Sekolah Alam Bangka Belitung, which currently organizes educational activities at the elementary school level with Islamic concepts and is more learning outside the classroom, requires teachers or what is termed facilitator. The facilitator needed by the Sekolah Alam is a facilitator who meets multi criteria such as attitudes, academic, skills, abilities, interviews, and three-month internships. To get a facilitator that fits the criteria desired by the Sekolah Alam, this study designs a decision support system to select candidate facilitators using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The AHP method is chosen to form a hierarchy of facilitator selection frameworks starting with objectives, level one criteria, level two criteria, and alternatives. After the decision-making scheme, then this research moves the decision-making pattern into a web-based information system built with the method of Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD). Data processing results show that the highest level 1 criterion is the attitude with 34.1%, the second is a 3-month internship with a weight of 33.3%, the third is an academic with a weight of 13.4%, the fourth is a skill with a weight of 11.3 %, the last is an interview with a weight of 8%. Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) adalah salah satu pilar ekonomi Indonesia yang tahan goncangan dan resesi. UKM umumnya berangkat dari usaha yang berakar pada budaya dan kekhasan suatu daerah. Walaupun awalnya lebih banyak bergerak di wilayahnya saja, pemerintah mencanangkan upaya digitalisasi UKM dengan menggalakkan penjualan elektronik atau e-commerce. Di Bangka Belitung UKM bergerak dibidang usaha makanan khas daerah, pakaian dan kain tenun cual khas Bangka, dan beberapa bidang usaha jasa lainnya. Untuk mendapatkan strategi yang tepat memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dalam penjualan elektronik, maka penelitian ini mempunyai dua metode penelitian. Pertama menganalisis faktor – faktor apa saja yang mendorong UKM untuk menggunakan e-commerce. Analisis beberapa faktor pendorong ini dilakukan dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). AHP adalah metode pengambilan keputusan yang mampu menyeleksi multikriteria faktor sehingga menghasilkan hasil analisis akurat. Hasil pengolahan data dengan AHP menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang paling besar bobotnya adalah faktor teknologi informasi sebesar 33,2%, dan alternatif yang paling tinggi bobotnya adalah pelaku bisnis usaha makanan khas dengan bobot 38,8%. Dengan adanya hasil analisa AHP tersebut, maka penelitian dilanjutkan dengan merancang sistem informasi berbasis web untuk mendorong UKM menjalankan transaksi penjualan secara elektronik. Analisa dan perancangan sistem dilakukan dengan metode Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) agar sistem dapat dikembangkan secara bertahap. Keywords : UKM, Bangka Belitung, AHP

Handling the problem of waste in the city of Pangkapinang as the Capital of the Province of Bangka Belitung is currently experiencing obstacles difficult to find landfill that is suitable for needs. Landfill landfill must meet several criteria related to tools, land, government administration, residents, and infrastructure. In addition to multi criteria, choosing a landfill also has multiple alternatives, namely the expansion of Trench Six as the initial landfill, and several villages located on the border of Pangkalpinang City, Namang Village, Big Puding Village, Jelutung Village, and Air Kuning Village. Based on the conditions for selecting multi-criteria and multi-alternative landfill landfill, this study was designed to analyze the decision support factors for selecting waste disposal sites for the City of Pangkalpinang using the AHP Analytical Hierarchy Process method. AHP was chosen as a research method because it was able to produce decisions by comparing pairing values between criteria and between alternatives. The results of data processing with AHP show that the highest criteria for land percentages weigh 33.5% and the chosen alternative is Namang Village with a weight of 34.3%.
