The performance of teachers in educational institutions needs to have an appreciation and assessment that has a basis. Teacher performance assessment is one of the bases for decision making related to the career of the teacher. To improve the quality and accuracy of performance appraisal, this study designs a web-based teacher performance assessment decision support system. The Decision Support System method used is Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), and information system design uses the Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) method. Respondents in this study were deputy principals, teacher representatives, and committee representatives. The results of the calculation of the respondent questionnaire were carried out with a paired comparison matrix. The results of the combined calculation showed that the first level criteria which were the highest weighted were Social with a weight of 33.4% and the alternative teacher with the best performance was Vera Asmara with a value of 22.9%.

CV. YustiKarya as a construction company realizes that the ability to manage project finance is one of the important requirements for smooth project management. CV. YustiKarya often has to manage several projects simultaneously with remote locations. This condition made it difficult for financial staff in the office to manage project financial allocations and also made it difficult for project managers in the field and had to report the status of project expenditures to the office. This difficulty drives CV. YustiKarya is to improve the project's financial management system which originally used a spread sheet to become a web-based information system. Web-based information systems will be developed using object-oriented methods. The object-oriented system development method was chosen because of its modular development capabilities and adapts to system requirements. The information system that is produced is able to create a construction project management system starting from employer entry, contract entry, billing entry, printing proof of receipt, printing proof of expenditure, and generating project income and expenditure reports online. Web-based information systems will automate the financial status of projects whose locations are scattered. This system also makes it easy for directors to be aware of current project developments.

Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) adalah penggerak ekonomi yang paling tahan terhadap krisis ekonomi di Indonesia. Secara nasional saat ini UKM telah mempunyai peta jalan sistem perdagangan nasional berbasis elektronik (Road Map E-Commerce) 2017 – 2019. Bagi sebagian pelaku bisnis UKM di Bangka Belitung memutuskan untuk merubah pola transaksi dari transaksi konvensional menjadi transaksi elektronik. Proses mengambil keputusan untuk merubah transaksi bisnis UKM menjadi berbasis elektronik (e-commerce) sangat dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor. Dengan demikian proses pengambilan keputusan untuk menggunakan e-commerce bagi UKM hal menjadi pengambilan multikriteria faktor. Untuk mendukung pengambilan multikriteria faktor ini maka penelitian ini menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Multi kriteria faktor tersebut adalah adalah keunggulan teknologi sebesar 22,6%, keunggulan desain web 21%, keunggulan pembayaran 13,6%, keunggulan promosi 11,7%, keunggulan konsumen 10,9%, keunggulan promosi 7,8%, keunggulan, resiko 6,7%, dan kelemahan 5,7%. Sedangkan jenis e-commerce yang paling tinggi B2C sebesar 24,2%. Hasil ini memberikan informasi untuk Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Bangka Belitung yang bekerja sama dengan Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Kecil dan Menengah Bangka Belitung untuk lebih fokus meningkatkan pelatihan dan pendampingan UKM untuk menguasai teknologi pemasaran berbasis internet.Kata kunci: MCDM, AHP, E-Commerce, UKM.

Health services are basic services whose implementation is protected and guaranteed by the government. The existence of BPJS makes health services easier, more secure, and reachable to all levels of society. When a patient's health condition requires a higher facility, patients are generally referred to a higher-level health facility. In the province of Bangka Belitung currently stands several hospitals with various levels and completeness of facilities, ranging from provincial public hospitals, local public hospitals, to private hospitals. Patients who need referral can adjust the choice of the hospital with their health condition. The diverse needs of referral health care services and the diversity of hospitals with their services make decision making difficult. This study focuses on analyzing what factors are the basis of patient consideration in choosing a referral hospital. To support the multicriteria and multi-alternative selection process, this study uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The results of data processing showed that the most important criterion for patients when choosing a referral hospital was a health service attribute weighing 19.2% and the patients referred to were mostly referral patients in wards of wards with a weight of 24.2%.

AbstrakLomba desa adalah sebuah sarana untuk menilai dan memonitor kemajuan desa secara berkala di suatu Kecamatan. Lomba Desa tingkat Kabupaten membutuhkan tim penilai dari perwakilan Kecamatan dan staf bidang pemerintaan di Kabupaten. Masalah yang dihadapi oleh tim penilai adalah sulitnya membuat keputusan objektif. Hal ini disebabkan lomba desa mempunyai kriteria cukup banyak yaitu, pendidikan, kesehatan masyarakat, ekonomi masyarakat, keamanan dan ketertiban, pemerintahan, partisipasi masyarakat, lembaga kemasyarakatan, dan pemberdayaan & kesejahteraan keluarga (PKK). Berdasarkan fakta bahwa lomba desa adalah sistem multi kriteria dan multi alternatif, maka penelitian ini mengusulkan sebuah Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). AHP dianggap sesuai karena metode ini menghasilkan keputusan objektif dari kondisi multi kriteria dan multi alternatif seperti pada lomba desa. Lokasi penelitian ini adalah Kecamatan Pangkalan Baru di Kabupaten Bangka Tengah Provinsi Bangka Belitung. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Pengolahan data dikalkulasi dengan metode AHP, untuk memastikan validitas data dan penggabungan hasil perhitungan gabungan beberapa anggota tim penilai dapat menggunakan aplikasi Expert Choice. SPK ini adalah pengembangan sistem yang bertujuan mengubah pengambilan keputusan dalam lomba desa sehingga desa terpilih dapat menjadi acuan bagi desa lainnya, dan desa yang belum terpilih juga dapat evaluasi kelemahan desanya. Hasil penelitian memberikan keputusan yang mampu menekan kemungkinan protes atau ketidakpuasan dari peserta lainnya. Dimasa depan penelitian ini dapat dikembangkan menjadi sistem pendukung keputusan berbasis web.Kata kunci: Lomba Desa, SPK, AHP, Kabupaten Bangka Tengah Abstract[Decision Support System Engineering in District-level Village Contest using Analytical Hierarchy Process Method]. Village competition is a means to assess and monitor village progress in a Sub-district periodically. The Village Competition at the Regency level requires an assessment team from representatives of the sub-district and staff in the field of government in the Regency. The problem faced by the assessment team is the difficulty of making objective decisions. It is because the village competition has quite a lot of criteria namely, education, public health, community economy, security and order, governance, community participation, social institutions, and family empowerment & welfare. The village competition system which has many assessment criteria makes this system suitable using a decision support system with the AHP method. The location of this research is Pangkalan Baru Subdistrict in Central Bangka Regency, Bangka Belitung Province. The process of collecting data is done through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data processing is calculated by the AHP method, to ensure the validity of the data and the combination of the results of the combined calculations of several members of the assessment team can use the Expert Choice application. This SPK is the development of a system that aims to change decision making in village competitions so that selected villages can become a reference for other villages, and villages that have not been selected can also evaluate the weaknesses of their villages. The results of the study provide decisions that are able to suppress the possibility of protest or dissatisfaction from other participants. Managing municipal waste efficiently is a challenge in itself. Waste levies as a source of regional revenue need to be managed optimally so that the waste transportation services for the community can run smoothly. Constraints faced by the City Government of Pangkalpinang are how to anticipate the limited number of garbage lift fleets, the increasing population density, and the manual administration system. To improve the quality of waste transportation services, one of them is by upgrading from manual to a web-based system with the aim of making it easier to manage fleet transport schedules, making it easier for people to pay waste fees, and making it easier to report waste levies. The system will be built using the Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) methodology because with OOAD the system can be developed gradually and continuously. This web-based levy information system is also expected to be able to facilitate public access to cleaning services

Sekolah Alam Bangka Belitung, which currently organizes educational activities at the elementary school level with Islamic concepts and is more learning outside the classroom, requires teachers or what is termed facilitator. The facilitator needed by the Sekolah Alam is a facilitator who meets multi criteria such as attitudes, academic, skills, abilities, interviews, and three-month internships. To get a facilitator that fits the criteria desired by the Sekolah Alam, this study designs a decision support system to select candidate facilitators using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The AHP method is chosen to form a hierarchy of facilitator selection frameworks starting with objectives, level one criteria, level two criteria, and alternatives. After the decision-making scheme, then this research moves the decision-making pattern into a web-based information system built with the method of Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD). Data processing results show that the highest level 1 criterion is the attitude with 34.1%, the second is a 3-month internship with a weight of 33.3%, the third is an academic with a weight of 13.4%, the fourth is a skill with a weight of 11.3 %, the last is an interview with a weight of 8%. Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) adalah salah satu pilar ekonomi Indonesia yang tahan goncangan dan resesi. UKM umumnya berangkat dari usaha yang berakar pada budaya dan kekhasan suatu daerah. Walaupun awalnya lebih banyak bergerak di wilayahnya saja, pemerintah mencanangkan upaya digitalisasi UKM dengan menggalakkan penjualan elektronik atau e-commerce. Di Bangka Belitung UKM bergerak dibidang usaha makanan khas daerah, pakaian dan kain tenun cual khas Bangka, dan beberapa bidang usaha jasa lainnya. Untuk mendapatkan strategi yang tepat memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dalam penjualan elektronik, maka penelitian ini mempunyai dua metode penelitian. Pertama menganalisis faktor – faktor apa saja yang mendorong UKM untuk menggunakan e-commerce. Analisis beberapa faktor pendorong ini dilakukan dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). AHP adalah metode pengambilan keputusan yang mampu menyeleksi multikriteria faktor sehingga menghasilkan hasil analisis akurat. Hasil pengolahan data dengan AHP menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang paling besar bobotnya adalah faktor teknologi informasi sebesar 33,2%, dan alternatif yang paling tinggi bobotnya adalah pelaku bisnis usaha makanan khas dengan bobot 38,8%. Dengan adanya hasil analisa AHP tersebut, maka penelitian dilanjutkan dengan merancang sistem informasi berbasis web untuk mendorong UKM menjalankan transaksi penjualan secara elektronik. Analisa dan perancangan sistem dilakukan dengan metode Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) agar sistem dapat dikembangkan secara bertahap. Keywords : UKM, Bangka Belitung, AHP

Handling the problem of waste in the city of Pangkapinang as the Capital of the Province of Bangka Belitung is currently experiencing obstacles difficult to find landfill that is suitable for needs. Landfill landfill must meet several criteria related to tools, land, government administration, residents, and infrastructure. In addition to multi criteria, choosing a landfill also has multiple alternatives, namely the expansion of Trench Six as the initial landfill, and several villages located on the border of Pangkalpinang City, Namang Village, Big Puding Village, Jelutung Village, and Air Kuning Village. Based on the conditions for selecting multi-criteria and multi-alternative landfill landfill, this study was designed to analyze the decision support factors for selecting waste disposal sites for the City of Pangkalpinang using the AHP Analytical Hierarchy Process method. AHP was chosen as a research method because it was able to produce decisions by comparing pairing values between criteria and between alternatives. The results of data processing with AHP show that the highest criteria for land percentages weigh 33.5% and the chosen alternative is Namang Village with a weight of 34.3%.

Lomba Keterampilan Siswa merupakan salah satu tolak ukur dalam meningkatkan mutu Sumber Daya Manusia. Lomba tersebut dapat diikuti oleh siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan. Dalam kegiatan perlombaan, setiap siswa akan dibina atau didampingi oleh guru masing-masing. Pengabdian masyarakat kali ini dilakukan untuk memberikan pelatihan bagi guru-guru pembina/pendamping dalam penyampaian materi lomba kepada siswa-siswanya, khususnya di bidang IT Software. Peserta pengabdian ini adalah perwakilan guru dari SMKN 1 Koba. Pengabdian dilakukan dengan memberikan materi berupa presentasi, studi kasus sederhana, ataupun demo pembuatan program dan database secara langsung. Selain itu, untuk mengetahui tingkat pemahaman peserta, diberikan evaluasi di akhir sesi. Diharapkan setelah kegiatan pengabdian ini, para guru dapat membina siswanya dengan lebih baik sehingga dapat membawa nama baik sekolah ke tingkat nasional
