Abstract

This study aims to improve Master's positive communication skills in early childhood.Subjects in this study were 12 teachers in PAUD Top Kids Sokaraja district. Theresearch was conducted through experimental method. Subjects were subjected to twopositive meetings of positive communication training, with the total number ofmeetings being 8 hours. Data analysis was done by visual inspection technique, on 4measurement of baseline stage, treatment stage 1, treatment stage 2, and follow-upstage. The results of the study prove a significant increase in the positivecommunication skills of the subject, based on the scale of positive communicationskills. In the baseline phase, the average subject has a positive communication skillscore of 33.67 (Enough). In the treatment phase 1, it increased to 38.08 (Enough). Inthe third measurement, ie in the treatment phase 2, increased to 44.41 (Good). In thefollow-up phase it increased to 48.08 (Good).Keywords: positive communication skills, communication training, kindergartenteacher

Abstract

Fluently of writing thessis is influenced by many factors, such as: how to understand early childhood probleme, student’s competence in writing, how to understanding ressearch methods, and conselling process. The problem of this ressearch is accounting how much correlate value between score of subject matter and frequencies of conselling to fluently of writing the thessis. This ressearch is used quantitative methodes to analize, correlation. Outcome of this ressearch showed that values of correlation between score subject ‘persiapan skripsi’and times what needed to finished thessis is the biggest than the other (- 0,412) and values of correlation between statistics subject and times what needed to finished thessis is the smallest than the other (-0,362). AbstractEarly childhood education curriculum must be appropriated with childrencharacter and the rule of government. This year every early childhoodeducation use 2013’s curriculum. In PAUD Gemilang this curriculum appliedtoo. Based on accreditation advise the institution have a problem in devicelearning because still applied the curriculum in a part of learning activity. Abstract

2013’s curriculum was used in many level of education, one of them is preschool. Based of the rule is PP No. 32 Tahun 2013. The problem at KKG Gugus Jendral Soedirman I is how to used this curriculum on activities at preschool. Focused of this movement is saintific learning and authentic assessment. So, we have two programmes for solve the problem; (1) Learning Saintific’s Education. Educating start with find saintific concept and then save it to our mind. After each of teacher understanding this object, we are following with applicating saintific learning in six aspects growing dan development. Cognitive, physic, linguistic, social emotional, religi, and art, (1) Authentic Assessment’s Education. This action start with explaining deepth information about authentic assessment. Then, the teacher have time to assesst used anechdot and daily note. Both of them used to arrange daily assessment. There are two outcome’s of this project, 1) lesson planning and 2) assessment rubric
