Abstract

Porasi is a fermented organic manure which can provide nutrients for plants in a short time. Theapplication of biological fertilizer (M-Bio) to the soil provides good nutrient fixing microbes for thesoil and plants. This research aimed to determine the effect of a combination of porasi and biologicalfertilizer (M-Bio) on the cultivation of cayenne pepper plants. Research using Randomized BlockDesign (RBD) one factor consisting of five treatments repeated five times. The combination oftreatments used A (without porasi 0 t/ha and without M-Bio), B (Porasi 8 t/ha + Biological fertilizers(M- Bio) 1,5 ml/L), C (Porasi 12 t/ha + Biological fertilizers (M-Bio) 3 ml/L), D (Porasi 16 t/ha +Biological fertilizers (M-Bio) 4,5 ml/L), and E (Porasi 20 t/ha + Biological fertilizers (M- Bio) 6 ml/L).The results showed that the dose combination of porasi 20 t/ha + biological fertilizer (M-Bio) 6 ml/Lobtained growth and good results in the cultivation of cayenne pepper (Capsicum frustescens L.)varieties of Bara

Abstract

One of the efforts that can be made to increase the yield of red chili plants is by providing nutrients, one of which is the supply of organic fertilizers such as poration. Poration is fermented organic matter using bioactivators / bio-fertilizers M-Bio which functions to fertilize the soil and increase plant growth and yield. The purpose of this study was to obtain the best poration dose for palm waste and chicken manure for growth and yield of red chilies. This research was conducted from July to December 2020, at the Experimental Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Siliwangi University, Mugarsari Village, Tamansari District, Tasikmalaya City with an altitude of 374 meters above sea level. This research was conducted with an experimental method using a randomized block design (RBD) consisting of 6 treatments and 4 repetitions. The results of this study indicate that the measurement of poration of palm waste and chicken manure has an effect on the growth and yield of chili plants (Capsicum annuum L.).

Abstract

Rumput Gajah (Pennisetum purpureum Schumach) mempunyai potensi untuk digunakan sebagai bahan baku bioenergi. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan bahan baku maka diperlukan upaya untuk menghasilkan bibit dalam jumlah banyak dan waktu yang relatif singkat. Rumput gajah sulit diperbanyak secara generatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kombinasi zat pengatur tumbuh Air Kelapa, BAP dan NAA pada Media Driver Kuniyuki Walnut terhadap pertumbuhan Rumput Gajah (P. purpureum Schumach). Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari sampai April 2020 di Laboratorium Biak Sel dan Jaringan Tanaman, Pusat penelitian Bioteknologi – LIPI Bogor. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 10 perlakuan dan diulang sebanyak empat kali. Konsentrasi air kelapa yang telah ditetapkan sebesar 0 ml/L, 50 ml/L, BAP sebesar 0 mg/L, 1 mg/L, 2 mg/L, dan NAA dengan konsentrasi 0 mg/L, 0,01 mg/L, 0,1 mg/L. Data dianalisis menggunakan sidik ragam dengan uji F dan dilanjutkan dengan Uji Jarak Berganda Duncan dengan taraf nyata 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kombinasi Zat Pengatur Tumbuh Air kelapa 50 ml/L+ BAP 2 mg/L + NAA 0,01 mg/L merupakan kombinasi yang memberikan hasil lebih baik terhadap pertumbuhan eksplan rumput gajah dalam menginduksi jumlah tunas dengan rata-rata 4,92 tunas/eksplan dan jumlah daun dengan rata-rata 21,88 helai/eksplan, namun tidak memberikan hasil yang baik terhadap jumlah akar dibandingkan dengan perlakuan tanpa penambahan zat pengatur tumbuh (kontrol).

Abstract

Mathematics is a subject that is always taught at every level of education. However, many students still think mathematics is complex and boring. The problem that arises is that it is difficult for students to understand the concept of trigonometry, so 60% of student learning outcomes are still below the KKM. This is due to the lack of student motivation in learning mathematics. Teachers must create creative and fun learning innovations based on these problems using interactive learning media. This study aims to develop interactive learning media that are feasible, practical, and effective. The type of research carried out is research and development with a 4D model by Thiagarajan. It consists of define, design, develop, and disseminate. The research was conducted at MA Assa'adah Jamanis. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, questionnaires, and tests. The data analysis technique used is the analysis of validity, practicality, and effectiveness. The results of the learning media research developed are very feasible based on the validators of material experts and media experts and practical according to student questionnaires. The value of tcount is greater than ttable (20,494 > 2,131). This shows a significant average difference between the pre-test and post-test, which means the interactive media developed effectively improves mathematics learning outcomes. Based on student questionnaires, aspects of providing assistance and learning motivation obtained 83% or excellent results. Matematika merupakan mata pelajaran yang selalu diajarkan pada setiap jenjang pendidikan. Namun, banyak siswa masih menganggap matematika adalah hal yang kompleks dan membosankan. Masalah yang muncul adalah siswa sulit memahami konsep trigonometri, sehingga hasil belajar siswa 60% masih di bawah KKM. Hal ini akibat kurangnya motivasi siswa dalam belajar matematika. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, guru harus menciptakan inovasi pembelajaran yang kreatif dan menyenangkan dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran interaktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif yang memenuhi kriteria layak, praktis dan efektif. Jenis penelitian yang dilaksanakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan dengan model 4D oleh Thiagarajan. Terdiri dari define, design, develop, dan disseminate. Penelitian dilakukan di MA Assa'adah Jamanis. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara, angket, dan tes. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis validitas dan kepraktisan serta keefektifan. Hasil penelitian media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan sangat layak berdasarkan validator ahli materi dan ahli media, serta praktis menurut angket siswa. Nilai thitung lebih besar dari ttabel (20,494 > 2,131). Hal ini menunjukkan perbedaan rata-rata yang signifikan antara pre-test dan post-test, yang berarti media interaktif yang dikembangkan efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar Matematika. Berdasarkan angket siswa, aspek pemberian bantuan dan motivasi belajar diperoleh hasil 83% atau sangat baik.

Abstract

Geogebra adalah software untuk mempelajari geometri dimensi tiga. Pengembangan buku digital berupa GeoGebra Book pada materi dimensi tiga diharapkan menjadi sumber belajar dan memfasilitasi peserta didik untuk belajar mandiri. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui prosedur pengembangan dan kualitas GeoGebra Book pada materi dimensi tiga. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan menggunakan model ADDIE. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari ahli media, ahli materi, guru matematika, dan peserta didik kelas XI. Instrumen penelitian berupa lembar validasi untuk ahli materi dan ahli media, dan angket respon peserta didik. Data kualitatif yang dianalisis adalah data hasil studi literatur. Sedangkan data kuantitatif yang dianalisis adalah data hasil validasi dan respon peserta didik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa (1) Geogebra Book materi dimensi tiga dikembangkan dengan menggunakan model ADDIE yang meliputi 5 tahapan yaitu: (a) tahap analyze, yaitu menganalisis kebutuhan media pembelajaran, materi pembelajaran, dan karakteristik peserta didik; (b) tahap design, yaitu mendesain media pembelajaran dan instrumen penelitian; (c) tahap development, yaitu membuat produk dan validasi ahli; (d) tahap implementation, setelah GeoGebra Book materi dimensi tiga dinyatakan valid, selanjutnya diimplementasikan terhadap guru dan peserta didik; dan (e) tahap evaluation, yaitu menganalisis hasil respon peserta didik. (2) Kualitas media GeoGebra Book pada materi dimensi tiga termasuk kategori sangat baik.

Abstract

Red chili (Capsicum annum L.) is one of the important horticultural crops, yet its productivity is still relatively low. This study aims to determine the productivity of red chili improvement through the use of inorganic fertilizer and biofertilizer. The factorial randomized group design (RAK) experimental design with 2 factors and 3 replicates (10 plants for each replicate) was used in this research. Factor I consisted of four doses of inorganic fertilizer (K), namely: 200 kg/ha (k1), 300 kg/ha (k2), 400 kg/ha (k3), 500 kg/ha (k4). Factor II consists of four concentrations of biological fertilizer (H), namely: 10 ml/L (h1), 20 ml/L (h2), 30 ml/L (h3), 40 ml/L (h4). The results showed that there was no interaction effect between the use of inorganic fertilizer (NPK) and the concentration of biofertilizer (M-Bio) on fruit weight per plant (g/plant) and fruit yield per hectare (t/Ha). However, the single use of biofertilizer with a concentration of 20 ml/L significantly increased the productivity of fruit weight (555.75 g/plant or 14.81 t/Ha). Biofertilizers such as phosphate solubilizing microorganisms and nitrogen-fixing bacteria can increase the availability of macro and micro nutrients in the soil and the productivity of chili significantly. The use of biofertilizers has the benefit of reducing farmers' dependence on inorganic fertilizers. Therefore, the use of a combination of inorganic fertilizer and biofertilizer not only can be a good alternative to increase the productivity of red chili effectively and sustainably, but also to reduce the negative impact of using inorganic fertilizer on the environment.
