Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine (1) the effect of budget participation on performance of the SKPD in the Merauke district government, (2) the influence of organizational culture on performance of the SKPD in the Merauke district government, (3) the influence of locus of control on performance of the SKPD in the Merauke district government and (4) the simultaneous effect of budget participation, culture and locus of control on the performance of the SKPD in the Merauke district governmentThe sample was SKPD in the Merauke district government. The main instrument for data collection was a questionnaire and measured with a Likert scale. Respondents totaled 67 people. The entire questionnaire filled and managed using multiple regression data analysis.The results showed that the partial budget participation, organizational culture and locus of control positive and significant impact on the performance of the SKPD in the Merauke district government. Meanwhile, simultaneously budgetary participation, organizational culture and locus of control are also positive and significant effect.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine (1) the effect of budget participation on performance of the echelon personnel in the Merauke district government, (2) the influence of leadership style on the performance of officials in the government echelon Merauke district, (3) the influence of organizational culture on performance of the apparatus of the echelon in the Merauke district government and (4) the simultaneous effect of budget participation, leadership style and culture on the performance of the apparatus of the echelon in the Merauke district governmentThe sample was echelon officials in the work unit area (on education) Merauke. The main instrument for data collection was a questionnaire and measured with a Likert scale. Respondents totaled 58 people. The entire questionnaire filled and managed using multiple regression data analysis.The results showed that the partial budget participation, leadership styles, and organizational culture positive and significant impact on the performance of the echelon government Merauke area. Meanwhile, simultaneously budgetary participation, leadership styles, and organizational culture are also positive and significant effect

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji (1) Seberapa besar pengaruh langsung akuntabilitas publik terhadap komitmen aparatur kampungĀ  Wasur?; (2) Seberapa besar pengaruh tidak langsung akuntabilitas publik melalui informasi pekerjaan relevan (JRI) terhadap komitmen aparatur kampung Wasur?; (3) Seberapa besar pengaruh langsung akuntabilitas publik terhadap kinerja aparatur kampungĀ  Wasur?; dan (4) Seberapa besar pengaruh tidak langsung akuntabilitas publik melalui informasi pekerjaan relevan (JRI) terhadap kinerja aparatur kampung Wasur?Yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah para aparatur kampung Wasur. Dalam penelitian ini metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah total sampling dengan pertimbangan semua para aparatur kampung akan menjadi sampel sebanyak 38 orang, dan akan dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan uji-F hasil secara keseluruhan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan dimana p<0,05, dan keseluruhan akuntabilitas publik berpengaruh signifikan dimana p<0,05. Serta hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa koefisien estimasi pada pengaruh langsung (sebesar 0,601) lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan pengaruh tidak langsung (sebesar 0,0686). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa interaksi akuntabilitas public dan JRI tidak dapat meningkatkan komitmen, atau dengan kata lain JRI tidak mampu memediasi hubungan antara akuntabilitas publik dengan komitmen
