Abstract

      This study aims to determine and Influence on Performance And Motivation Education Government Apparatus Kampung Onggari In Kabaupaten Merauke. The method used in this study is the case study approach, this type of research is descriptive quantitative, and the nature of the research is the explanation (explanatory).      Method of data collection by interviews and questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression. Apparatus village population is Onggari in Merauke District Malind who were 30 respondents. Determination of the number of samples in this study uses total sampling so that the sample taken as many as 30 people.      Multiple regression analysis of research findings, simultaneously education, and motivation affect the performance of government officers in the discharge of governmental hometown village district onggari Malind Merauke district. This means that educational factors, and motivation is crucial to the performance of all government officers in the discharge of governmental kampung kampung onggari Malind district Merauke district, while partial education and motivation have a significant effect on the performance of government officers in the discharge of governmental kampung kampung onggari Malind district in Merauke district. This means that the performance of government officers in the discharge of governmental kampung kampung onggari Malind district Merauke district is largely determined by education and motivation.
