Abstract

The Rice Milling business continues to experience growth and places its position as the first supplier in the rice supply chain. This study aims to determine the activities of rice mills and their supply chain strategies. This research uses a descriptive qualitative. The results of the study found that there were 4 rice milling groups based on their activities, where 3 groups strengthened their position as the first channel with a backward integration strategy vertically so that they had control over suppliers / farmers. The independence of farmers and mutually beneficial partnerships is expected to provide balanced and reasonable benefits to each supply chain network

Abstract

Regulations reduce deviant behavior towards food processing. The Poultry Slaughterhouse of the Livestock and Animal Health Services carries out various mandate of the regulation. Knowing the RPU's strategic factors as well as strategic alternatives is the aim of this research. Research uses the Analytical Strategy Formulation technique. It was found that the strategic strength lies in the ability to access information and regulation, facilities and funding. The strategic weakness lies in the management that has not been maximized both in terms of organization namely the UPTD, HR and the lack of promotion and outreach. Market availability, regulation and technology of farmers that continue to increase provide opportunities instead of distribution, cuts that deviate from regulations, and changes are strategic factors that pose a threat. HR becomes the most attractive strategic alternative that is expected to drive the performance of the RPU.

Abstract

Referring to the situation of the limited understanding of the officials and the people of the village of Sermayam Indah, Tanah Miring District, this assistance aims to improve the understanding of officials and documents on the preparation of BUMKam establishment. Using savings methods, interviews, lectures and discussions, the stages of Identification and Preparation for Implementation, Socialization, Preparation for Establishment consisting of Discussion of Draft Draft by the Formulating Team, Drafting Approval Meeting by the Village Deliberation Board (BAMUSKAM), Submission of Outcome Documents for Establishing BUMKam. The implementation of the activity was initiated with a socialization program to improve the understanding of the village apparatus regarding the Village Enterprises, with the presentation of the procedures for establishing BUMKam and the Economic Potential and the Formulation of the Formulation Team, followed up by the assistance of the drafting team and the Village Consultative Body. This assistance resulted in the Design of AD and ART Periods, Organizational Structure, Business Logos, Business Names and Types of Businesses. So it was concluded that the Village Owned Enterprises (BUMKam) had not yet formed due to limited understanding and initial documents of the establishment could be overcome by the village through collaboration with universities and districts. Assistance can run optimally if the College Assistance Team communicates intensely with the District Officials and Village Officials

Abstract

Guna mengetahui peluang pendirian Badan Usaha Milik Kampung (BUMKam) atau BUMDes di Kabupaten Merauke. Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif ini menggunakan informan dari badan pemberdayaan kampung, aparat distrik, aparat kampung, Perbankan, Swasta dan Perguruan tinggi. Teknik pengumpulan datanya Trianggulasi dan FGD (focus group discussion) dengan Proses pengolahan menggunakan teknik Analisis Peluang. Kondisi internal menunjukan kekutan terbesar terletak pada keuangan, kelemahan terbesarnya pada dokumen pendirian dan SDM namun yang paling berisiko adalah kinerja keuangannya, kondisi independensi BUMDes yang diterapkan pada wilayah lainnya ada kemungkinan sulit diterapkan, Penyertaan Modal masih bertumpu pada dana desa. Kabupaten Merauke berpeluang mendirikan badan Usaha Milik Kampung dengan membangun kemitraan dengan Badan Pemberdayaan Kampung, Aparat Distrik dan perguruan tinggi. Untuk pengembangan BUMKam maka kemitraan dengan Pemerintah, Perguruan Tinggi, Perbankan, Swasta/BUMKam dan terkait pengembangan SDM kemitraan dengan semua mitra dapat dilakukan. Kemitraan yang paling mudah dilaksanakan yaitu dengan Perguruan tinggi melalui program Pengabdian kepada masyarakat dan program KKN. Jenis usaha yang paling mudah dijalankan adalah usaha dagang, penyewaan, usaha yang beresiko adalah pariwisata, simpan pinjam dan peternakan dan perikanan, walaupun demikian usaha tersebut berpotensi untuk dikembangkan.
