Abstract

Tujuan Penulisan ini untuk mengidentifikasi pandangan dan pendapat generasi muda Marind di Kampung Domande Distrik Malind tentang kewirausahaan. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis data deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik observasi dan wawancara dan generasi muda Marind di kampung Domande distrik Malind sebagai sumber informasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa generasi muda Marind tahu dan pernah mendengar tentang kewirausahaan, namun mereka memandang kewirausahaan sebagai sebuah usaha yang sulit dan jika diupayakan maka membutuhkan modal yang tidak sedikit. Terdapat pemahaman yang keliru bahwa dalam berwirausaha yang utama adalah modal dalam hal ini finansial atau uang. Selain itu terdapat krisis kepercayaan diri jika ingin bersaing dalam dunia wirausaha dengan orang lain. Dengan demikian maka perspektif negatif yang didapat sehingga dibutuhkan dorongan dari berbagai pihak selain dari diri generasi muda Marind itu sendiri, peran pemerintah dalam hal ini dinas terkait sangat dibutuhkan untuk memberikan stimulus positif dalam hal ini bantuan permodalan kepada mereka. Akademisi juga memiliki peran penting untuk membantu pemerintah minimal lewat ilmu manajemen dengan memberikan sosialisasi dan pelatihan tentang kewirausahaan bagi generasi muda Marind di kampung Domande.

Abstract

The current organizational paradigm is toward looking at human resources as an investment that will add value to the organization not only to survive, but at the same time lead in an environment full of predictions and anticipations through an effort to create creativity and innovation of human resources). This study aims to determine the influence of competence, workload, and work stress on employee performance and how the competence and workload affect the employee performance through job stress at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Branch Jayapura. The type of research used in this study is quantitative approach. The quantitative approach bases the study of empirical rational principles. Problems and hypotheses to be tested based on defined criteria as well as path analysis tools ie Smart PLS 2.0 to know the relation of variables. The results showed that partially competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work load has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work stress have positive and significant effect to employee performance. For indirect influence, competence and workload have a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work stress at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Branch of Jayapura.

Abstract

Sweet potato is one of the types of tubers that are found almost in loyal community homes in the village of Domande, Malind District. In its use, sweet potatoes are often only processed by steaming, baking and even frying. Potential sweet potato in the village of Domande is very good if it is used and processed into a variety of culinary that has economic value, one of which is ice cream. The selection of ice cream to be a processed product from sweet potatoes is because this culinary is very popular with all groups, both from the age of children to adults. Utilization of sweet potatoes into economic value ice cream products is carried out by involving young people who drop out of school in the Domande village so that they are indirectly given the opportunity to participate actively in improving the family's economy and in each line of development even though it starts from the smallest scope, namely the family.
