Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of trust in superiors, work attachment and job satisfaction on employee confidence in the organization. This type of research is quantitative. The population is all employees. The sampling technique using non probability sampling method with the type used is purposive sampling (using the Slovin formula with an error of 5% obtained a sample of sixty seven employees). The method used in this study is multiple linear regression using data processing software tools SPSS version 24.0. The results showed that trust in superiors, work attachment and job satisfaction together (simultaneously) significantly influence employee confidence in the organization. Partially job attachment and job satisfaction have a significant positive effect on employee trust in the organization while trust in superiors has a significant negative effect on employee trust in the organization. Job satisfaction is the most influential variable on employee trust in the organization after the variable work attachment and trust in superiors. The suggestion for the company is that the company should further increase work attachment and employee job satisfaction to obtain high employee trust. Abstract

The advancement of science and technology especially in the field of Information Communication Technology (ICT) is characterized by the availability of information access faster, easier, convenient, but also vulnerable to try to steal (tap) and modify information. This study aims to determine the relationship between organizational support perception, competence, and motivation with information security awareness. The survey involved a population of 324 people affordable employees in local government that handling information systems in 33 provinces. The sample was taken 140 people by stratified proportional random sampling. The data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using multiple regression. The results of the research show: (1) Information security awareness is influenced positively and significantly by the organizational support perception, competence and motivation, (2) The competence is the dominant factor that influences the information security awareness compared to the organizational support perception  and motivation, (3) Information security awareness can improve by competencies of knowledge, skill, attitude continuously and tiered, and  the model instructional awareness training developed by ‘Schultz’ can be used to improve the attitude or character of  information security awareness.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to show whether it is necessary to strengthen the capabilities of the innovation and informatics technology among vocational school students who will later become human resources enter points that can improve the performance of the SMEs industry in the digital era. We know that the SMEs industry is one of the pillars of Indonesia's economic development that spearheads job creators, and vocational graduates are expected to be the driving force for the achievement of SME optimal performance. This research relied on quantitative explanatory with survey method; its sample involved 176 out of 758 merchants (the total population) in Pasar Glodok Jakarta. All data were analyzed using descriptive and regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results showed that: (a) the ability innovating and the information technology of SME entrepreneurs is the dominant factor determining the achievement of optimal SME performance, with a correlation value = 0.79.5 or 0.8 (strong correlation); (b) Innovation and information technology skills contribute to the performance attainment of SME entrepreneurs in the research site by 63.2%; the remaining 36.8% is determined by factors not included in the study; (c) Innovation and information technology capabilities are the capabilities needed by SMEs human resources in achieving optimal business performance; (d) it is necessary to strengthen the ability of innovation and information technology since school (especially Vocational schools) in a sustainable manner which will become the key point of SMEs industry's human resources as an effort to bring closer the concept of link and match between educational institutions and industry.

Abstract

Employee professionalism is one of the behaviors that become the competitiveness of an institution in the global era. For that, employee professionalism behavior in strategic institutions must be continuously developed. This study aims to determine how high human capital and training factors influence the professional behavior of managers at Bank Central Indonesia in Jakarta. The research method used is the quantitative survey method with respondents at Bank Central Indonesia managers in Jakarta with a sample of 46 people from an affordable population of 108 managers (work experience above 20 years); the sample was taken by purposive quota sampling. Data collection using a questionnaire instrument with alternative answers of 5 (five) Likert scales. Data analysis using multiple regression with SPSS. The findings in this study are: a) human capital and training together influence the high and low development of managers'  professional behavior; b) the relationship between human capital and training together to the professionalism of managers shows positive and very strong (R=0.833);  c) human capital and training together contribute to the achievement of manager professionalism by 69.5%, and the remaining 30.5% by other factors; d) human capital has a higher sensitivity than training in the development of professionalism manager; e) ) in the digital era like today, the development of professional behavior is highly treated and can be done through strengthening human capital and organizing sustainable training.
