Abstract

The study attempts to examine the influence of economics instruction on consumption behavior of eleventh-graders of social science in SMAN 1 Surabaya.  The sample comprised 60 eleventh-graders of social science at  SMAN 1 Surabaya. Data were collected through the use of questionnaire and interview. The data were then analyzed by using simple regression technique. The result of the data analysis shows economics instruction has a significant influence on the consumption behavior by 42.4 %. Other factors excluded from this study affect the consumption behavior by 557.6 %.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze and explain the influence of organization climate towards employee performance with job satisfaction as mediator variable on employees of PT Poso Energy. The type of research that has been used is explanatory research with quantitative approach, the sampling technique that has been used is probability random sampling. The data collection technique has done by using distributed questionnaire to employees of PT Poso Energy with 52 respondents. The data analysis technique that has been used in this research is descriptive analysis and path analysis. The result of this research show that organization climate variable (X) has a significant and positive to job satisfaction (Z) in the amount of 0,667 or 66,7% with a score significant as big as 0,000 (0,000<0,05). Organization climate variable (X) has a significant and postive to employee performance (Y) in the amount of 0,545 or 54,5% with a score significant as big as 0,000 (0,000<0,05). Job satisfaction variable (Z) has a significant and positive to employee performance (Y) in the amount of 0,276 or 27,6% with a score significant as big as 0,032 (0,032<0,05). Keywords: Organization Climate, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance АBЅTRАK Penelіtіan іnі bertujuan untuk menganalіѕіѕ dan menjelaѕkan pengaruh іklіm organіѕaѕі terhadap kіnerja karyawan dengan varіabel medіator kepuaѕan kerja pada karyawan PT Poѕo Energy. Jenіѕ penelіtіan yang dіgunakan adalah explanatory reѕearch dengan pendekatan kuantіtatіf, teknіk pengambіlan ѕampel yang dіgunakan adalah propotіonal random ѕamplіng. Teknіk pengumpulan data dіlakukan dengan menggunakan kueѕіoner yang dіѕebarkan kepada karyawan PT Poѕo Energy ѕebanyak 52 reѕponden. Teknіk analіѕіѕ data yang dіgunakan dalam penelіtіan іnі adalah analіѕіѕ deѕkrіptіf dan analіѕіѕ jalur (path analyѕіѕ). Haѕіl darі penelіtіan іnі menunjukkan bahwa varіabel іklіm organіѕaѕі (X) berpengaruh ѕіgnіfіkan dan poѕіtіf terhadap kepuaѕan kerja (Z) ѕebeѕar 0,667 atau 66,7% dengan nіlaі ѕіgnіfіkanѕі ѕebeѕar 0,000 (0,000<0,05). Abstract

The aim of this research is to explore the role of Sanggar Konsultasi Remaja (Youth Consultation Center) extracurricular activity in building responsibility on students in YP Unila Bandar Lampung Senior High School academic year 2016/2017. This research employed descriptive method with quantitative approach. The population as well as the sample of the research was 24 members of Sanggar Konsultasi Remaja (Youth Consultation Center) YP Unila Bandar Lampung Senior High School. The instruments used in this research were questionnaire, interview and documentation. The data were analyzed by using percentage formula. The findings showed that creativity is the most influential factor in building responsible character in the students. It was indicated by the percentage of creativity which was 83%.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar peranan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler Sanggar Konsultasi Remaja dalam membangun karakter tanggung jawab pada siswa di SMA YP Unila Bandar Lampung tahun pelajaran 2016/2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah anggota Sanggar Konsultasi Remaja SMA YP Unila Bandar Lampung yang berjumlah 24 anggota dengan sampel 24 anggota. Instrumen menggunakan teknik angket, teknik wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis menggunakan rumus persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa faktor kreativitas lah yang paling berperan dalam penanaman tanggung jawab kepada peserta didik, hal ini di buktikan dengan besarnya persentase yang di dapat dalam penelitian yaitu sebesar 83 %.Kata kunci : ekstrakurikuler, remaja, sanggar konsultasi remaja.
