Abstract

Keberadaan rumah makan saat ini sudah menjadi kebutuhan bagi setiap orang. Hal tersebut menyebabkan bisnis rumah makan di Indonesia semakin sengit. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan dituntut untuk dapat meningkatkan kualitas produk untuk dapat tetap bertahan dalam persaingan bisnis dan menciptakan kepuasan pelanggan yang dapat berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas pelanggan serta pengaruh kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Por Kee di Surabaya Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kausal. Populasi yang digunakan adalah pelanggan restoran Por Kee di Surabaya dimana sampel yang digunakan merupakan konsumen restoran Por Kee di Surabaya sebanyak 200 orang yang memiliki kriteria merupakan konsumen restoran Por Kee dalam 2 bulan terakhir dengan usia > 17 tahun dan melakukan pembelian minimal 2 kali. Teknik analisa yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).

Abstract

In the electricity generation business in Indonesia, power plants requiring to be reliable when operating and ready when needed due to network load requirements. It has been written in the performance target contract for each unit, therefore the protection system installed at the power plant must be well. The problem that occurs at the PLTGU PT PJB Gresik Generation Unit is a malfunction in the HV Line protection system that causes the generator unit to trip, thus causing questions regarding the cause of the problem that occurs. Therefore, the authors compile a thesis proposal with the title "Identification of HV Line Protection Interference at PLTGU PT PJB Gresik Generation Unit Using RCFA and FDT Methods" which can find out the source of the problem that occurs so that it does not occur repeatedly. The benefit that can take is knowing the problem cause of the HV Line protection system malfunction so that it can be done correctly and on target for future unit reliability.

Abstract

Debt guarantees attached to building use rights above property rights are prone to problems, especially if there is default or there has been no repayment but the building use rights have expired. Based on that, this study aims to analyze the imposition of Mortgage Rights on land with building use rights on property rights and explain the legal protection for creditors as the holder of Mortgage Rights. The type of research that will be used is normative research. In this study will use a statutory approach or statute approach. The data collection technique used was literature study with prescriptive analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that building use rights over property rights can be charged with mortgage rights. The creditor as the party holding the Mortgage must apply the precautionary principle in the event of default by the debtor. As for the legal protection that can be applied to the imposition of Mortgage Rights on building use rights over property rights through the Deed of Granting Mortgage Rights. This is to accommodate if the process of carrying out the Mortgage auction takes a long time, so that it will affect the term of the right to use the building over the right of ownership. Creditors are also given the authority to renew building use rights over property rights as one of the efforts to prevent the erasure of building use rights over said property rights.

Abstract

Most parents in educating their children only meet the needs of clothing, food, boards and the form of intelligent children in reason and mind. Even though in living this live it is not enough just to do this, parents need to form chidren to have noble character ans spiritually intelligent so that the child is not lonely and has clear golas and directions in life. The main problem in this paper is how the method used by Abdullah Nashih Ulwan in developing early childhood spiritual intelligence is examined from the point of view of Psychology and Islam. This writing uses bibliographic research methods and in analyzing data the autors use documentation techniques to obtain relevant data. The result of this study indicate that the methods used by Abdullah Nashih Ulwan in developing early childhood spiritual intelligence are: 1) the exemplary method. 2) story method. 3) habituation method. 4) advice method. 5) attention and supervision methods. 6) the method of punishment. The six methods when studied from the point of view of Islam and Psycology will greatly help parents to develop their children’s spiritual intelligence from an early age.
