Abstract

This paper talks about dakwah in the global era. In this global era as disclosed above relative regional barriers fade with tools of communication technology. Everything is a challenge for dakwah Islamiyah if preaching Islamic thought activity does not take part in the process. The formulation of the problem to be addressed in this study is a global of dakwah Islamiah? Or whether Islam is in line with the prevailing globalization process? The fact that there is and texts are found in the Qur'an shows that Islam is the religion of Islam global. It means that is intended for mankind on this earth without exception, do not look at race, color or ethnicity differences in language capable. The expression of the Prophet Muhammad, "There is no difference between Arabs and non-Arab, except piety" indicates that this religion is universal and global.

Abstract

This research was conducted to explain the organizational communication strategy used by the Camat in increasing employee motivation. The author limits the problem that is only examines the Organizational Communication Strategy in the form of vertical communication. Therefore, this study aims to see how the Organizational Communication Strategy in Increasing Work Motivation of Employees of Tungkal Jaya Sub-District Office in Musi Banyuasin District. The data collection techniques that I use are through observation, interviews, and documentation. Interviews conducted with organizational leaders, namely the Camat, Camat Secretary and Section Head of Tungkal Jaya Sub-District Office. Data analysis method uses qualitative descriptive, based on existing assessment indicators, the organizational communication strategy in increasing employee motivation through the determination of objectives by implementing the vision and mission that must be achieved and implemented. This can be seen through the Camat leadership indicator in using Persuasive and Communicative techniques, Facility techniques, Exemplary and Service techniques.
