Abstract

Abstrak: Keadilan Organisasi dan Komitmen Organisasi Dapat Berpengaruh Kepuasan Kerja karywawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh keadilan organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Terdapat tiga hipotesis yang dibangun dalam penelitian ini, yaitu: 1) keadilan organisasi berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi, 2) Keadilan organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, 3) kepuasan kerja memediasi pengaruh keadilan organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi. Metode pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden secara langsung. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Borneo Melintang Buana Yogyakarta. Jumlah kuesioner yang dibagikan sebanyak 98 buah. Teknik uji terpakai menggunakan uji validitas, dan uji reliabilitas. Pengujian hipotesis pertama dan kedua menggunakan uji regresi linear sederhana. Pengujian hipotesis ketiga menggunakan path analysis dalam perhitungannya untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh mediasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara variabel keadilan organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi, kepuasan kerja mempunyai pengaruh mediasi keadilan organisasi dan komitmen organisasi. Abstract: Organizational Justice And Organizational Commitment Can Influence Employee Satisfaction. This research aimed to analysis the influence of organizational justice toward organizational commitment with job satisfactionas mediation variable. There were three establishedhypothesizes in this research as followed: 1) organizational justice has influence toward organizational commitment, 2) organizational justice has positive influence toward job satisfaction, 3) job satisfaction mediates influence of organizational justice toward organizational commitment. Collecting the data method was through the questioner for respondent directly. Respondents in this research were employees of PT. Borneo MelintanBuana Yogyakarta. The amount of questioner were 98 questioners. Test technique which was used was validity test and reliability test. First and second hypothesis test used simple linear regression test. Third hypothesis used path analysis for the calculation to find out the influence of mediation. The results of the study showed that there was positive and significant impact between the Organizational Justice and Organizational Commitment, and also between Organizational Justice support to the Job Satisfaction. The job satisfaction had the mediation impact to the Organizational Justice and Organizational Commitment.

Abstract

Kemampuan grafofonemik (bunyi dan bentuk) dalam hal ini mengenal huruf (fonem) vokal dan konsonan pada anak TK B menjadi hal yang penting untuk dikembangkan dan distimulasi sehingga anak dapat mengenal, melafalkan dan membedakan bunyi dan bentuk huruf dengan baik. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan penggunaan dan pemanfaatan salah satu media pembelajaran berbasis video. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai keefektifan media video untuk meningkatkan kemampuan grafofonemik anak TK B. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu, dengan desain Pre-Test Post-Test Control-Group Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh anak kelompok B TK Tunas Harapan. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 32 anak. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, pre-test dan post-test. Penentuan keefektifan media yang digunakan diuji dengan uji Independent Sample T-Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media video efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan grafofonemik anak yang ditunjukkan oleh mean sebesar 80.5338.

Abstract

Stunting is a child's growth and development disorder caused by lack of nutrition, infection, or inadequate stimulation. This study aims to examine the relationship between mother's knowledge and attitudes and mother's actions with the incidence of stunting in Wali Ate Village. research was carried out on20 june to 3 july 2022.Objective: To determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes with mother's actions on the incidence of stunting in Wali Ate Village. Methods: Analytical research with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study amounted to 887 mothers. The number of samples was 96 mothers. The sampling technique used Accidental Sampling. Data collection by using a questionnaire. Results: Most of the respondents have sufficient knowledge aboutstunting42 people (43.8%). A number of respondents have a supportive attitude towards preventionstunting70 people (72.2%). Mother's actions on preventionstuntingwere in moderate action as many as 48 people (50.0%). The test results obtained a probability value for the relationship of knowledge with the mother's actions in the eventstuntingof 0.617 (p>0.05), while the relationship between attitudes and maternal actions in preventing DHF was 0.66 (p>0.05).

Abstract

Village development is an effort to improve the quality of life and life for the greatest welfare of village communities. Meanwhile, the aim of village development is stated in article 78 paragraph 1, namely improving the welfare of village communities and the quality of human life as well as overcoming poverty through fulfilling basic needs, developing village facilities and infrastructure, developing local economic potential, and using natural resources and the environment in a sustainable manner. As is the case with village development, Watu Wona Village is one with a majority of farmers, which is an example of a road access development plan that really needs assistance from the government in its construction to support the production and sale of agricultural products. Infrastructure is still lacking, damaged infrastructure roads make access to the village difficult. As a result, the flow of goods and services to villages to transport agricultural products is also lacking and hampered. Based on the existing problems, village development planning is needed using a decision support system (SPK) so that village selection in Watu Wona village is faster and more accurate.
