Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of individual characteristics and work motivation on employee work productivity at the West Sumatra Drinking Water Supply System Development Unit, either partially or simultaneously. Methods of data analysis in this study using descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression, and the coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that individual characteristics, motivation, and work productivity in the West Sumatra Drinking Water Supply System Development Unit are in very good condition. And partially as well as simultaneously Individual Characteristics and Work Motivation have a positive and significant effect on the Work Productivity of the Work Unit Employees of the West Sumatra Drinking Water Supply System Development. Then the value of the Adjusted R Square variable Individual Characteristics and Work Motivation is equal to 0.470. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh karakteristik individu dan motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai pada Satuan Pengembangan Sistem Penyediaan Air Minum Sumatera Barat, baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif, regresi linear berganda, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik individu, motivasi, dan produktivitas kerja pada Satuan Pengembangan Sistem Penyediaan Air Minum Sumatera Barat dalam keadaan sangat baik. Dan secara parsial maupun secara simultan Karakteristik Individu dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai Satuan Kerja Pengembangan Sistem Penyediaan Air Minum Sumatera Barat. Kemudian nilai Adjusted R Square variabel Karakteristik Individu dan Motivasi Kerja, adalah sebesar 0,470.

Abstract

Abstract: This research seeks to study several financial ratios that can be used as short predictors of investment returns. The research objects used in this study are companies that are members of LQ 45 during the 2016-2018 research period. The hypothesis testing method uses the t-test and f-test. The results of this study indicate that partially the Debt To Equity Ratio has a significant effect on Stock Returns in Non-Bank Companies LQ 45 in 2016-2018, Return On Equity has a significant effect on Stock Returns in Non-Bank Companies LQ 45 in 2016-2018, Price Earning Ratio does not have a significant effect on Stock Returns in LQ 45 Non-Bank Companies in 2016-2018. Abstrak: Penelitian ini berupaya mempelajari beberapa rasio keuangan yang dapat dijadikan alat prediksi singkat pengembalian investasi. Objek penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang tergabung dalam LQ 45 selama periode penelitian 2016-2018. Metode pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t dan uji f. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Debt To Equity Ratio berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return Saham pada Perusahaan Non Bank LQ 45 tahun 2016-2018, Return On Equiy berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return Saham pada Perusahaan Non Bank LQ 45 tahun 2016-2018, Price Earning Ratio tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return Saham pada Perusahaan Non Bank LQ 45 tahun 2016-2018.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi auditor, beban kerja auditor, independensi auditor, dan profesional auditor berpengaruh secara parsial dan secara simultan terhadap kualitas audit pada Perwakilan BPKP Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Populasinya seluruh auditor di BPKP Sumatera Barat yang berjumlah 90 orang. Metode pengampilan sampel adalah total sampling. Teknik analisis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kompetensi auditor berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas audit; (2) Beban kerja auditor berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas audit; (3) Independensi auditor berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas audit; (4) Profesionalisme auditor berpengaruh terhadap kualitas audit; (5) Kompetensi auditor, beban kerja auditor, independensi auditor dan profesionalisme auditor berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kualitas audit.

Abstract

The research aims include: (1) To identify the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Indonesian Railways (Persero) Division II West Sumatra. (2) To identify the influence of the work environment on employee performance at PT. Indonesian Railways (Persero) Division II West Sumatra. (3) To identify the influence of organizational culture and work environment together on employee performance at PT. Indonesian Railways (Persero) Division II West Sumatra. The method for collecting data is field study and literature study. Data uses primary and secondary sources. For the research population, all employees at the PT office were used. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) West Sumatra Division II with a total of 510 employees and the sample in this study was 83 people. The analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis found that (1) Organizational culture significantly influences employee performance at PT. KAI (Persero) West Sumatra Division II. (2) The work environment significantly influences employee performance at PT. KAI (Persero) West Sumatra Division II. (3) Simultaneously, organizational culture and work environment significantly influence employee performance at PT. KAI (Persero) West Sumatra Division II.

Abstract

The purpose of this carrying out community service through this mentoring activity is to increase the skills and knowledge of the Salimah women farming group in Sungai Abang village in making creative and innovative products from fabric waste. The methods applied are lectures, discussions and demonstrations. The results of this community service can improve and increase the knowledge and skills of the members of the Salimah women's farmer group in running and developing a fabric waste craft business in the form of chair cushions and seat mats which can have an impact on improving the household economy of the community of Sungai Abang, Lubuk Alung Padang Pariaman, which is part of the community. in the Salimah women's farming group
