Abstract

Gangguan Penyesuaian (GP) banyak dijumpai pada pasien yang datang di layanan kesehatan primer, terutama Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat (Puskesmas). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji validitas klinik GHQ-12, sebagai instrumen skrining GP pada pasien Puskesmas. Penelitian ini melibatkan 243 sampel pasien di 25 Puskesmas di Kabupaten Sleman, Yogyakarta Hasil analisis menunjukkan prevalensi GP di Puskesmas sejumlah 12.9%. Analisis reliabilitas menunjukkan hasil yang memuaskan (rxx’= 0.863, 0.841, 0.832). Sedangkan analisis faktor menemukan adanya 3 faktor pembentuk konstrak, yaitu distress psikologis, kesuksesan koping dan full of enjoyment. Analisis ROC dan LR menghasilkan nilai sensitivitas sebesar 0,81, spesivisitas 0.62, LR+ 2.12, dan LR- 0.31, dengan titik potong optimum ≥11 (Likert), sensitivitas 0.81, spesivisitas 0.57, LR+ 1.90, dan LR- 0.34, dengan titik potong optimum ≥2 (Bimodal), serta spesivisitas 0.81, spesivisitas 0,55, LR+ 1.80, dan LR- 0.35 dengan titik potong ≥4 (CGHQ). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa GHQ-12 valid, reliabel dan akurat sebagai instrumen skrining GP. Kata kunci: GHQ-12, SCID, Gangguan Penyesuaian, Puskesmas, Validitas klinik

Abstract

The availability of quality human resources was important for the continuity excellence of the company and for gaining competitive advantage in the company. It could be obtained by operationalizing development or placement as part of HR management practices based on a potential review. This led to the use of psychological tests. The accuracy of psychological tests was required in potential review in order to predict future behavior. HR practitioners and psychologists showed appreciation and confidence in psychological tests. However, it had not been fully supported by empirical evidence regarding the accuracy of the tests for selecting employees. The purpose of this study was to figure out the extent of both tools in predicting emotion control. The finding from 159 subjects showed that the activity factor PAPI-Kostick and crown of tree predicted the emotion control.Abstrak : Untuk kesinambungan kinerja perusahaan dan capaian keuntungan kompetitif, diperlukan manajemen SDM potential review. Potential review memerlukan peran alat tes psikologi yang akurat untuk memprediksi perilaku. Apresiasi dan kepercayaan psikolog pada alat tes psikologi belum didukung oleh bukti-bukti empiris (evidance based) mengenai hal tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat sejauh mana PAPI-Kostick dan BAUM mampu memprediksi pengendalian emosi. Hasil penelitian pada 159 karyawan, menunjukkan faktor aktivitas PAPI-Kostick dan bagian mahkota pada BAUM dapat memprediksi pengendalian emosi. Sehingga efektivitas penggunaan kedua alat tes psikologi tersebut untuk mengases potensi pengendalian emosi karyawan.

Abstract

Developed countries have at least 2% of entrepreneurs from the total population of the country. However, Indonesia has a very low number of entrepreneurs as well as an increasing unemployment rate over the years. Recently, the development of entrepreneurship in Indonesia dominated by the growing number of digital startup. Moreover, Indonesia is a country with the largest number of a digital startup in Southeast Asia. Initial psychological studies on entrepreneurship are focused on the personal characteristics of the entrepreneurs. However, conclusions from more than 30 years of research indicate that there are no special personality characteristics of entrepreneurs and non-entrepreneurs. In essence, the heart of entrepreneurship lies in the ability to recognize an opportunity. Opportunity recognition is a mechanism that happens in an individual’s cognitive process. Therefore, this study intended to reveal the cognitive processes that take place when entrepreneurs, in particular, the founders of digital startups, in the identification of entrepreneurial opportunities. This research uses the think-aloud protocol method with protocol analysis. Based on this research, we found that in the process of opportunity recognition, entrepreneurs focus their cognitive efforts on the market (demand) and technology (supply) as well as build relationships and meaningful patterns in these two aspects through structural relationship processing. This study provides an in-depth description of the cognitive processes that occur when entrepreneurs recognize entrepreneurial opportunities through structural alignment processes.
