Abstract

Penerapan budaya organisasi adalah penghayatan nilai organisasi yang ditunjukkan dengan perilaku saat melakukan kegiatan didalam memberikan pelayanan kepada orang lain untuk memberikan kepuasan yang optimal kepada pasien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara penerapan budaya organisasi dengan kepuasan pasien di RSUD Ambarawa.Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif korelasi dengan menggunakan rancangan cross sectional. Populasi sebanyak 8256 pasien, sampel 99 responden yang dipilih dengan purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner penerapan budaya organisasi dan kepuasan pasien. Uji statistik menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa penerapan budaya organisasi lemah sebanyak 47 responden (47,5%) dan penerapan budaya organisasi kuat sebanyak 52 responden (52,5%). Kepuasan pasien rendahsebanyak 32 responden (32,3%) dan kepuasan pasien tinggi sebanyak 67 responden (67,7%). Terdapat hubungan antara penerapan budaya organisasi dengan kepuasan pasien di RSUD Ambarawa (p value 0,007, α= 0,05). Saran bagi rumah sakit hendaknya memberikan fasilitas pelatihan dan pengembangan staf untuk meningkatkan penerapan budaya organisasi sehingga meningkatkan budaya kerja yang tanggap terhadap pelanggan.Kata kunci : penerapan budaya organisasi, kepuasan pasien

Abstract

The subjects of the study were teachers and students of class IX-1 of the Middle School 2 Buntu Single Roof Pane which numbered 33 students, there were two types of data namely quantitative and qualitative data.The data collection techniques used were test techniques using instruments in the form of non-test questions and techniques in the form of observation sheets, interview sheets and field notes the data used is the analysis of quantitative and qualitative data. The results showed that teacher skills, student activities and learning outcomes in intensive reading learning with the CIRC model increased. The teacher's skills in the first cycle got an average score of 78.48, the second cycle of the average score was 82.57. The activity of students in the first cycle, got the value of completeness of classical learning outcomes in the first cycle 84.84%, and the second cycle 96.96%. The conclusion of this study is that the application of the CIRC model can improve teacher skills, student activities and student learning outcomes in the form of intensive reading skills can be improved.

Abstract

Abstract. Low speech ability is a problem in learning Indonesian. To overcome this, an appropriate strategy is needed, one of which is the application of modeling techniques. Meanwhile, the problem in this research is how to apply modeling techniques in improving the speech ability of class IX-1 students of SMP Negeri 1 Pulo Bandring in the 2021/2022 academic year. Based on the analysis of the previous learning data, the authors see that the students' speaking ability is still low with an average result of 64.70% or 22 students completing and 35.30% or 12 students incomplete. This can be seen from the students' overall speaking ability at the end of the cycle, which is 78.35. In the first cycle, students who have not completed 17.65% and who have completed 82.30% with an average value of 78.08 students' speaking ability with sufficient category. In cycle II, students who have not completed are 02.95% and those who have completed are 97.05% with an average value of 82.79 students' speaking abilities with good categories. From the results of this classroom action research, it can be concluded that the application of modeling techniques can improve students' speaking abilities. Keywords: Speech; Modeling Techniques  Abstak.Kemampuan berpidato yang rendah menjadi permasalahan tersendiri dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Untuk mengatasinya diperlukan strategi yang tepat, salah satunya dengan penerapan teknik pemodelan. Adapun, masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana penerapan teknik pemodelan dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpidato siswa kelas IX-1 SMP Negeri 1 Pulo Bandring tahun pelajaran 2021/2022. Berdasarkan analisis data pembelajaran sebelumnya, penulis melihat kemampuan berpidato siswa masih rendah dengan hasil rata-rata siswa yang tuntas 64.70% atau 22 siswa, dan belum tuntas 35.30% atau 12 siswa. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari kemampuan berpidato siswa secara keseluruhan pada akhir siklus yaitu 78.35. Pada siklus I, siswa yang belum tuntas 17.65% dan yang tuntas 82.30% dengan nilai rata-rata kemampuan berpidato siswa 78.08 dengan kategori cukup. Pada siklus II, siswa yang belum tuntas adalah 02.95% dan yang tuntas 97.05% dengan nilai rata-rata kemampuan berpidato siswa 82.79 dengan kategori baik. Dari hasil penelitian tindakan kelas ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan teknik pemodelan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpidato siswa. Kata kunci: pidato; teknik Pemodelan

Abstract

This study investigated students’ attitudes towards language and English language learning at Islamic senior high schools (Madrasah Aliyah Negeri) 1 Batanghari. This research is part of survey research. Survey study is designed to provide a quantitative or numeric description of trends, attitudes, or opinions of a population by studying a sample of that population (Creswell, 2012). The data were collected from questionnaires and focus group interviews. There were 120 students of the 2022-2023 academic year. The students showed positive attitudes as there was a 3.6684 total mean score gained by 120 students toward two variables presented. The interview findings revealed that the students' positive attitude may be caused by their motivation, instrumental and integrative. Teachers should respect and carefully investigate students' feelings, beliefs, needs, and behaviors before designing English courses to maintain positive attitudes toward English and English language learning. Overall, the students showed a positive attitude towards English. The questionnaire's results also showed that respondents recognized English's relevance in this time period. These are shown by their feeling, beliefs, or activities towards English.
