Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi karakteristik toko pempek berdasarkan kualitas. Penelitian dilaksanakan di enam toko berbeda berdasarkan grade. Grade meliputi Grade I, II,III, IV, V, dan IV. Toko Pempek dibuat berdasarkan grade bahan baku. Bahan baku dari ikan giling. Ikan giling yang digunakan pada Grade I (Ikan kakap dan Ikan Gabus), Grade II (Ikan Gabus), Grade III (Ikan Tenggiri), Grade IV (Ikan Gabus), Grade V (Ikan Tenggiri, Ikan gabus dan Ikan Putak) dan Grade VI (Ikan Belido). Berdasarkan Bahan Baku Pempek Ikan dengan Grade terbaik adalah Grade VI. Hal tersebut dikarenakan Toko membuat pempek menggunakan ikan Giling dengan kualitas bahan baku terbaik yaitu ikan belido giling.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the characteristics of pempek stores based on facilities. The research was conducted in six different stores by grade. Grades include Grade I until IV. Pempek stores are made based on the grade of facilities. Facilities include place, atmosphere and comfort. Grade I has open room, facilities and infrastructure. Grade II has open space room, adequate infrastructure facilities. Grade III has open and closed room, more complete facilities and infrastructure. Grade V has a closed space and facilities are quite complete while grade VI has the most complete closed room, facilities and infrastructure compared to other grades. So that grade VI has the most complete character.

Abstract

Farmers' perception of the role of Gapoktan is one of the factors driving farmer participation in agricultural activities and Gapoktan institutions in Tanjung Lago District, Banyuasin Regency. This study aims to (1) analyze farmers' perceptions of the combined role of farmer groups in the implementation of the Save Rawa Prosperous Farmers (Serasi) program in Tanjung Lago District, Banyuasin Regency; (2) analyze the differences in the income of rice farmers before and after the Serasi program in Tanjung Lago District, Banyuasin Regency. The method used in this study is a survey; the data types used are primary data and secondary data. The selection of research locations was carried out purposively, considering that the Tanjung Lago sub-district is one of the sub-districts with a large swamp area. In the application of the Serasi program, there is an active Gapoktan, and the majority of the farmers cultivate rice. The results shown in this study are (1) Farmers' perceptions of the role of Gapoktan in implementing the Serasi program in Tanjung Lago District, Banyuasin Regency in the category of farmer's role as a processing unit of 257.4 (High), the category of Gapoktan's role as a processing unit of 267.2 (Very High), the category of Gapoktan's role as facilities and infrastructure is 268.4 (Very High) and the category of Gapoktan's role as marketing unit is 271.6 (Very High); (2) there is an increase in the income of rice farmers before the Serasi program with an average income of Rp. 53,512,267/year and Rp. 71,505,884/year. Suggestionsgovernment should follow up on the sustainability of the Serasi program because it is very effective in increasing rice production and the economy. Efforts are needed to increase farmer assistance from related government agencies/agencies and empowerment of the role of Gapoktan. Farmers continue to optimize aid to the government to become independent and prosperous farmers the role of Gapoktan contributes to improving the quality of human resources, production, and agricultural productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the social factors that affect the efficiency of tidal rice production in Tanjung Lago District. Moreover, this study used a quantitative descriptive analysis. The sampling method used for this study was Sample Random Sampling . All of 84 paddy farmers in tidal lowland became respondents of this study. The data was analyzed using chi-square test. This study proved the social factors affetcted the efficiency of tidal rize production. Furthermore, the social factors affecting the affect the efficiency of tidal rice production is farming experience.This study found that efficiency could not be achieved only with terchnical factors such as agricultural input use amd ecology condition. The influence of social factor which is farming experience showed that the more farming experience, the better the technical cultivation carried out by farmers and encourage to acheive efficiency of rice production. The policy implications that could be constructed of this study are (1) Improving farmers’ experience through the latest production technology extension for rice farm (2) Mentoring in application of rice production technology.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the phenomenon of Unmet need in KB village. This research method is a quantitative analysis using secondary data from the 2021 Family Data Collection (PK 21). The population used was all PUS in the Rambang Kapak Tengah District with a sample of 326 PUS. Descriptive statistical analysis used in this study through three stages, namely: univariate analysis, bivariate analysis (Chi Square) and multivariate. The results of this study are three factors that can influence Unmet need, including age at first marriage, number of children and age of wife. The conclusion of the research is that after being analyzed there are three factors that influence unmet need and there are three factors that do not affect Unmet need in the KB village.
